Many of the merchandise is scattered throughout the store in random areas. Some of the staff are friendly while others won't even say a word to you. The line is also long and they have 1-2 cashiers. (Only time they were worn was when I tried them on at the store) I walked up to an employee to explain my situation & let her know that when I bought the boots, the lady never gave me a receipt. I was told I can probably get store credit or exchange them for a different pair of shoes. Anyway, I stood there for a good 15 min before for someone finally came back & took my boots. They examined them & told me they were NOT exchangeable nor was able to get store credit because they were "used" & had a LITTLE dirt on the bottom of the shoe. Which obviously it's going to have because I had to try them on to see if they fit me? I asked to speak to a manager & it turned out to be the same lady who rang me up for the boots. They were NOT torn, ripped, scratched, nor damaged, so I was very confused as to why i was unable to get the service I came for. I think her name was YANELIor something like that.
