Walked into Walmart yesterday to do some grocery shopping and I could not have had a more pleasant experience at this location. All the produce was very fresh and they had a great selection of meat. The customer service there is top notch. I had some trouble finding dog food, but a nice young lady named Sofi was very polite and kind and walked me over to it even though she looked busy! Also not to mention they have great prices. Love this location and I will be shopping here more often! read more

Spacious, clean, and well organized! Superb traffic flow to improve traffic flow and security. This Walmart is a little further away than 2 other Walmart stores, but I am already a fan! The aisles are wide and so I don't feel like I am constantly bumping into someone else. They are the only Supercenter around me that carries Snapple Apple! We went in to pick up a set of speakers for my son's laptop. We couldn't find it and there were 3 sales associates available to help. They were attentive and friendly. I don't know what you guys were thinking registering one car at a time having customers wait in the car instead of taking them in and have them shop and wait in the store. It defeats the purpose of going to Walmart to shop while having an oil change. My kids and I waited in the car for almost an hour and a half toasting in the heat of the sun because you only take 1 customer every 30 minutes. i had a horrific time here and i am glared at every time i go here. my lip piercing had fallen out and i needed quick fix so i decided to go to walmart. we were here for 30 minutes in the "fine jewelry section, and we had ask multiple employees for help. all of them not tell me and my girlfriend that they were closed for that section. we had to go to customer service, just to stand there for a few minutes before we had one of the manager look at us with the most attitude in her voice say "what" like we were sibling going to mess with the lights in her room. this upset me because all i had done was ask if someone could help me. now i understand that it was busy but i feel all the employees here need a course on customer service. i called and let a manager know but that but that took another 15 minutes for someone to actual pick up the phone (they may have been busy so i don't care that much) but human resources didn't pick up at all read more

I try to avoid this location for many reasons UNLESS I go early in the morning. If I go before 9am, then it's a pretty relaxed store. Any other time it's chaos! Long lines, rude people, dirty bathrooms, and less then friendly staff. It's your usual Walmart with the regular items. The bakery here is nice. I've ordered custom cakes from here and they have been a hit! And I was able to get it made last minute! There's a McDonald's on the inside as well which can be a pro or con. Not much to be said here. Parking is horrible as well and many people speed not paying attention to their surroundings. read more

I was repeatedly harrassed and watched at this Walmart by a check out associate named Nyki who was working on October 15, 2020. As soon as she saw me going for one of the open self check out lanes she immediately ran up behind me as if chasing me to within two feet (of me) and continued to watch me the entire time I checked out. She never greeted me and never said anything to any of the other self checkers. Every time I would look up she would turn her head but had this body language that was facing me with both hands on her hips, like she was babysitting a child!. I was so completely embarrassed that I wanted to immediately throw all of my food back and just leave without paying for anything! I never felt so targeted, abused and ashamed in my life. I am a religious Muslim by the way, who wears all black Niquab face covering and loose garment so I believe this was a religious discrimination. This has got to be one of the worst Wal-Mart's I have ever been to. My friend just moved to this neighborhood so we decided to go to this Wal-Mart so he could get some items for his new home. It was late, around 11:40PM. We needed to get some things from electronics but when we got to that department we realized they had it blocked off. We asked what was going on and they told us that their location now shuts down electronics at 11PM. ARE YOU SERIOUS?! THIS IS WAL-MART! The point of having a 24 hour location is for convenience. They even had the makeup department shut down too. Which brings me to why I'm giving this location 2 stars instead of 1. I went up to an employee (SWEETEST MAN EVER!) and ask if he would let me go into the makeup department and get the face lotion that I had primary came to Wal-Mart for. This employee knew he shouldn't and even stated he wasn't suppose to, YET he still allowed me to go in there and get the lotion I came for. The fact that he risked getting in trouble to help me find what I needed blew my mind. That man deserves to work for a better company, a company that appreciates their employees that actually care about their customers. That's what I consider going the extra mile. HE DESERVES A RAISE! I wish I knew his name, all I know is that he was restocking the lotion when I approached him and he told me he just got back from vacation so he wasn't entirely certain why they had shut down those departments at 11PM. This store is poorly stocked, there are never any shopping carts inside the store and you have to use the self serve lines to check out. This is consistently the worst Walmart store I have ever shopped in.... We no longer shop at this Walmart, I do all of my shopping at other stores.
