Great place fun clean friendly staff

Keeps your kids entertained for long periods of time. The room for parents to sit I a little tight but nothing unbearable.

Friendly, clean family atmosphere. Employees are very informative and offer different options.

My kids love it. Run by kids so what can you expect, food is terrible. Saw a kid pulled out of one of the pits unconscious. Had friends say they have had stuff stolen from the cubbies...I guess you better watch your stuff closely (as you should). I guess I shouldn't expect too much from a trampoline park. read more

We had a blast! Lots to do! Tons of fun! Super clean!!!! No wait! Lots of space between people! We came at open, Sunday morning, signed waivers online, and had 90mins of fun with the whole family ages 2+! We picked Elevate over another local spot because the other reviews stated how clean this place was and it truly was!! read more

I think this is my favorite trampoline park I like the obstacle course they have and all the jumping. I use Groupon every time I go though they have changed the deals as I used to be able to get soda with my tickets. Overall we always have fun and my kids definitely get tired afterwards read more

I was mistakingly enrolled in a monthly plan. I live in Hawaii and that certainly does not any sense. When I tried to correct the error, management was rude and unhelpful. I am still unable to cancel and my cc is still being charged. The employee who set this up was dishonest, and the company will not help in any way. read more

Will not return. Been coming here with my kid/kids for over four years. I have a one-year-old who every time we've been I have physically been out on the trampoline's or a down in the foam pits helping him get out, around, etc. Never had an issue. I was here today for an hour and a half when my husband showed up, I took my socks off, gave them to him, and he began supervising our one year old. At that point, the general manager began to discriminate against him for the socks, then the bracelet he was wearing, then physically being out with our child. Yet no one said a thing to meet at the entire hour and a half I was there about my socks (which was the same pair) or my white bracelet or being out with him. She said we can supervise our child from the carpet. I said so if my one year old gets hurt by a 17 year it's okay because I'm supervising from the carpet. The general manager just kept replying with it's our policy and refused to answer my questions or even have a conversation in any way. Easy to say we won't be back. read more

We came on the Homeschool morning. We unfortunately waited until the last time of this school year to try it out. Man what fun! Can't wait til next fall to come back (cause I will be avoiding this place like the plague during the busy summer). Lots of fun for all ages. A lot of space despite the fact that there were several school groups there. My son had an absolute blast. Someone got injured pretty bad while we were there- it was a complete accident-he got kicked in the nose, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was broken. But I want to say the staff was very accommodating both in assisting the boy, getting him to his family, and making sure the area was cleaned quickly and efficiently. The staff is very nice and helpful. The main downfall is the price. The peak hours are really expensive. I'll take advantage of the special deal opened up to me during the school year. However, we've gotten invited with friends on the weekend and I've had to say no because it's too expensive :( read more

Great place- very clean and lots for kids to do. Great value for play dates. My child had a blast and we will be returning!

Lady walking around on Saturday. " No running, no foam blocks outside the pits, no climbing under anything, no sitting on top the tampoline.... " like wtf? She is completely a buzz kill. For almost 40 dollars for 2 hours to PLAY at an amusement park, they really make it not fun. She might as well say, "No fun allowed as we found a positive correlation of injury to fun." A great option to have during winter break when it's cold outside and kids need some activity! That said, it felt more expensive than the summer rates. 1.5 hours was $17 per child. Comparable to Sky Zone rates yet Sky Zone offers much more. Hard to fill the entire hour, quiet on a Saturday late morning. Good option to head there once in a while but not as regularly as we did this past summer. Will stick to an hour next time. read more

A typical trampoline park but not typical in price. Well I went for toddler time which is m-th from 10-2pm and it's was $7.50 for 2 hours of jumping. Which is awesome! My 2 year old ran around the place which was huge for his little legs. They have food I didn't get any but it was typical, pizza, ice cream, candy. Some of the areas were ripped or peeling but while we were there the staff if they weren't greeting customers they were cleaning. So that was great to see. I will definitely be back. read more

I just found out about this place. We used to drive 45 min to get to a trampoline park so having one so close to home is very exciting! The place is a bit smaller than the other trampoline park I've taken my kids to but it has all the amenities kids like. We took advantage of their M-Th toddler time. Between 10-2 Mon-Thurs your toddler can have a blast for 2 hours and the cost is only $6! They use toddler pretty loosely, too. I think the age limit was 7. We will definitely come back, especially with summer creeping up! read more

I went to this trampoline park when my friend and her 13 year old son came to AZ for a visit. I had never been to a trampoline park, but I am in my 30's and I had a great time. I really enjoyed bouncing around the facility from trampoline to trampoline. It was a surprisingly good workout as well! My friend's son loves trampoline parks and has been to many. Bought the groupon and I am glad I did. This place is super big spread out and does not smell like a gym locker like other places. My kids probably burned 1000 calories here. Tons of different stations and it's cool the parents can walk up on the ramps and there is plenty of places to sit. Do yourself a favor fill the waiver online because once your kids come into door they are so excited to get started. We will be back for sure and this is close to our favorite BBQ joint rudys. read more

The kids loved it. There's a lot going on between the multiple styrofoam block pits and the various (ultrasafe) trampolines. The summer prices are a little steep, so I suggest looking for those "deal days/times". They exist. The lady at the front was nice enough to hook me up with a little first-time discount though, a very kind gesture. Your kids will have a blast, guaranteed. read more

It's a clean and fun place to take kids of all ages! My toddler enjoyed his visit there.

Not handicap friendly in so many ways. Had a party upstairs but there is no elevator. Even individuals with walking disabilities such as myself, having to walk up 2 flights of stairs is NOT ideal. This place also has NO space specifically for toddlers or little ones under 5. The space they do have, there are big kids jumping all over the place, causing little ones to fall, including my 1 yr old. This place could have been built a lot better, like the other trampoline parks. read more

Really disappointed in the customer service. Had a birthday party for my kid and was required to pay a 50% deposit, no big deal, when the party was over they gave me a bill for the balance that I owed and suggested tip amounts for the hostess. the bill had the total and a couple of boxes with 15% 18% and 20%. I paid and checked one of the suggested tip amounts of 18%, but I never got a receipt back and didn't think to ask for one. When I looked at my credit card the total I was charged seemed off and when I called to ask about the charges they said the tip was based off the total for the party even though my bill was only half of what the party cost. When I said I didn't understand why that was and there was no indication that's how they charged people they made it seem like it was my fault and then told me they had to get off the phone because they had other customers at the counter. I reminded them I was a customer but they said they'll have to call me back. So they don't provide me enough information on the bill, overcharge me, speak condescendingly to me, then rush to get off the phone. Sorry but that's the last party I will be doing there. read more

Really small place, was expecting more but Urban Air has a lot more stuff for older children. Elevate is not only a cool place for smaller kids but the staff seemed to be dead with a lot of youngsters running around it seems unsafe to be having just one person watching almost all the attractions at the time. read more

So we have a sky zone right by our house but we thought we'd make the far drive and check out Elevate SO GLAD WE DID!! First and foremost: the staff was AMAZING! Special shout out to Pete, he was so patient with our complicated party and I didn't catch the young lady's name(I think she was the manager that evening) but she was super sweet and helpful as well. The park had many more offerings than we are used to the Jousting pit, rock climbing, and more!! We took advantage of the "Theme Thursday" and the kids had an absolute blast. If I could give less than one star I certainly would. I came here for a child's birthday party and adults from another group were throwing balls at the children's faces and private regions. When we spoke to the manager, Christina, she refused to kick the adults out and said she had to review the security video first. The adults excuses were that they roughhouse in their family. They actually said to a 10 year old kid, I better not see you outside! Seriously! Threatening a kid, how brave. Don't have a kids party here, they're not safe in a place that they should be able to have fun in. PS-According to Christina the owner/manager, if you signed the waiver you knew what you were getting into. I guess that is also a license to act like a total *#$ clown! read more

My husband & I instantly became kids again & were jumping & having so much fun! 2 hours was plenty & affordable for us at the discounted rate. Aye this place right here is the SHIT!!! I'm 20, I went in there with my little nephews and we had the time of our life's. I got the 60 minuets jump and at first I like like "Man this isn't enough time" fats forward 20 minuets later, I was tired ASF from jumping!!! I swore I was in there for about a hour & a half but it was only 20 minuets. Those kids had me in there running around like I was in a basketball workout or something. But anyway the place this great, staff is cool, and you'll lose about 5 pounds if you decide to jump. Highly recommend read more
