I scored a classy pair of Calvin Klein dress shoes, some stellar kitchenware, and some mesh pants for running. I was disappointed to see that the selection for their ties and dress shirts were pretty bare, but I was satisfied enough with what I found that I'd return again. On a side note, as noted on Yelp, I don't think that a ROSS location exists across the street at 7333 W Thomas Road. If one does, it is really hard to find! So, just head to this one if you are near Desert Sky Mall. Also, watch out for beggars in the parking lot. I had a guy quickly approach my car as I parked it and was about the get out of my car. I locked my doors as a precaution (who knows if he had a gun and wanted my car) and had to relocate before going in to the store.

The system they have in place to check your receipt as you exit is so tacky and a waste of time. The cashiers don't really want to work and it's just an overall waste of a store. As I was done I had a lady with her daughter in front of me blocking my way out when the same employee tells them "excuse me." This is not ok and maybe because I am a Latina she thought she could be this rude and absolutely not. Next time she will be embarrassed publicly.

The store is huge, but I had zero luck finding anything. I tried looking for work pants specifically, and women's clothing seems to be divided into petite or plus size- no in between. I am on the taller side and didn't have any luck. Would've loved to see better options for us taller ladies, but that seems to be the common theme at most stores. (Only time they were worn was when I tried them on at the store) I walked up to an employee to explain my situation & let her know that when I bought the boots, the lady never gave me a receipt. I was told I can probably get store credit or exchange them for a different pair of shoes. Anyway, I stood there for a good 15 min before for someone finally came back & took my boots. They examined them & told me they were NOT exchangeable nor was able to get store credit because they were "used" & had a LITTLE dirt on the bottom of the shoe. Which obviously it's going to have because I had to try them on to see if they fit me? I asked to speak to a manager & it turned out to be the same lady who rang me up for the boots. They were NOT torn, ripped, scratched, nor damaged, so I was very confused as to why i was unable to get the service I came for. I think her name was YANELIor something like that. (Hispanic lady) I'm very disappointed I could not get my money back & all the girls weren't very helpful, except one in particular who remained professional the whole time, but I forgot to ask what her name was. But Just a heads up for any newbies shopping at this location. It was my first time at BBB Fashion, but sadly had a Poor experience.
