The trampoline park itself was fun and clean but there are way to many entrances and exits that are hidden. There were 3 teen boys with no wristbands loitering by the bathroom in a corner. I had to ask someone to please keep an eye out. You need to have extra supervision if you go here! read more

Love love love this place. They have a toddler time for 8$ on week days which is awesome. They are pretty chill about bringing in snacks and outside food, not that you have to. Their food is decent and not too expensive. It's clean and they play good music. There is ample seating so you can follow your little where ever they may go. Wife and I took our daughter and her friend here in hopes the two could burn off some energy and this newer trampoline park was a big hit. Not only were they fans but the parents were too. The park is large, has ample seating throughout, and it beats being outside in the heat anytime. Being a bit frugal, I was concerned about the price point. Kids entertainment as we all know can get expensive these days. That was not the case here in my opinion. The weekend rate was $15 for first hour and I believe $7 an hour after. So roughly $20 for two hours of relaxation for the parents was well worth it. The best savings though was the food and drinks. Yep you heard me right. $4 for chicken tenders at a kid park? Yep. $3.25 for nachos? Yep. Great prices for sure. As for the the trampolines, they were everywhere. The place was busy as it was the last school day, but there was still room for all the kids and room to spare. Overall, very pleased to have this gem near my home and look forward to future visits. read more

We found a Groupon for this place and decided to give it a try! Absolutely the best $24 we have spent on a Groupon. This place is amazing! The kids (3 years old and 2 years old) had a great time. There are so many different areas that even on a crowded day there was still enough space to not feel overcrowded. The socks that they give you with admission are so comfortable and make jumping a lot safer. The snack bar is very well priced. The entire place was very clean and smelled very fresh. You can purchase jump time by the hour. An hour was more than enough for us. We will definitely be returning. Going to have a birthday party here in December. They even make that process super easy. You do everything online through their website. Only a deposit is required up front. Great job with this establishment. 5+ stars!! read more

Showed up with out 2year old for the first time at 4:05. Waited in line to pay.. just to be told they stop selling tickets at 4pm, But they closed at 10pm. The young lady said sorry about that. My 3 year old loves this place. A variety of things for her to burn her energy. I have only been during toddler time (which isn't offered during the summer months). Great price for 2 hours of fun and my daughter doesn't want to leave after the 2 hours is up. Always a good sign she is have fun. Sadly all the kids have already torn up some of the edges on the carpeted areas and the foam blocks in the foam pit. Nothing major though and doesn't affect the fun to be had. read more

We took our 17 month old son here. He was a free jump since he was under 18 months so we just paid for my husband to jump with him. Nice clean place. The staff is very kind and friendly. We bought a 1 hr jump and we really enjoyed our time. Definitely will be returning. Summer is about to hit and it's too hot to be outside for my sons to run around, so if we aren't in the pool we'll be here! read more

Went here for a birthday party today and was extremely disappointed by the management of such a promising place. First off if you have young ones (under 5) beware. There is plenty of staff walking the floor but they say absolutely nothing to anyone. Not even in the small kids area do they help regulate those older kids that are out of control and there are many. Also, today they were experiencing plumbing problems and had no running water. That meant no bathrooms and no drinking water, which made me wonder how did they wash their hands to serve food/pizza? It isn't the problem they had as much as they cared so little to help customers deal with it, like maybe run down to the local grocery store and buy some bottled water to distribute. Needless to say for our kids safety and our own sanity we will never return or recommend. Too many kids and lack of management is sure to get someone hurt. read more

MUCH more laid back than Skyzone or the other franchises we have hit. Lots to do, many different stations for dodgeball, basketball, rock wall, different climbers. Not overpopulated, which was a concern being in a city. (Thursday AM-11-ish). Staff is friendly, interact with kids, keep it safe, but fun. We've been to crowded sky zones and dealt with intolerant staff micromanaging fun. This is awesomely laid back! read more

My family and I came to jump here over the weekend, with our neighbors, and were very dissatisfied with the customer service, and the presentation of this building. Not only was it fairly dirty and un-inviting, but the staff was as rude as could possibly be. We were ignored by them multiple times, and when my neighbor asked to speak with a manager about the service we received, compared to what we paid, she was told there was no manager on site? Really, no manager! There was no one available that she could speak with, so we left and will not ever be returning. They deserve a negative star, but I unfortunately had to select one. I cannot begin how to express how dissapointed my wife and I were, for paying what we paid. This place seemed ok upon initial walk in, but just succeeded in horrible customer service from this moment on. We were greeted by very rude staff who felt the conversation on their phone was more important than paying customers. We had never been to this place, and did not know we needed liability waivers, the staff at the front counter treated us like complete idiots for not having these liability waivers filled out before coming to them for payment. we filled them out, had to stand in the slowest line afterwards to get our wristbands. When we went up to the trampoline section, it was just nothing but chaos. staff looked like they had no clue what to do, the place was filthy dirty, carpet is shaggy and foam pieces were everywhere. Upon leaving my wife asked to speak to a manager and was told that there was not a manager on site but that she could leave a message for them. We were so disgusted by the customer service, and the complete craziness, that we just left. We will not ever return back to Elevate and do not recommend it to anyone! We will continue going to sky zone for our indoor trampoline fun! Do not waste your money on this place, we will spread the word and tell everyone we know to stay away from Elevate! read more

Been a few times, as first time was nice when not a lot of people. When the place is not busy, it's ok - although check in process is always slow, even if you have the waiver all completed beforehand. When it's busy, check in is even slower. When crowded - watch out for your kids or leave because the place tells you they have people watching the floors, but they never seem to have the energy to actually do anything if there is a problem or disagreement between kids, or adults for that matter. Gets two stars since it is overall clean and not smelly like you'd expect and my kids actually liked the facilities when it's not so crowded and hot. Will not be going back after the last time though - esp for the price. Better off at SkyZone where the space is larger and the staff more friendly. read more

Staff and management are incredibly rude and disrespectful. The place is too small and staff do not watch the kids. Prices are way too high and the bathrooms were out of toilet paper and soap. We will not be coming back to this place. I thought it was a nice place. The staff was nice. It was clean and air conditioned and fun music was playing. It looked like one set of stairs had some carpet coming off which could be a tripping hazard. Other than that, it seemed well maintained. We went early so it wasn't overcrowded. Even kids under 5 can play with balls and jump. My kids had a good time. No need to buy a trampoline in your backyard. read more

Highly disappointment in this place! For being such a new facility, I expected it to be much cleaner than it was. Management was very rude, no supervision from staff as they were only concerned with chatting amongst each other. This place is way too overpriced and far too small. They cramped so much stuff into such a little space that my kids had a hard time moving around without getting trampled by other kids. When I brought this to the managements attention, I was treated very rudely and absolutely nothing was done! I do not recommend wasting your money here! read more

We went here for a school event and had a good experience. We decided to go back over Christmas break and take my niece and nephew, for a total of 4 kids. I checked pricing online and was happy to see they offered toddler time for kids under 7. Website stated each child would be 6 dollars for 2 hours of jumping. I tried calling several times before arrival to verify there wouldn't be any additional costs. However, no one answered. When I arrived I was disappointed to find out that they changed toddler time hours due to Christmas break. The associate told me this change was reflected in their calendar on the website. I pulled up website and showed associate where I had checked pricing and no where on there did it say to check calendar for price changes. As I stood in line every single parent that arrived was also confused by price difference. Some parents even left. Associate told me there had been a lot of confusion about price changes and also said no one answers phone because they are too busy. I asked them why they haven't changed website since they have acknowledged the confusion. The staff lead explained they probably haven't changed website because change was only for two weeks. Seems pretty convenient they would raise prices during the busy Christmas season and continue to allow parents to be misled by website since it benefits them. Will not be back here! read more

Don't go if you value the safety of your children. Yes, they make you sign a waiver, however, they also stated they would provide supervision in the areas at all times to ensure participants are not engaging in rough play and bullying of the younger children. The "teenage" helpers were off in a corner chit chatting while extreme rough-housing was happening in one section where some older adults slammed into the younger children thinking it was funny to knock into them and topple them over. They could have been seriously hurt!! Luckily, that was not the case. When brought to the staff attention, who seemed to really care less, they said they would review the footage. It took 45 minutes for the "manager" to come out and simply say "you signed a waiver, sorry, we are not responsible". We paid quite a bit of money to host a birthday party here and that's all you can say? Well, sorry, you can be sure we won't be back.
