So, they take from the Public School System to line up votes from their base voters in the land of wealth and excesses. Because they can. They make the rules and approve the voucher game. Economic reports state Arizona Public Schools will become bankrupt and ripe for privatization by making them inefficient albatrosses and turn public opinion against them in favor of privatization.
