Clothes ranging anywhere from 2 - 25 25 being the most expensive thing I saw there. Some friends and I stopped by after visiting the Denny's across the street because none if us wanted to go home. My friend found an extremely fashionable and cozy warm jacket for under 15 dollars and it wasn't even on the sales rack! I got the cutest pair of black sweatpants from the sales rack for 7 dollars and they fit like a glove. Tight in all the right places and loose in all the right places. They make you feel like a queen the second you walk in with hellos and don't bombard you with sales or just to let you knows. Cashiers are always visible and willing to help you. I will be going back and I hope to see others visit too. One of the best retail experiences you could have.

I unfortunately forgot his name but he was working at about 2pm this past Wednesday. He was super observant of my needs even without me saying them out loud. I told him about my general aversion to fancy clothes and he suggested an economic option for me that's still high quality. It was sincerely perfect. The price range for the full suit was about what I'd anticipated but the tailoring was a much better price than I'd expected. I will update this review with a photo when I pick up my suit next week!

If you are selling clothes here and I have before I think you need to have an expectation that this is a small business and they have are always busy with over flow of people selling clothes and waiting a long time is a given when they only have two people carefully looking at clothes. Everytime I walk in the girls always greet me and make me feel welcomed. I think the poor reviews are not accurate and the high expectations for the girls is uncanny.

When I returned, they presented my offer and told me they were only able to accept a few things, as most of my items were out of season or just not what they were looking for. I accepted my cash offer and took the clothes back that they didn't want. I looked around (briefly) and noticed that they did have a wide range of size options and everything seemed organized. I didn't check the prices, but usually they are priced fairly for the condition of the item. Fitting rooms are available too.

We found Sew Used and were quickly impressed. The shop is located in Tempe's adorable and new (at least to us) Culdesac neighborhood. The shop is very well organized and CLEAN! In addition to clothing, they also have a small section of wall decor, tapestries, and knick knacks. The prices were fair as well. We're already talking about returning to this shop in the future!

Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.
