Most items are priced fairly with the exception of luxury designer items. My low rating mostly stems from a lack of quality customer service. This has been consistent with every visit I've made. You're basically ignored from the moment you enter the store until you leave. During my latest visit I stood at the register for a full minute while a female employee, who sat NEXT to the register, stuffed her face blatantly ignoring me. Finally, without even LOOKING in my direction, she said "you ready?" That's wild behavior. I also heard an employee talking badly about a customer very loudly for all to hear. Entitled behavior with lack of care and service. I'm not especially inclined to return.

I have my…read moreinfant on my chest in a baby carrier and my toddler in a shopping cart, it was a Trader Joe's shopping cart because those are the only carts outside in the parking lot and with me having an infant and toddler for me to get a cart outside versus having to wait until we get into the store is way easier.. I go into the store and the worker tells me I cannot have that cart inside. I have to use a once upon a child shopping cart. I really almost wanted to leave and just say forget it, but I already drove 40 minutes to come here so I figured whatever. I literally set the Trader Joe's shopping cart right outside the doors and then grabbed a once upon a child shopping cart, it is definitely an inconvenience having to do that with me having a baby in a baby carrier on my chest but OK I guess they have the rules. I didn't really think the shopping cart mattered where it was from. I know if they make an exception with me they'll have to make the exceptions for other people, but I feel like they could have said I just need to make sure I leave with that cart that I can't leave the cart inside that store . Or possibly it's a Trader Joe's thing where Trader Joe's doesn't want their shopping cart inside once upon a child I don't know but again rules are rules so whatever . But what really annoyed me is when standing at checkout, there is no one else in the checkout line, there are three workers putting hangers back. Nobody said anything to me. I'm literally standing there holding the clothes I'm wanting to purchase in my hand, waiting for one of the workers to tell me which register I can set my stuff down at. I'm not sure if I will visit this location again. my experience I had there this time shopping was very annoying. They are having their 90% off summer clothes so it was nice to take advantage of good deals. There were a couple pieces of clothes on hangers that did have stains on them. The store is fairly organized.

I explained that I was driving from florence explained to them. I had about six large trash bags full of baby clothes. They said as long as I was here before 7:30 there would be able to help me and cash me out the same night when I arrive by the time I walk in and a young girl behind the counter says yeah, we're not taking those bags. I said I just drove from Florence. I called you three times before coming to make sure I got the same answers to my question before driving all the way out here. I explained that I had a lot of bags. She interrupted me and says no you didn't you said you had bins.... Which I definitely did not say the first time I called not the second time I called and definitely not the third time I called. She was very rude. Took everything in me not to be rude back had to walk away and shop for some items for a little bit will never be back to this location. I shop once upon a child weekly was my first time to this location. TAKE YOUR MONEY TO THE OTHER LOCATIONS!!!!!! On a positive note Alexis and the other young lady pricing my items were very kind I was boiling at this point and speaking to them and their kindness really diffused the situation thank goodness two of you had good customer service skills .
