Elevate Trampoline Park is a fun place for kids. My son has been going here for years, off and on and always has a good time. You get a wristband that allows for 2 years of play. They've recently changed around a few things, which is good. We've also done a party for my son's birthday here two years in a row and they were both a great experience. They have booking availability online, where you pick date/time along with the package you're wanting based on the number of kids attending. We usually just pick the lowest one, which is 10 kids, to reserve the time, and then as the party gets closer, they reach out asking for a count of how many kids are coming & if you want to increase the # of pizzas and/or drinks. They're super accommodating if you let them know of any additions the day of the party as well. Before your party begins, someone comes to set up and they help you throughout, including giving out pizza and cake to the kids. Overall, a good time! If you're going regularly, the monthly pass is definitely worth it. They have tables and WiFi capability while you're watching your kids play. read more

We've taken the grandkids here twice. And for about $52 they can play, jump, do some gymnastics, climb ropes, trampoline, and carry on like crazy for three hours. I can read, play games on my phone, have a root beer and pretzel. And they can have some pizza, and go home exhausted. It's a wee bit of mid-day peace, honestly. So worth the price. read more

Came for a birthday party and were told to be here at 2pm, which was fine. We weren't taken to the room until 3:30. Room should've been available for all the adults to hang out while the kids ran amuck on the trampolines. Staff has a severe lack of customer service and communication about things being ready. It was fine for what is. It was clean and didn't smell of feel like most similar places do. The stuff was friendly and helpful. I don't see any birthday rooms but I don't know if they have them. We were there for independent jumping. My son had a good time with his friends. There was plenty activity to do in the jumping area. There are seats all around inside and outside the jump area. My son loves it here. He comes every weekend with me in attendance. It's not overcrowded and I've found that the kids and adults there are very respectful most of the time. I have never seen bigger kids bullying little kids. In fact, I've seen the bigger kids include the little kids and make sure they get to participate. I have never seen anyone get hurt. I've seen a couple stumbles and a face plant but everyone was fine and most of the time it was just a minor collision between 2 running kids. I cannot speak to the cafe because we don't eat there, and the bathroom and floors are a tad dirty for my liking but everyone always has socks and/or shoes on so it's not a big deal. Staff is always attentive and helpful. One machine is broken, but everything else always works when we are there. Maybe some of these older reviews are right, but if so, we definitely can tell they've made necessary changes because it's a good experience. Of all the trampoline parks I've been to in Gilbert/Chandler/Mesa area, I like this one the best. The open layout with lots of seating and shoe cubbies is nice, a lot of different activities for the kids and the staff has been nice /helpful. I haven't come across anything super dirty or worn out here. My kids are 5, 7 and 9 and always have a blast here. I avoid the weekends because like other kid places it is packed. Weekdays are the best and they have a toddler time - Monday - Thursday 10:00 am - 2:00 pm $10 for 2 hours for children 6 years old and under. They also offer membership and special group discounts. They sell pizza, icees, soda, soft pretzels, chicken strips and other snacks but I haven't tried it. *entrance is tricky if you're coming from the west on Germann. Don't blink or you'll miss it so keep your eyes out for the parking entrance. Lols They need to put a big sign by the street... *no outside food and drinks allowed except for bottled water * can bring your own socks if you don't buy them there Never had a bday party here so can't say much about that but looks like there is a separate party room upstairs that overlooks the whole play area. read more

We always have an amazing time at elevate! The people who work there are attentive, helpful and kind. The tables and floors are always clean. You can tell they take pride in providing a clean and fun space for kids. Also! The food is really good and very well priced! The pizza is fluffy and delicious. The pretzels are YUM! We hosted a bday party for our 11 year old and they we had a great experience! We have been to other trampoline parks before for parties and I have to say Elevate was the most organized and professional. Communication was great prior to the party and on the day of the party everything was organized beautifully and our party host was SO helpful and on top of things! It was so nice to not have to personally set up, serve food, and clean up- We could 100% just focus on the guests and have fun! My only suggestion would be to keep a party sign up directing where late comers can check in (after the party host leaves with the cart). All in all, the kids had a fantastic time. Totally worth it! Pricey, like all jump parks are, but they have a really bad policy that you have to have their socks only. All of my kids had grip socks, but they made them purchase elevate socks. Super cool place for kids and o have fun. The service/food counter (this is my first time here) leaves much to be desired. As I walked up I see some fries at "ready counter". I order fries for myself , after 15 minutes I ask if my Frys are ready. The guy says yeah and points to the he basket that was sitting there when I walked up 20 minutes before. I said no thanks. I'd like a fresh batch. Not a cold order that was there when I originally walked up. He then takes the old fries and sits them to the side. 15 minutes later I ask for the status on my fries and they then say oh just one minute... Elevate is our preferred trampoline park here in the east valley. I have been here 4 times; with my husband, my 4 year old, my 9 month old baby, my 18 year old son and many friends. Each time the place was clean and well monitored. Staff are friendly and helpful. My daughter used the bathroom and was impressed that it smelt clean and was clean! Haha way to impress a 4 year old public bathroom critic! Parking is ample. Pricing is fair. We utilize toddler time and it's a great rate with 1 free parent pass. My husband and I love that there is space for parents to sit around the trampoline areas and as well as the dining hall. There are plenty of parents working away on their laptops while their children play in a secure place. I highly recommend! read more

We came here once for a relative's birthday and ended up getting their monthly pass. The price of coming 2 times a month more than covers the pass. They have a variety of fun bounce activities for the kids so my kids (ages 4, 12, and 15) are pleased. They have a food court with reasonably priced food so we will get a 14 inch pizza for less than 15 dollars. You are NOT allowed to bring in outside food. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. Our daughter broke her back and when my husband called to tell them, they let us out of our monthly contract. She's recovered now so she's back on the monthly plan. I have been here at closing a couple of times and have seen them empty the foam pit and replace the squares and have also watched them spray down equipment. So it seems well maintained! read more

Came here for a child's birthday party! Fun place for sure! I would say, it seems a little more geared towards a slightly older kid-say about 7 or 8? Can be a little rough and unsafe for smaller/younger ones. I did see most older kids being at least respectful and cautious of the littler ones though so good on them! I think the staff while pretty young themselves, seemed to care about safety. The manager when I went was very accommodating and friendly to our group; especially the parents and adults. (The ones paying!) There was plenty of room to secure a large table even though it was very busy on a weekend! Bathrooms were clean, food was also good. I don't know about pricing because I didn't pay. We found different things to do with the smalls when areas of play got crowded and other than some petty kid drama, pretty much very smooth party! Attended a birthday party at this location. The entire experience was awesome! Kids had fun! There is a lot of different obstacles and areas to nicely spread out and have some jumping fun! The party was on the top deck so the parents were able to keep a close watch with a birds eye view. Was pretty busy as expected in the AZ heat on a weekend. Elevate employees kicked my children out and revoked our summer pass based on the allegation of other older kids that my autistic son was using inappropriate language. Instead of attempting to speak to me the parent to help resolve the issue the supervisor told us we had to leave. I asked for an explanation and to speak to the manager. I was told the manger wasn't here and couldn't be spoken to. I went to counter to find that not only was the manager actually there but so was the general manger above her. I took the opportunity once again to ask for clarity on the situation and why they were asking us to leave but not everyone that was involved. The response from Elevate staff and management was dismissive, rude, insulting, accusatory, ignorant of pursuing facts and caused me 9 year old to burst into tears as they continued to accuse him of using inappropriate language that they themselves did not witness. Shame on you Elevate your actions were sickening today. Parents be aware. This place doesn't seek to provide an enjoyable experience for your children. read more

Took my son and his little school buddy today at 1pm for an hour session, $12 without socks per person. Not a bad price, but their toddler time is a way better offer. Mon-Thursday 10-2pm, 2 hours for $10 and a parents pass included! I thought this place was amazing, definitely a step up from alot of the other Trampoline places we normally go to! Very innovated! Will definitely be back! ** Warning** If you have a toddler younger than 3 PLEASE KEEP THEM AT ARMS Reach!!! Within for first five minutes of being there, I watched a woman run across the building because she had noticed her infant daughter was hanging like a noose on the of the Rings, and her body was dangling over the foam pit!! I ran to this little girl as fast as I could, but didn't know the best path to her, luckily her mom got to her in time! One thing I would suggest is having an employee in charge of atleast one area at a time. I know it's not the employee fault that this happened but anyone and everyone who was around and heard the moms screams, they all just STOOD THERE besides myself.
