We had the best experience celebrating my son's 5th birthday at Ninja Kidz Action Park! We brought a group of about 20 people, and every single person both the kids and adults, had an amazing time. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and had so much to keep everyone entertained. The staff really stood out with their excellent customer service and everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Meeka, who took care of our party. She was incredibly sweet, attentive, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. It was an excellent value for such a fun, stress-free experience. The safety and upkeep is not up to par. Areas are not really child age enforced. Kids under 5 or smaller children are prone to injury. My smaller kid fell into a corner where the tarp was not secure and her poor head almost sucked thru luckily I seen her right in time as I didn't leave her side and was able to grab her in time. Pulling her by her feet. She was quite startled and so was I. Def will not be back ever. read more

After 10 minutes at the place I had an encounter with a rude mom who started screaming at me and fighting because I nicely asked her daughter to take turns with my son , and not to jump at the same time next to my 2 yo because they could get injured( she was double the age) the mom started accusing me of trying to touch her kid, it's was an unpleasant experience an educated person would have acted different. 5 minutes later a preteen jumped on top of my 4 yo hurting him, resulting in him not wanting to be at the park anymore in fear of all the other big kids. My daughter 8yo got scarped with something some kid left inside a slide. We left earlier, will not be coming back. I did get the money back for my 4yo who didn't want to jump after the incident. read more

Hosted a party up stairs. It was perfect. We just served fruit and veggies and got pitchers for drinks. All the parents liked that we had a perfect view of our kids the whole time from the party area. You can see the whole playground. Staff were friendly and nice. Our party host Meeka was kind. We had unlimited refills, plates, cups and water was included. We went next door to have pizza after our jump time. The only items I brought was two food trays and I dropped off the cupcakes at the PP pizza next door so it was great to not have to haul too much around. read more

My five year-old had a good experience overall. This action park is appropriate for small kids and older. I wouldn't recommend it for babies or toddlers. The staff running the slide and the zip line were on top of it and available to help kids which parents appreciate. The cleanliness of the bathroom was below par. There was a strong urine, smell and splatter on the floor and toilet and both bathrooms available to guests. Lastly, DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THE MEMBERSHIP unless you plan on making a lifetime membership. I am still working on how to cancel. I have called and left a voicemail but no return. I have emailed the only email address for contact information provided on the website. The person who responded told me to email a different address, which I did, but received an error message in response because it's not a working email. I checked the email multiple times and it was the same one I was provided with. There's no other contact information available online. read more

My son got his foot cut open with a sharp shard of plastic or glass in the dodgeball area. Very unprofessional staff & not eager to come when there is an injury. No urgency at all. I specifically asked for a first aid kit because there are blood borne pathogens & the staff have no gloves for themselves. Need first aid training & overall better management skills as a whole for CJ. He blamed it on only having 4 staff, which is evident it's a lack of leadership. Eventually the area was exited so the rest of the pieces could be cleaned up. My son does not want to come back at all. Not a great experience. 10/10 do not recommend. read more

My daughter is 3 1/2 years old and we had a blast here! We went on a Friday around 12:30 in the afternoon, and on a rainy day, there was a decent amount of kids enjoying the park. We walked in and were greeted and informed to sign the waiver on the iPads first and head over to the counter after to pay. We paid $98 for 2 adults and a child for 90 min (that total does include the 3 pairs of socks we were required to buy to ensure park safety). I was unsure if it would be unusual for us to join in with her cause parents also have the option to sit on the sides and watch (there is seating located all around) but after seeing the size/ skill level required for some obstacles we decided it would be best. I am glad my husband and I decided to participate because she needed some guidance on some of the obstacles. We are pretty athletic people and some of them were tricky for us, and we may have fallen off a time or two, but they have made sure the falls are done safely with padding and netting in some spaces. There's a lot to offer at this ninja park so it can be fun for a lot of ages. Just to name a few; there's an obstacle course (as mentioned plenty above), bouncy dodgeball area, giant wipeout balls, basketball area, foam pit, trampoline squares, 2 giant slides, a trapeze jump and even a smaller foam pit! I also saw they had some cool running video game towards the front but we were so focused on the rest we didn't even check it out! It started getting busier and there was a birthday party starting later in the afternoon so we headed out after an hour or so. We will definitely return, this place is fun and not something you do everyday! read more

I do not make reviews, I think they are a false narrative of a company or product, however in this case, I specifically made an account. I am commenting on the staff and ninja kids action park itself. When I took my sister for a day out and went here from the beginning it was an amazing experience, the staff at the front door were human and were helping and understanding. As well as the employee who assisted us and helping my sister with her self confidence, she was having trouble getting on certain attractions because of fear, but the specific team member who helped us was so amazing and very supportive. She was able to help us build up my sisters confidence to go on the rides to conquer her fears, I could not have done it alone with out the help of her. Not only are they great staff but great people as well. They are human and were more inviting and understanding than any other trampoline or action park that I have been to, I really appreciate what they did at this location and I had an amazing experience and I will make 100 accounts to make sure this location and the staff there get all the representation they deserve. I wish I could give a better personal thank to the lady who helped me and who helped my sister gain the confidence she needed. I applaud the staff and managing, we need more people like them in this world. read more

I am rarely in the vicinity of Ninja Kidz, and therefore would not have seen signs on your door. It is definitely not good for babies or toddlers. Most places like these have sections for small kiddos but this place doesn't. What's worse is i feel like the staff should know that so I payed to have my toddler play with their siblings just for her to sit down by me because their is not a section for her. Also you have to wear their socks they are super strict on that. You can't bring your own jump socks (5 dollars a pack.) My older kids said it was just okay. There are definitely better places like this in AZ and bigger and more equipped for all ages. It didnt meet the hype. I guess I would have looked passed it all if it wasn't for the whole smaller age range issue. Like as a staff member or on the website it should be stated. read more

We love watching the Ninja Kidz and love their action park even more! This indoor park is an amazing way to get out of the cold and let the keiki burn energy. It was clean and well maintained too! This was not that fun. I have a 10 and 13 year old. They were bored in less than an hour. The fact that you have to buy their socks is ridiculous. There is nothing different about their sock and others. The slide was closed. Every other activity takes 10 seconds to complete except the maze which is geared towards younger kids. We love this place. Got a membership the first time we went and we honestly take our kids for an hour out of the day almost EVERY day. They love it. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. All around an awesome place to kill some time and energy in your little ones.
