Tried this place out for my toddler and she loved it. I appreciate that there are a few different toddler only sections. There is a lot of variety with things to do and it definitely fills up your time. I appreciate the seating around the activities for parents that are just observing. We ended up going back a couple days later and getting the annual membership. A couple gripes. The first time we went in, the people at the counter didn't explain anything to us. I had a bogo coupon that they almost didn't let me use. But they ended up allowing it, didn't explain the time limit or that wristbands, didn't point anything out. I obviously figured it out but it would have been nice to receive some information as first time guests. Also a little annoying that you have to use their grip socks. I specifically have grip socks for my daughter for different bounce places so I brought them but was told I had to buy them from them for $5. It's $5.49, actually, that I saw on the receipt. My sister and I came here and brought my niece to jump, she is 2 1/2. We walked up to the counter and had a BOGO pass. There were three girls standing at the counter and nobody explained to us anything about coming for this visit, and that was our first time here. They forced us to buy their socks even though we brought our own that we've used at other bounce locations. When we asked why she literally said "idk cause they're our competitor?" and said it as a question. Wild! I stopped by today for my sons 7th Birthday - he didn't want to do the party package he just wanted to stop by and jump - today is his "YES" day so everything he wants he is getting! He mentioned Sky-zone himself because we actually did have his birthday party here 2 years ago and he loved it! We are then going elsewhere for his birthday package to switch things up. This place is so much fun for the kiddos, they have so many things for them to do. This is also fun for teenagers and adults if they want! No age restrictions besides the kid area is 6 and under. They have Cafe area that sells chicken strips, nachos, pretzels, pizza, dip and dots, icee's, Pringle's, cotton candy and a few other things. They also have multiple different areas of fun! They have the Zip line, dodgeball, kid area, obstacles, basketball, rock climbing and a few more!! You'll definitely keep busy here. You do need to purchase your own socks, they are around $4 for the original orange ones and they offer other cool designs for 50 cents more. You may keep and re use these socks when you come again so you don't need to repurchase it. I definitely will keep coming back! The ambiance is awesome love the features! I bought a membership in LA (we were just driving through and needed to burn off some energy) not realizing memberships would not transfer to the Arizona branch. We live close to this one in Peoria and I have 5 kids (6 kids right now I was buying memberships for). The manager Diego said he would not honor my other memberships. Which I get BUT I did just spend $200 to get them a few days ago so I said okay If I buy 6 more can I at least get a discount? I just spent over $200 to get these in California. He said nope. The place needs a good cleaning especially the toddler zones. It is also sad that they don't maintain the toys. There use to be a lot more blocks in the toddler zone. There use to be more balls for the air guns, and most of the features don't work anymore. I would recommend they close once a week and give a good cleaning and do repairs. Find another trampoline park. This one is overpriced, broken or closed attractions, rude staff, and poorly lit. There are 3 staff run attractions. One is broken and the others have been closed for over 45 minutes. I've asked twice when they will open and they say "every 30 min" but when is that and no answer. It was a quiet weekend and we had been home bound for a while. I woke up and thought trampoline park! We ate breakfast and headed to Sky Zone arriving right when they opened. It was our first visit so I had to use fill out the waiver before we started jumping. You must purchase their socks for $5 when jumping. You may not use your own. They have no slip grip on the bottom. You may use them for future visits, though they do break down easily. So many fun activities. Most activities are for ages 6 and up but we still had a blast. The girls chose a 90 minute adventure and it wore them out! They have glow nights where you wear white t-shirts and jump in the black lights. They have birthday party ops here to in the open or private room. You must check out the slide! You go down on your stomach and you fly into the air. Too much fun. They do need to repair or revamp the mini foam pit area with the damaged climbing wall, and maybe refresh some of the foam blocks. John and Josh were two awesome young men working the large foam pits and trampolines in that area. They interacted with the kids in a fun appropriate manner putting a little bit more spark in the kids step and kindly keeping the kids safe making sure they followed rules while being fun. Kind, and gentle. Can't wait to go back. They also have monthly memberships for up to 4 family members with at least a 3 month commitment where you can jump every day if you like. They have a nice snack bar. They do offer pizza they make there for birthday parties, but we are welcome to bring in special food for our little ones as well who have food sensitivities which is really cool! read more

We used to LOVE skyzone they had deals which would make it more affordable to come especially because it's Arizona and everything has to be indoors in the summer and it can be costly. Well skyzone has been bought out by "corporation" the girl told me and this means they got rid of any deals they had but also raised the prices. Even though they advertise still in skyzone on their waver screens they have early bird special for 12$ on Sundays they wouldn't honor it which is false advertisement. We will definitely be going to another indoor trampoline park from here on out, there is plenty of them. read more

I'm super disappointed on the toddler set up for my 1.5 year old. My son and I always go to Rush, but then I saw an advertisement for the "toddler area" here at Sky Zone. Figured it was worth a shot since it's literally in my backyard. It is completely dark on the bottom. He kept running into the equipment, and there is not enough padding on the ground for when they trip. There are also no restrictions for the older kids running all around in the younger area. The facility seemed pretty clean and the staff was fairly courteous overall - it was an encounter with their leadership team left us not wanting to come back. I came in with my 3 year old, husband, and 8 month old. We purchased time for my 3 year old to play and socks for both parents. We were asked to stay in the toddler area due to safety reasons, which was perfectly okay with us. However, at one point, I was approached by a staff member, as I sat on a trampoline with my 8 month old and gently bounced him, and was asked to purchase my infant Sky Zone socks. We asked to clarify, 'even though he can't walk... or jump?!' - affirmed. The manager wasn't swayed at all by the cant stand or jump perspective either. Look, what's right is right and what's fair is fair. If it's their rule that everyone who enters the facility wear their special socks- then who am I to argue? However, that's not their rule; their rule is that all jumpers have to wear their socks and if you don't start your official age range until 'walking,' then you can't make up a new rule today on the fly and expect to call that right or fair. TERRIBLE experience here as a parent. This establishment seems to be prejudice in my personal experience here because as soon as my husband and I checked in we went to order our food and immediately were turned off. I ordered the number 2 which was a pepperoni pizza slice and a drink. We were told that they were out of pepperoni......It was 1pm...... After I ordered something I really didn't want (the number 7 which was chicken tenders and fries) I noticed that people who ordered both before and after I ordered received both whole pepperoni pizzas and pizza slices. All of these people were Caucasian people and I am African American. When asked about it, the young guy (who appeared to be around 6'2, skinny, dark hair, and wearing a beanie) just said "well, I mean, what do you want me do?" very nonchalantly and moved on. Also, we were here for a birthday party and we ended up receiving 2 pizzas with pepperoni on it anyway. If you're trying to bring your 3-4 year old. I say it's not worth it. As the little ones like to wander off and jump at the bigger area for the older kids. They only have 4 trampolines available for them and a structure for them to play at. The other section is across the building which makes no sense. They should have one designated area just for the toddlers. However if you have a child over 5 then it's definitely worth it since they are pretty much free to roam everywhere. I had an issue with the girl upfront because my son is 4 (consider toddler play) but reaches the height requirement. I mentioned to her that we came before and he's able to jump with the older kids. It was ... okay. The DESIGN of it is spectacular. So many cool attractions and things to do. But between worrying about their bottom line and potential injury liability, they've managed to sap much of the fun out of being there. The constantly broadcasted list of things you're not allowed to do is longer than the list of things you can. And I'm not sure I'd recommend renting it out for a party. The food and drinks are average and as expensive as any concession stand on game day, and the young employees didn't seem enthusiastic about anything, not that I can blame them. I've been trying for over a week to speak to someone about summer hours and memberships. Myself and 3 other families were planning to get summer passes at this location and no one answers the phone or calls back, no matter time of day. Based on the hours on their website they won't be opening until 4pm during the week for regular play (not little leapers), which is really disappointing. We had my daughter's bday party there last weekend and had a great experience! When we arrived, I had our cupcakes and decorations and veggie trays for the party. They put everything in a fridge for us, and when we got to the party room after the kids jumping time, they had set up the decorations I brought and I was so grateful! The kids got to jump for an hour & loved it. They provide a party host, someone that pours drinks for the kids and helps serve pizza and cake, I was so grateful to have the help and we loved our experience. The toddler room is not connected. You cannot see it from the main room. Good place to spend an hour or two. I was looking for a place to take my nephew on his summer break. So we decided to go to Skyzone and my newphew had a blast. He, rode played dodgeball and flipped all over the trampolines. Skyzone has a lot of space. There are a variety of activity areas to choose from, and there is even a area for adults to watch and wait. There were many kids and adults at Skyzone yet it didn't feel crowded. There is a toddler area located in the back away from the older kid's activities which is a great way to keep the little ones safe. The staff was on top of their responsibilities and professional, even as teenagers! Skyzone might not be my favorite spot but it sure is one of my nephews favorite places and if you go early, he could manage with a special 2 hours or jump play for 10 bucks you can't beat that. read more

Horrible experience. Arrived at 7:30 pm, was told we need to buy a 'special t shirt and socks' since their glow night starts in 30 minutes. Paid $60 for two jumpers and then they proceeded to kick us off the trampoline, letting us know that we are not allowed to jump for 30 minutes until they clean off all the trampolines. So I am expected to sit there with a 3 year old for thirty minutes, after paying $60. I then asked for a refund and they said they will not refund me the t shirt and socks, which they made me buy in the first place.
