Very friendly clean. Haven't been here for over a year. Would come back again. Cheap prices as well.

This is where you check in and can get your socks

I stopped by today for my sons 7th Birthday - he didn't want to do the party package he just wanted to stop by and jump - today is his "YES" day so everything he wants he is getting! He mentioned Sky-zone himself because we actually did have his birthday party here 2 years ago and he loved it! We are then going elsewhere for his birthday package to switch things up. This place is so much fun for the kiddos, they have so many things for them to do. This is also fun for teenagers and adults if they want! No age restrictions besides the kid area is 6 and under. They have Cafe area that sells chicken strips, nachos, pretzels, pizza, dip and dots, icee's, Pringle's, cotton candy and a few other things. They also have multiple different areas of fun! They have the Zip line, dodgeball, kid area, obstacles, basketball, rock climbing and a few more!! You'll definitely keep busy here. You do need to purchase your own socks, they are around $4 for the original orange ones and they offer other cool designs for 50 cents more. You may keep and re use these socks when you come again so you don't need to repurchase it. I definitely will keep coming back! The ambiance is awesome love the features! The staff were also very friendly and welcoming!

    Weekend air bound!

It was a quiet weekend and we had been home bound for a while. I woke up and thought trampoline park! We ate breakfast and headed to Sky Zone arriving right when they opened. It was our first visit so I had to use fill out the waiver before we started jumping. You must purchase their socks for $5 when jumping. You may not use your own. They have no slip grip on the bottom. You may use them for future visits, though they do break down easily. So many fun activities. Most activities are for ages 6 and up but we still had a blast. The girls chose a 90 minute adventure and it wore them out! They have glow nights where you wear white t-shirts and jump in the black lights. They have birthday party ops here to in the open or private room. You must check out the slide! You go down on your stomach and you fly into the air. Too much fun. They do need to repair or revamp the mini foam pit area with the damaged climbing wall, and maybe refresh some of the foam blocks. John and Josh were two awesome young men working the large foam pits and trampolines in that area. They interacted with the kids in a fun appropriate manner putting a little bit more spark in the kids step and kindly keeping the kids safe making sure they followed rules while being fun. Kind, and gentle. Can't wait to go back. They also have monthly memberships for up to 4 family members with at least a 3 month commitment where you can jump every day if you like. They have a nice snack bar. They do offer pizza they make there for birthday parties, but we are welcome to bring in special food for our little ones as well who have food sensitivities which is really cool!

I'm super disappointed on the toddler set up for my 1.5 year old. My son and I always go to Rush, but then I saw an advertisement for the "toddler area" here at Sky Zone. Figured it was worth a shot since it's literally in my backyard. It is completely dark on the bottom. He kept running into the equipment, and there is not enough padding on the ground for when they trip. There are also no restrictions for the older kids running all around in the younger area. Not to mention there is no gate to keep the really little ones in the area. I would not recommend this place for anyone who has a kid under 2

I don't usually review but just wanna help a parent out. Everything is old... things are coming apart . Very unsafe , open electric lines... Definitely not worth $25 per person. Kids under 6 playground is the same size as McDonald's playground. Lack of staff. Everything is closed. Asked for refund gave a refund back to same location

We used to LOVE skyzone they had deals which would make it more affordable to come especially because it's Arizona and everything has to be indoors in the summer and it can be costly. Well skyzone has been bought out by "corporation" the girl told me and this means they got rid of any deals they had but also raised the prices. Even though they advertise still in skyzone on their waver screens they have early bird special for 12$ on Sundays they wouldn't honor it which is false advertisement. We will definitely be going to another indoor trampoline park from here on out, there is plenty of them.

We had a great experience at skyzone for my son's 9th birthday party! Booking was easy, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the party room was spacious and clean! Thanks for great memories!

They have a designated toddler zone, age: walking - 5 years old, all other areas accessible to all older ages. The facility seemed pretty clean and the staff was fairly courteous overall - it was an encounter with their leadership team left us not wanting to come back. I came in with my 3 year old, husband, and 8 month old. We purchased time for my 3 year old to play and socks for both parents. We were asked to stay in the toddler area due to safety reasons, which was perfectly okay with us. However, at one point, I was approached by a staff member, as I sat on a trampoline with my 8 month old and gently bounced him, and was asked to purchase my infant Sky Zone socks. We asked to clarify, 'even though he can't walk... or jump?!' - affirmed. The manager wasn't swayed at all by the cant stand or jump perspective either. Look, what's right is right and what's fair is fair. If it's their rule that everyone who enters the facility wear their special socks- then who am I to argue? However, that's not their rule; their rule is that all jumpers have to wear their socks and if you don't start your official age range until 'walking,' then you can't make up a new rule today on the fly and expect to call that right or fair. I held my infant while jumping or my infant sat on his butt the entire time, he cannot stand, let alone jump.

I can't remember his name it was very unique but OMG!! He was the best host I have ever had.10/10

DO NOT BOOK YOUR PARTY AT THIS LOCATION THE MANAGMENT AND TEAM ARE HORRIBLE!!!!…read moreI am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding the way my granddaughter's birthday party was handled at your location today. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.

I have to use my own sanitizer and get napkins to wipe down a place to sit. The bathrooms are disgusting. Never clean. Out of toilet paper and paper towels. Lack of comfortable seating. There should be an exoress kiosk for those with memberships that you put in your phone number and it spits out the wristband. The 2 workers at the check in take 5 to 10 minutes to check in new families who have to sign up and sign waivers. It is so Loud. The constant loud beeping of machines and on the weekends, the birthday party announcementst hurt my ears. I leave with a headache everytime. Due to the lack of cleanliness at tables and seats and the bathrooms I highly question the cleanliness of the mats and ball pits. Never mind the kitchen.

I also presented a complimentary Basic Pass voucher that I had received on a previous visit. The cashier told me that the Basic Pass only covered the trampolines, but since we wanted access to the deluxe attractions, we would need to upgrade. That was completely fine with me. However, instead of charging the Shorty Pass upgrade price for my child under 40 inches, I was charged the full Deluxe Pass price of $26.99 instead of the $11.99 Shorty Pass. After realizing the mistake, I spoke with the manager. Rather than correcting the pricing error or issuing a refund for the difference, I was told that no refunds could be given and was offered another Basic Pass voucher. That does not resolve the issue. I didn't want another Basic Pass--I simply wanted to be charged the correct price for my child based on the pass that should have applied. This situation could have easily been avoided if employees were properly trained on the different pass options and how promotional vouchers can be applied. Customers shouldn't have to pay more because of employee misinformation. I hope Urban Air improves its staff training so this doesn't happen to other families.

I'm not sure exactly what I got charged for because I didn't keep the receipt, rookie mistake. It was a busy Sunday and lots of parties happening so there were literally children of all ages everywhere. I didn't even get to jump out of fear of bouncing a kid to the ceiling on accident. I noticed that that staff within the trampoline areas simply march around and pace back and forth I suppose looking for children to assist. However for the most part they were just getting their steps in and not really paying attention. Additionally a few not all looked super unapproachable and would smile at all. There was a girl with bangs who was working the rock wall, and assisting with harnesses, she was super cool. She made sure kids were smiling and offered tips for the structures and always had a smile. So we'll be back and hopefully on a less busy day so I can jump too...
