I just went there today and there were 2 sales ladies in the store. Jenifer was the one that helped me and she was unenthusiastic, but friendly. The other lady was just flat out rude. I thought she was rude enough to enter in the address to this location and voice my feelings about it on yelp. She avoided eye contact with me and when I looked at her to ask if there were other locations in the valley, she looked away and waited for her coworker to answer me. She didn't greet me coming in and didn't bother saying goodbye when I left even though she saw me through the entire transaction. There were not that many other people in the store and she was just standing at the register. So, maybe I'm just overly sensitive today, but I can usually sense when people are deliberately being rude. Anyway, just a heads up. I guess that's why I shop consignment. I guess wasn't the same company they're probably use to catering to...which are moms in designer garb and fake tans. Oh well. At least I walked away with a really cute outfit...on sale! :)

In my opinion, they are very, very reasonable. Go and see for yourself! The manager, Kate, is incredibly helpful as well as the other staff she has. I usually only deal with her though. She remembers me not only by my first name but also my last name, which is definitely not a common name. Totally blew me away the first time she did it! The service they provide is second to none in the retail industry. I was in the store trying to find a last minute dress for my 5yr old's school dance, and ended up finding hidden gems, one after another! Styles that I fell in love with, and hadn't seen anywhere else. You can absolutely see how much care is taken when accepting items to buy or trade, they uphold solid standards, which I really appreciate. The prices are very fair, specially due to the quality they accept and you can tell prices are not marked up unnecessarily. I noticed several customers, much like myself, happen upon the store and making comments on how they'd never known it was there and were thrilled with their finds! When I returned, they presented my offer and told me they were only able to accept a few things, as most of my items were out of season or just not what they were looking for. I accepted my cash offer and took the clothes back that they didn't want. I looked around (briefly) and noticed that they did have a wide range of size options and everything seemed organized. I didn't check the prices, but usually they are priced fairly for the condition of the item. Fitting rooms are available too.
