My son has been coming here for 7 years now! We joined the membership world a couple years ago and it was just basic they have headed more perks like bringing a friend a each month! We love the new upgrades they have added to the place and have shown a lot of promise in keeping the up keep! Victoria is amazing, always so sweet and welcoming when we come in! I have seen her running this place on her own a several times now and she rocks it! Everyone was very patient and happy to wait for her to get back and forth between snack bar and the counter to check kids in! There are a couple other staff members I have recently witnessed and they are watching over all the kids and keeping tables cleaned and cleared for everyone coming in! Been more pleasureable experience with this crew! Thank you!!! read more

Had my sons birthday party here. White glove service. They do everything. Just drop off all your party decorations and they completely set it all up. They even help distribute food and cake. Would recommend! Also the food is prepped IN HOUSE! read more

Went here with my 10 children. Its nice that they offer homeschool hours. The girl at the front desk very unwelcoming. Not goodmornig, or how are you instead we got "have a membership?"then we were told to fill out waivers and said "sign them over there" I have never been there before and a little direction would be nice It also would of been nice to have been told they have a 5 and under area. My 2 year old hurt her leg within 10 minutes of being there. She was crying, sitting with me and lying on the bench the remainder of time. I understand her getting hurt was not their fault. They could of at least checked on her to see if she was okay. The one thing they did right and it was minimal was to give me an icebag when I asked for it. Upon leaving. Not even "thanks for coming, have a good day" We will not be returning.Clearly they are all about $$$ read more

I have had a membership for a long time and I finally canceled it and I have wanted to for a while. But now they're under new management and I walked in to the new management and they are beyond rude! They don't even say hi, welcome in. They just very coldly say... You have a membership? It was very uncomfortable! And they've changed some things around. Some things we really like. Really love the new jumping TV video game but you have two trampolines that can only be one person on each as they play their video game. But they have no one there to monitor the situation and all these little kids just jump on the trampolines while someone's trying to play their game. You have a guy walking around, but he's in another world. He's not doing anything. And then they have very unlevel mats that are unexpected and as I sat there for an hour and a half I watched about six kids fall. So that was it... I'll be going over to urban air. read more

I had a party they're the other weekend and my host was amazing. She told me her name was Hope I believe. She was on top of everything while hosting my party. she was super sweet. She decorated the room perfectly. I even helped her with it and we were chatting, she's super kind. The food was good. The pizza was a little bit doughy. Front desk staff were on top of everything! If you have kids in town or love her it was lots to fun for the grandchildren. It did run about $97 for 3 kids for 3 hours including the special socks they make all the kids wear. The place was pretty clean and it was nice to see them enforce the rules to all even the soccer mom who thought the rules did not apply to her and just carry her drinks right past the signs. read more

Took my boys here for the 90 minute jump time and they loved it. My 4 year old is autistic so we hardly ever get to go to places where people have the patience for him. This was My first time ever where the Employee had no problem hanging out with my little one while his big brother played with the bigger kids. So I just want to give a huge shout out to Wyatt. This place is the perfect spot to keep energetic kids busy during the hot summer months. We went in a Sunday and it wasn't incredibly busy. You get to purchase jumping time by the hour and it is very reasonably priced. Parents are allowed on the trampoline floor as long as a waiver is signed. Food and drinks are also available on site but no drinks are allowed near the trampoline area. While we were there, the fire fighters had to be called due to a child being injured. Not sure if it's a frequent occurrence. Overall great place for the kids to burn off some energy at a very affordable price. Will definitely be back. read more

Another great visit to Elevate with my kids today. I was honestly dreading it due to it being summer and thought it would be so packed I wouldn't be able to keep track of all the kiddos with me today, but I was pleasantly surprised it wasn't too bad. Besides the semi long line to check in it went pretty quick. We filled out our waivers online which saves so much time and they lost a year so you don't have to fill one out every time. The location was clean and it was easy to find a place to sit while they jumped. This time we brought our own water so we didn't have to get anything at the snack bar which is quite overpriced in my opinion. read more

I took my 4 year old daughter here and she had an amazing time! She's been begging to go back everyday since! They have a ton of trampolines and even a special section for the smaller kids to bounce. They also have foam pits and various obstacle course contraptions for kids to go crazy with. They require you to buy their socks for liability purposes so be prepared for that. They also have a small food court area and some private rooms for birthday parties. It was also pretty affordable. I would highly recommend this place if you want the kids to have a good time and get super tired out! read more

Thought we were heading to another trampoline park in the area. That park wasn't ended Elavate like we thought but another name. Not opening until 4pm so we got the directions and gave this place a shot. Being our first visit for a birthday celebration we signed our waivers at the computer kiosk there. Recommend doing it online. Especially if you have a lot of kids and or spectating adults. The sweet gal offered us a deal where we could come back any time during the month and socks included for only $17 vs $19 just for the day. I asked if there were any catches and she said nope. Home schooling the girls I was all in. I didn't want to do their friends as they are in school. Too late all were signed up and then I find out after signing up that it was a 3 month contract. Thanks for telling me! She couldn't remove any kids or make changes. Thanks! Grumble grumble. You must call to cancel your 3 month membership 15 days before your payment is due. It is big yet small. So many fun areas with a lot of unique things to do we never had seen at a trampoline park before. A bit worn and not very clean, but I always have sanitizer on hand and we visit first thing in the morning to beat the rush. The two employees working were nice and kept busy. They only wash one area a week they mentioned as there is so much to clean they said. Mom's would disagree! We could do a daily clean easily with the hands on obstacles, balls and swings. They have 3 private party rooms. The kids had a blast and are looking forward to coming back. They have a snack bar with lots of options. read more

This is my #1 trampoline park in the area! It's much cleaner than the others, and the staff is kind and courteous. Some other parks are really overwhelming with music blasting and teenagers nearly trampling over the little ones - but not Elevate. It's really pleasant for my 1, 4, and 8 year olds. Elevate allows their customers to register online anonymously. Anyone can use a bogus burner number & name & attend this place. My teenage son was a victim of this policy. My son's sneakers were stolen on camera in front of the employees desk, 10 minutes after he arrived, & placed in a cubby. The thief re-entered Elevate after he stole the sneakers!!! GPD still haven't found the the thief because he used a bogus number & identity. The manager of Elevate is never around & clueless teenagers manage the place. They told us the manager would be there the next day. They offered no compensation. Not even an apology. They instead insulted my son by telling him to pay for lockers. They do everything they can to act like they are not responsible. I arrived the next day with police and to no surprise the manager wasn't there again. This time they said the manager would be there on Tuesday. Where is this manager??? For some BS reason the teenagers wouldn't cooperate w/Goodyear PD. They refused to give all the video/evidence to the officer w/o the manager's presence. So you mean to tell me if my son was murdered I would have to wait for this irresponsible & unaccountable manager to show up? This place reeks of irresponsibility, lacks of any accountability, their waver is nonsense that they think will allow them to keep treating customers like poop. I'll never support this business again. I will do everything in my power to spread the word & get redemption from this terrible place & I will press charges on the thief. read more

Elevate is the perfect jumping place for my children and I. I have a 3 yr and 7 yr. I can reach into my bag for my water, phone, chapstick, or whatever; I look back up and can still find my child. It's a trampoline park. They have trampolines from wall to wall. The fact that I am not running up and down trying to keep my eyes on my kids going through tunnels, climbing 2-3 levels or entering inflated obstacle courses like Uptown or Urban air is enough for me. At those parks they each want to be doing something vastly different on opposite ends of the park with soo many kids, walls, stairs, and tunnels. Here I can jump with them, step off, then start jumping again without having to go around a wall, down stairs, or close a gate behind me. I can watch one on the individual trampoline while the other plays dodgeball... at the same time! It's simple, to the point, and great family fun for us. read more

What a bummer. I live in Dallas but always take my little siblings here when I'm in town. It was the best jump park in the Phoenix area and worth the 30 ish minuet drive to Goodyear. However, this time half of the obstacles were broken/damaged and their high jump trampoline was broken. That trampoline alone is worth the price of admission. The dodgeball court also had no dodgeballs. It felt like a waste of 100ish bucks because we have a basic trampoline at our house. I wouldn't spend 100 bucks and drive out to Goodyear to go jump on basic trampolines. If they fixed all the broken trampolines and obstacles I would probably go back. I'd recommend calling before hand so you don't waste your drive and money. read more

DO NOT HAVE A BIRTHDAY PARTY HERE!!! I've sat on this for a few months waiting for the chance to express the awful experience we had throwing our son's birthday party here! Starting from the moment we walked in, they had several people except ONE in training. All teenagers by the way. She was the only one who could check us and our guests in so there was many times we had to wait several minutes because she was helping one of the new people. As you can tell from the daily price it is NOT cheap. Therefore having our guests waiting around and cutting into their jump time was upsetting . We were the only party being held that day and the place was pretty dead. You cannot go into your party room until the jump time is over so if you have grandparents or people with no kids coming they're pretty much stuck standing around waiting which was a terrible experience. I asked if by chance we could access the room to leave some things and have some of the grandparents and people with no kids wait in there for the 30-40 mins left Of jump Time instead of having them stand around. The young girl who was training the newbies I guess called the owner and the owner said "for an additional $150" mind you we had already paid over $700!!! So finally we get taken to the room where it's set up and the shirt for the birthday boy they gift you was big enough to fit me . They didn't even try. (He was turning 3!) then the water they served our guests tasted like sewer water so everyone started buying water bottles from them! Ugh it's been months and the whole thing still upsets me to this day since it feels like wasted money. We haven't and will not go back again. read more

My daughter loves it here but I noticed every time I take her she ends up sick! I took a break from elevate and went to Uptown Jungle for the last few months and she never got sick. Then I take her back to elevate because we had a gift card to use and of course now she's sick. I also watched a kid throw up in the pit with the big blue ball and all staff did was go pick a few foam squares out and throw them away and move on. When I questioned how often they sanitize they said daily and then a monthly deep clean but I call that a lie since my daughter gets sick literally every-time we go so we're done now. read more

I gave this place 1 star and only because the kids did have fun. We had our daughters birthday party here on a Sunday from 1-330. SOOOO many issues we had!! There was NO ice so the Sprite was flat and WARM and this seemed to be ok with the employees. Warm flat soda after jumping around for 90 minutes is the last thing kids want. They hated the pizza and it was mostly thrown away. What kid doesn't like pizza?! It could have been because it was sitting on the counter in the room well before we were even called, uncovered. I know this because I went to the room to get the cupcakes ready. Our "helper" was barely around when we were in the room. He was there for only a few minutes. We were doing everything. Getting the drinks poured, getting the pizza to the kids. He did come in and served the rest of the pizza. He did not come back until he needed to give us the bill. When I handed the bill back to someone with my card inside, he followed me back to the room to ask if I wanted to add a tip! I wasn't expecting that and found it very rude. Usually, when you pay a bill with a card, you get a second copy to sign and add a tip. I didn't feel a tip was warranted. We did mostly everything ourselves! He was not around. We didn't get everything that was supposed to come with the party. My daughter did not get her free tshirt, she didn't get her free 1 hour jump pass, and none of the guests received a 50% off coupon for their next visit. I would have asked about it, but I felt so rushed and panicked, that it didn't even cross my mind. It was getting extremely overcrowded. The place started to get really full around 2:30-3. By 3 the place was so full you could barely walk around to find your children! The number of guests allowed in at one time, really needs to be limited for the safety of the guests. It was a mess. We had our room till 315. The next party's stuff was sitting outside our room door before 3! Like I said, I felt very rushed and nothing was explained to us at all. In other words, what to expect, what is expected from us, how it was going to work. We had never been there before and we had no clue. We had never been to a party there before. Also, I never saw an adult anywhere that appeared to work there. It's all young kids. It was just a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this place read more

Kids love it here. This time we went, all of the equipment was working. Price is manageable.

My family likes to come here to burn off energy and their prices are good compared to other places. We always check their social media pages for deals and most of the time they do have a promotion for the day. Make sure you mention said promotion or you'll get charged the regular jump hour. It must be new policy but you have to have their brand of jump socks now. We brought ours from another place and weren't allowed to use them. But before we left a family came in with jump socks from another place (same ones we had) and they were allowed to use those!? I was a little peeved by that so I'll knock a star off for that. It would be nice if you stated on the website and a board in store that you must use Elevates jump socks and not other brands. As for their trampolines and the rest of the park, we love it. It's big but not too big so you can take a break on the side and still see your kids play in eye view. There's plenty to do for every age here.
