Lots of fun for my daughter and her friend! They have toddler time from 9 am to 12 pm Mondays through Thursdays. My daughter is almost 2.5 years old and she did well by herself in all of the areas offered. They do have a special toddler area that is gated off. There is an area with trampolines and plenty of slides. They also have a snack area if you get hungry and a room for parents to relax while their kids play. This location was cleaner than others I have been to. For $12, I definitely recommend this place for toddlers to run some energy off! read more

Went in for a birthday party but there was a mishap. My stomach sank. The staff here took a fully booked bad situation and turned it into an amazing above and beyond experience. Without any need to act angry they stepped up, found our reservation and completely nailed it. Customer service like this does not exist anymore 10/10. Didn't even have to tell them I have 4 children and will definitely be booking (in person) with them again. Words can't describe how they took a worst case scenario and made it better than if it didn't go wrong in the first place. Very dirty the two times I take my toddler he gets sick. First with a common cold and recently with Hand Foot Mouth disease. Definitely got it there because we don't go out much. This place smells like feet. read more

This could be a great place for kids. However, dirty equipment, broken balloons everywhere and almost no staff led me to never want to bring my grandkids again. There were also so many crushed plastic balls that had sharp edges. As a side note that is not the fault of Uptown- people use this as a babysitting facility and do not watch their kids. read more

This was my first time bringing my kids to this place. -I only recognized 2 staff members -people wearing shoes in the play areas - too many people for the size of the place. (They really need to limit the number of kids for safety.) -the rules were not being followed, many older kids running in and out of the 5 and under area. Basically no one was I forcing rules and I felt it was just a free for all. They need more staff to help out. Overall my kids really enjoyed it and that's all that matters to me. The staff was nice but have no power to do anything if a kid bites your kid. This is absolutely unacceptable. My son was too afraid to keep playing and the parents refused to take any accountability for their kid biting so we just left. The staff members did their best to make it right but said they weren't allowed to make the other kid leave. We will not be coming back if this is not a safe place. read more

It's a great spot and fun for kids from toddlers to tweens. However if you sign up for a membership, good luck cancelling it. They don't answer the phone and their e-mail support team doesn't respond. I was told my membership was cancelled, then was charged. I called back to complain and they assured me it was cancelled, then I was charged again. I had to report the charges as fraud to my bank and block them from charging me again. DO NOT give this company your credit card information. read more

Place is FILTHY! Runned down, NO hand sanitizer EVER. I keep giving this place a chance, but every time I go, it's worst than before. My kids get sick every time because of how unsanitary it is. For the amount they are charging, this place should be CLEAN. But it's far from it, if you are okay with all of this, by all means.. go for it and take your little ones. But it's a HARD NEVER AGAIN for us. read more

We had such a good experience at this location. The staff was friendly and their bathrooms were clean. Our kids had a blast here but I'll say their Peoria location is better. We were here 1.5 hours and never saw anyone clean/sanitize high frequent areas like their Peoria location does. There were also so many adult inside the play structures with shoes in. Almost all the adults in the toddler area had shoes on and this would never happen at other locations. Their ball pit area was also SOAKED! There were kids in that area with drinks and one child was dumping it all over. Couldn't find staff to let them know. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they were short staffed? Only 2 employees working on a Sunday afternoon. Not sure we will visit this location again. We will make the further drive and visit the Peoria location instead. read more

Uptown Jungle has been a favorite place of ours for a fun hour or two with our daughter. However, this establishment is so filthy. Considering their largest population is children and toddlers, it's so dirty all around here. While attending my toddler on a few slides and going up to their fun houses for children 5 and below, I've noticed so many dusts all around. Babies doesn't automatically know that it's dirty or dust... in addition, there rules is to always wear a non-slip sock when entering the play area but I've noticed many parents and children barefoot and parents going in with their shoes on. The staff does not do their rounds and check the play area. I paid for a 90 minute playtime and with checking out probably takes another 15 minutes give or take, that is over an hour and a half and yet I don't see a single employee going around to ensure that everyone is following their policy. Majority of the staff just sit at the front and constantly on their phones. It is not my place or job to tell them what to do but the cleanliness of the establishment is not up to par. This is not being considerate of the children's health. All around, the blow up house they have is not clean at all. I wish I took some photos but I was so disgusted and left right away. I hope management see this review because they really need to revamp the cleanliness and really do a thorough cleaning of this place. read more

I was a member for 3.5 years. Vayden and the manager Cielo were so rude and awful that I cancelled my membership right on the spot. The other manager willow apologized and confirmed it was cancelled but didnt offer any further action given my son and his cousins birthdays were going to be there each month for the next 4 months. Willows apology wasnt anymore than "im sorry to hear that". I was told there wasnt a corporate and she was the only person to speak to. Do not come here. Go to any other location. This one went to crap when the old gm left and these new young and rude managers took over. The amount of money i have spent here over the years is astonishing given the fact we hardly ever came alone, and my son was the only one to have a membership, and thats not even including the 6 birthday parties we've had in the last 6 months at this location. It is baffling and what truly upset me the most. Those three truly do not care to keep this location open. I hope the owners see this and terminate those three and obtain new management. Until then all our birthday parties and memberships will be at orher competitors. read more

This place is amazing and a must for busy kids! There is so much to do and it is reasonably priced. They have a parent lounge with super comfy couches and tvs. There is a small snack bar with chips and drinks. The adventure awaits your kiddos with trampolines, obstacle coarse, mini zipline, rock climbing and slides. There is even a section for kiddos under 5 years old so they are kept safe. Ball dump activity, broken and (Been broken for months) and inflatable obstacle course is deflated like always. We went here for a birthday party during Covid. I was a bit concerned with cleaning policies but there was no one there at all. We practically had the whole place to ourselves. The kids were in fast and off to playing and there were plenty of places for parents to sit and watch and relax. Everything was very well organized. I wish there would have been more workers to help with certain parts of the playground but all in all a great place to get out to. We will be back! read more

While this place is great in tiring out the kids with a myriad of things to do, we decided to get the monthly membership. The park is usually pretty clean, structures are all in great shape and we usually have a great time! However, now than more once, we have gone and the rope climbing is closed. This afternoon, and previous afternoons I have seen two blonde teenage employees stationed together in the concessions. They proceeded to leave just after 4pm. I asked the young kid at the front when they might open the rope climbing and he said " we don't know where the two employees are right now but it should be opened soon". Fast forward, the rope climbing opens and the blondes are stationed in the trampoline area where a group of 6, presumably friends, were gathered. The employees that were to be monitoring the court, were busy interacting with these friends and playing on their phones with no regard to the monitoring they were supposed to be doing. A woman in a black shirt, who presumably was the manager on duty, was tucked away in the corner of the party desk area the entire 2 hour window my family was there, also on her phone so it's no surprise that these events happen frequently. So much fun!! Came over during a weekday for tod hours (M-T 9am to 12pm) is for toddlers and $10 for two hours and parents play for free. There is a specific area for toddlers which was great to let my son just run around and be free without having to worry if he would fall and get hurt or constantly having to say no. During toddler hours we were able to go explore other areas. The areas are also tall enough for us parents to fit in there which was nice. And there is different slides, trampolines, ball area, rock climbing and more! All the areas seemed clean. There is a lounge for the parents with tv and nice couches. If you have socks with sticky things on the bottom take them and you can save a couple of $$. There is a vending machine to buy drinks but you can bring your own too. Overall this place is fun for parents and kids! read more

This place could be fantastic! Took are 21 month old. She was in the 5 & under section. Many other older children went in this area, letting themselves in and leaving the gate open. Very disappointed there isn't staff right near that area to keep older kids that play harder out and/or parent's are not paying attention. read more

I love this trampoline park. I have a 2.5 year old and there's a area for smaller kids which I love. I've been to other parks that aren't as clean and the bigger kids run over the smaller ones but that's not the case here. It's clean and usually not super packed. The only downfall is that prices are steep and there's parents that sit in the massage chairs and pay no mind to their kids. I know this isn't on the trampoline park but still a con. There's been times that small kids get lost in the tunnels and are crying with no adult in sight. I've had to help the kids out and find their parents for them. Just something to be mindful of but otherwise, it's the best trampoline park around. And that's saying a lot from a mom whose child broke their tibia on the trampolines -- just be careful and supervise your child. read more

Took my 4 1/2 year old for toddler time (5 & under only) $10 for two hours and parents play free. I had a Groupon & paid a little bit less than that. They have a parents lounge with comfy sofas and tv's for you to relax. Trampolines, a rock climbing wall (must be 22lbs) and plenty of jungle gyms reminds me of the ones McDonald's has but a lot better. I was super excited that it was all mainly geared towards children my daughters age. She loves to rock climb at the park and was unable to do it due to height at another indoor play place but she exceeds the 22lbs limit which allowed her to get on here.
