If I could give this place 0 stars I would . Atleast 7 workers up front 11 registers and only one worker working the register as I'm writing this the lady behind me even said yeah what's going on I said girl I'm writing a review right now . Don't come to this one go to another one if you're reading this . And than even if the lost prevention is watching them ring you up they'll still ask to see the receipt and to look in your bag even if it's just 1 item before you can even exit the store . Yeah no miss this one

Just two weeks later, on September 14, the motor that controls the recline function failed. The chair would go up, but it would no longer go down. My first frustration was that I couldn't reach a live person and was forced to file a warranty claim online. Although I was able to schedule service, the earliest available appointment was 10 days later, on September 24. The technician arrived as scheduled and was courteous and professional. Within minutes, he confirmed that the motor had failed. Unfortunately, he did not have a replacement part and had to order one. He could not estimate how long that process would take, only that someone would contact me. A few days later, I received a message stating that the motor had been ordered and that delivery would take 4 to 6 weeks. Needless to say, my wife and I were extremely disappointed that a brand-new recliner failed after only 14 days of use. I attempted to contact customer service through text messaging, since speaking with an actual person by phone was apparently not an option. I requested that Living Spaces consider replacing the recliner rather than making us wait up to six weeks for a repair. I was told my request would be forwarded to the warranty department. Five days passed without any response. I finally visited the store in person to speak with someone directly. After explaining the situation, I was disappointed by the lack of empathy shown by the customer service representative. Customer service should involve more than simply reading account notes; it should include understanding the customer's frustration and attempting to help. I asked if a manager could review my request for a replacement recliner. The representative returned and told me that Living Spaces had already offered a resolution, specifically replacing the motor, and that nothing further would be done. To make matters worse, I noticed my claim had been marked as closed, although I was assured I would still be contacted when the part arrived. My issue is not just the defective motor. Products can fail. The real problem is how difficult Living Spaces makes it to get assistance. There is little to no human interaction, and the process feels heavily automated with very little concern for the customer's experience. At this point, all I can do is look at a recliner sitting in my living room with the footrest permanently extended and hope that the correct motor arrives within six weeks and that someone actually calls me when it does. Based on this experience, I have little reason to consider Living Spaces for future purchases. **Danny Rivera** ---

If you shop here, you WILL be treated like a common criminal. The majority of the employees are sure all customers are out to steal their $3.99 shirts, so when this happens to you, don't take it personally. At dd's, customers = shoplifters. If you shop here, you WILL wait in an incredibly long and slow-moving line, and no matter how long the line becomes, there will only be two registers open. That is unless it's near closing time. In that case, they will herd you out of there like cattle and will incessantly announce over the intercom that they are closing soon. If you shop here, you WILL NOT being using the bathroom as there are no restrooms open to the public. Bottom line-keep your expectations low, keep your bladder empty, and prepare yourself for a seamlessly endless line at checkout.

The aisles are so small and crowded making it hard to navigate and impossible if there's another cart or person in the aisle. There are some great finds but it's rare or hard to find. Many of the merchandise is scattered throughout the store in random areas. Some of the staff are friendly while others won't even say a word to you. The line is also long and they have 1-2 cashiers. I don't think I'll come back to this location.
