Paid $23 for two hours. Not bad of a price. Luckily, Adults do not have to pay. I gave this place a 3 because it wasn't very clean. Trash on a lot of the seating benches in the front, and I didn't see any employees actively cleaning when I was there. I also think they deserved a 3 because alot of the employees were on their phone and not enforcing rules when kids weren't being safe. Arrived at 4 pm on a Sunday and stayed till 6 pm. There were lots of bday parties when I went, so it was pretty busy.

Had fun. Nice and cool inside. Staff were friendly and helpful. FYI: they have SNACKS not pizza or lunch items. Kids (ages 6-10) would come back they said.

Super fun place for kids! We brought our two grandkids today (Age 13 & 8). They have trampolines, climbing walls, and climbing structures. There is a smaller area for toddlers. There is free Wifi . ** Please note that kids must wear grip socks. We were able to purchase them a pair there. There is a concession stand that sells snacks. There is a lot of employee supervision ( older teens for the most part). All the kids seemed to have a lot of fun!

Horrible birthday experience. They refused to let us have cupcakes at the birthday party we booked. Then when we started opening presents they kicked us out. As we were leaving the group of employees was condescending as they waved bye and said have a nice day. As i had to carry out my crying 5 year old because of not getting his cupcakes or presents with his friends

Our 7 year old son, and we were visiting from California, had a great time here. It was totally fun and he even met / made local friends for the short time he was there. You have to buy or bring grippy socks 'tho, for safety. It's nice for parents to sit back and unwind too.

Kids had a blast! Would recommend to keep kids happy on a rainy day for sure! We were looking for an indoor activity and this hit the mark.

Ask the Community - Uptown Jungle Fun Park

Hi! Is the park appropriate for an 8 year old and an 11 year old?

Yes, definitely. The entire place caters to toddlers through maybe about 12 years old (toddlers in a separate area of course).

I was able to bring in decor, food, and entertainment all from outside vendors. The events manager confirmed a few days before that all of my party details were covered so I felt very confident the day of his birthday. I reserved the blossom area on the top floor and expected about 40 guest. Everyone was comfortable and there was enough room to stand or sit. Sharon was our party attendant and she was on top of all of my request. The action park was a blast! Everyone (adults included) enjoyed. Keep in mind if you have a little one that is not 5 and older, they cannot go down the slide. If you are looking for a one stop shop for birthdays, I would highly recommend Ninja Kidz. It was a seamless experience for me. The kids, and even the adults, enjoyed this action park.

WORST PARTY EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD -- DO NOT RECOMMEND!…read more I should have trusted my gut and booked my son's birthday party somewhere else. The communication was nonexistent, the room was filthy, our attendant was rarely around, and I spent most of my son's birthday setting up and cleaning up instead of enjoying it with him. Before booking, I called and left at least five voicemails asking about available spaces and what was included. I finally reached someone who told me the only available option was the private party room on October 11. I booked for 10 children and asked about party packages and orange, white, and black decorations. I was told someone would call about color options. The employee explained that Cece, the party coordinator, was unavailable. I was quoted a total and prepared $500 in cash for the day of the party. No one followed up. During the week of the party, I called to confirm. The employee seemed confused, asked coworkers about reservations, then simply told me I was all set and hung up. I called again asking for Cece, but she was unavailable. Finally, on October 6, I received a voicemail confirming the reservation and informing me that my requested colors were unavailable. The message also mentioned a package I had never selected, despite being told only one space was available when I booked. I called back and explained I would bring my own orange tablecloths, napkins, silverware, and cups, so I did not need the gold package. Upon arrival, we were told waivers had to be signed before setting up. The room already had blue tablecloths and napkins stuffed into tiny 4-ounce plastic cups. I reminded the attendant that I had called ahead about bringing my own supplies. She told me to remove theirs and cover the tablecloths with mine. She helped with one table, then left me to do the rest alone. My family eventually arrived and helped finish. The room was also filthy, with green frosting smeared on seats and grease left behind. We had to clean it ourselves with baby wipes. About 30 minutes into the party, I finally completed the QR-code waiver process. The attendant then informed me we had to be out promptly at 1 p.m. because another party was scheduled afterward. I noticed an upstairs gallery with multiple empty tables and asked about it. I was told it was reserved for parties, which was confusing because I had specifically been told those spaces were unavailable when booking. It felt like I was unnecessarily pushed into paying for the private room. When it was time to eat, guests had to leave the party area to refill their own water. Thankfully, I brought water bottles for the kids. It took approximately an hour and a half before our attendant finally brought out a single pitcher of ice water. Because we were under pressure to leave on time, I rushed the birthday song and dessert so I could pack everything into my wagon and clean up for the next party. I didn't want to inconvenience another family, but I missed much of my own son's birthday because I was busy setting up, managing everything, and cleaning. At checkout, I was told we had more than 10 children. I explained that we had 12 confirmed RSVPs, including my son, although some family members were too young to participate or simply watched. I was then presented with a bill approximately double what I had been quoted over the phone. To make matters worse, I was asked how much I wanted to tip our attendant. A tip for what? One tablecloth and one pitcher of water, with virtually no assistance? I asked to speak with management and explained everything, including the lack of promised drinks, poor service, and unexpected charges. The employee apologized but said the party manager wasn't there and that Cece would call me back. I made it clear that the communication had been terrible and I wasn't holding my breath. Our party was Sunday morning. I waited a day for someone to follow up. No one called. The lack of communication, dirty facilities, inadequate supplies, absent service, confusing booking process, and unexpected charges made this an incredibly disappointing experience. A child's birthday should be about making memories, not managing problems the business should have handled. Save your money and book somewhere else. I will never spend my money here again, even as a regular day visitor.

A great place to bring the littles, ideally baby to toddler age. I arrived with my 2 year old and he had a blast playing with the center interactive zone that is kind of like an obstacle course. There are also a lot of push toys off to the side he had fun with, and a babies only area if you are toting a little sibling. This location was clean, and not too crowded close to opening hour on a weekday. There is a small area to eat snacks as well, along with some healthy food and drink options at the front. Plenty of parking when we went. We were only in town for a couple of days, and I loved it for a great option to bring my toddler, especially in the heat. They offer memberships as well.

There's also a separate area with tables and chairs for snacking or for parents to work. I had my son's birthday here and I chose the private party package after business hours so I didn't have to worry about it being packed with other people we don't know. The employees were communicative when I had questions regarding my party prior to his bday. I provided everything including decor, goodies, food, and they provided tables and chairs. However, we did come again to play on a separate occasion on a weekday and it was very very busy. I rated a 4 because I wished they capped at a certain capacity since Playzona isn't as large as others play places.

Wow, I drove 45 minutes to experience Cloud House and I WILL be driving out here again…read more Acoustic, gentle music with low stimulation but great sensory activities. Totally appropriate from infant to 7-8 years old. My 4, 3, and babies all had the best time playing independently (NO ONE WAS CLIMBING ON ME) and with the open and quiet layout, my kids felt safe and comfortable enough to climb and explore. Antonio and Jasmine were so helpful over the phone and in person they even had TWO different craft activities in where they at down with the kids and taught them about the subject of the week. (Transportation) I loved that part. Two hours is a great window of time enjoy the space though we totally could have stayed longer. Lastly, the addition sibling discount is tremendously and undoubtedly (I know from the experience with four kids) the most the most generous. Thank you Cloud House! See you again soon
