Took my son and his little school buddy today at 1pm for an hour session, $12 without socks per person. Not a bad price, but their toddler time is a way better offer. Mon-Thursday 10-2pm, 2 hours for $10 and a parents pass included! I thought this place was amazing, definitely a step up from alot of the other Trampoline places we normally go to! Very innovated! Within for first five minutes of being there, I watched a woman run across the building because she had noticed her infant daughter was hanging like a noose on the of the Rings, and her body was dangling over the foam pit!! I ran to this little girl as fast as I could, but didn't know the best path to her, luckily her mom got to her in time! One thing I would suggest is having an employee in charge of atleast one area at a time. Elevate employees kicked my children out and revoked our summer pass based on the allegation of other older kids that my autistic son was using inappropriate language. Instead of attempting to speak to me the parent to help resolve the issue the supervisor told us we had to leave. I asked for an explanation and to speak to the manager. I was told the manger wasn't here and couldn't be spoken to. I went to counter to find that not only was the manager actually there but so was the general manger above her. I took the opportunity once again to ask for clarity on the situation and why they were asking us to leave but not everyone that was involved. The response from Elevate staff and management was dismissive, rude, insulting, accusatory, ignorant of pursuing facts and caused me 9 year old to burst into tears as they continued to accuse him of using inappropriate language that they themselves did not witness. Shame on you Elevate your actions were sickening today. Parents be aware. This place doesn't seek to provide an enjoyable experience for your children. read more

This was an excellent selection for my daughter's fourth birthday. Everyone had so much fun and it was nice not having to do everything to put on a birthday. They do all of it for you and even decorate with your self-bought decor. They'll hold ice cream in their freezer for you and collect all the presents and what not as well. The host helps with serving the kids and of course the best part- they clean up!! Yes, pizza wasn't amazing like you read in the other comments; but after all it's a Trampoline park not a restaurant. My husband order mozzarella sticks and he actually liked those a lot- so give them a try! My only concern was not having access immediately to the party area until afterwards. The kids were complaining about being thirsty so of course we all had to buy drinks from the snack area even though I had drinks purchased in the party package. So it was more money out of pocket for myself and our guests. There were times where the employees in the Trampoline area wearing yellow shirts weren't wearing their mask at times and actually seemed to play as oppose to work... but I couldn't blame them. Had my daughter's 11th bday party there on a Saturday at 2pm. It cost about $550 with tip which is standard these days for a bday party. 10 kids got to play for 90 minutes then we had 2 tables in a shared "party room". Our server was awesome. She served all our guests pizza, drinks and cake. She also helped us put all the gifts on a cart. My only complaint is the lack of parking. I had to park behind the building on the street. read more

Some areas of improvement for Elevate Trampoline Park on Germann Rd: 1) Why does the place open at 9am, but yet the Guest Wi-Fi isn't available until 10am? That doesn't make any sense. At 9am I paid for my kids to jump for 90 minutes. As of 9am we're a patron. Wi-fi should be available at the same time the place opens. (The signal's not even great on phones, so don't plan to use those to get things done, even the waivers Elevate requires, you'll have to walk over to the kiosk instead.) 2) There are about 80 kids currently jumping, but only 1 employee out on the jumping deck. Two employees behind the admission counter. For as many children who are being rude and hitting other children and stepping on their peer's toes, etc. there needs to be more employees on the jump floor to help correct children who apparently cannot control themselves. If I pay $60 for my three kids to jump for 90 minutes, I want them jumping, not coming to me telling me all the mean things rotten, hyper kids are doing to them out there. 3) Emails should be sent when the waiver is about to expire. Also, FYI, if they can't find your waiver by your phone number, even though you KNOW you filled one out a couple weeks before, try a 1 in front of your phone number and lo and behold your completed waivers will populate. Would be nice if Elevate's computer system was setup to search for the phone number regardless of whether it was recorded with a 1 in front of it or not. Would also be nice if employees could know to troubleshoot that way instead of a patron having to figure that out themselves.... Just, okay... read more

Wanted to update and add a star. Like I mentioned before, we have a toddler membership for out two year old grandson. I know there are limitations with it, and there are blackout dates also. Today, my daughter wanted to take her son to the trampoline part today. So I called ahead of time since it was civil rights day and wanted to make sure it wasn't a blackout day? I was told, no it wasn't and come on down. When my daughter arrived, and check-in. The people up front told her no, it was a blackout day and the membership wasn't good for today. So I called back, and talked to them. Told them I just talked to someone there, and was told it was not a blackout day. We could have gone further on this discussion. However they immediately understood that there could have been a misunderstanding and went ahead and allowed them in. I'm pretty of a hard headed person, and was willing to dig in for this. Fun place for our daughter to jump around. Very comparable to other jump parks. It definitely feels more kid orientated vs some of the others that appeal to adults as well. This is totally fine just an observation. We came on a day that they had some special event going on. The setup crew had completely blocked the entrance making it tough to enter. It would have been nice to of had someone from the venue guiding people in. Once inside my daughter enjoyed herself. There are benches throughout where parents can sit. This place was so fun. Happy to have it in the area It was clean, staff seemed very helpful. It was very busy being that we went in on a holiday but that was to be expected. Downfalls, they opened the door 7 min after 10 so their was quite the crowd So everyone was rushing. Two of the three waivers systems were down. I went online and clicked the queen creek location and the website for waiver and it sent me to Peoria. We waited in line for 35 min to be told it was the incorrect one. BUMMER, kiosks got fixed so I went back and they let me skip the line. Wanted to order food and drinks but the food area was crazy busy we opted out and grabbed something close by. The food came out looking delicious!!! The manager was nice enough to help me out and give me an extra half hour for the kiddos. Only other thing Is my 6 year old got charged for 8 and up pricing, which I didn't expect. A must go to place but do waiver early they provide as well . 2 hours is also plenty of time. This place (I think?) has been around a while - from what is noted on the walls. It tries really hard to be a wonderful trampoline park. And for the most part it succeeds. Where it's lacking, I feel, is some adult leadership - and by that I mean "experienced." We've been there several times now and the kids always have a blast. The facility is fairly clean and there are lots of employees wandering around - but they're (from what we see,) all young kids. There's some that are obviously more motivated than others. They are all for the most part very kind and polite. There are a few young men we've seen that have been patrons there on one visit (acting and dressed less than appropriately,) and then the next time we have been there - we find they're employees. The snack bar is nice and quite frankly has great prices compared to some other trampoline parks we've been to. The people behind the counter are overworked though and sometimes short on supplies. All in all - the main thing I keep coming back to is leadership. This isn't a McDonald's ball-pit/jungle gym play area. Elevate is a really well-designed and awesome establishment in that it has so many fun things to do while bouncing around. Rock walls, swings, area's for seasoned and fledgling gymnasts - just to name a few. With that said, it needs some adult presence. Not that the older kids 18-20 at the most, aren't super responsible when it comes to making sure the 16 yr old trainee's are sweeping the food/table area properly - because they are. But I would like to see an adult presence managing things. There's a lot of things that could go wrong in an instant with the jumping and heights in this fun place. I'm probably not explaining it well enough, I apologize - but I encourage everyone to try this place out and you'll see what I mean (and also have a great time with your kids!) The managers are rude and definitely not like when they first opened. Since they started giving the toddler discount, there are now way too many little ones, many of who are not able to jump yet safely. We love Elevate! We have been coming here since My 3 year old in this photo could walk. There are so many things he can do here and as he gets bigger I really enjoy seeing him try new things. Exhausted kids are the best. Take them to Elevate, let them spend 1-2 hours jumping/flipping/climbing around and you'll see tired kids on the drive home. Elevate is a wide open space jam packed with various obstacles, courses, trampolines, and room to roam. Unlike other jump parks that feel "cramped" to me, Elevate uses their larger space wisely- placing most of the jump areas around the edges of the building. This leaves a lot of room in the middle with plenty of trampolines to jump around on. There's plenty of cubbies to leave shoes and socks (bring valuables with you or leave them in the trunk), public restrooms, and a large dining/seating area for parents to relax in. This seating area is right by the entrance/exit so there's no stress of your kids sneaking out without your knowledge- another great/smart idea from Elevate. Plenty of snacks and drinks at the concession stand. I see they make homemade pizzas in the oven so you can even stay for lunch without having to leave the park. Management and staff are awesome- always willing to help, break up ornery jumpers when necessary, and be available to answer questions. Another good thing is the've kept the place well staffed every time we've visited, so there's really no space left unattended. This is a far cry from competitor jump parks we've been to where there seems to be 3 people running the entire place, which leaves lots of room for accidents. The "attractions" are really pretty cool. Ill try to remember a few of the big ones: zipline, swings that fall into foam pit, obstacle courses, basketball hoops with tramps below, a "super trampoline" that supposedly provides massive jumps- and this cool wheel that spins around with foam arms that requires kids to jump or duck to avoid getting pushed off their perch. Hard to explain bur very cool and quite popular. Creates a lot of laughs for onlookers too! Overall, Elevate gets a lot of things right. The price is a little steeper than most but well worth it. You'll pay between $18-$22 for 2 full hours, depending on the day. They offer time in 1-hour increments. You can buy an Elevate t-shirt and, when worn, you get your second hour free ($5 value). You must have sticky socks so either bring your own or you can but them at the park for like $2. Also, you must sign waivers for all attendees (even if you're not jumping)... you can do this in advance online or there are 3 stations in the park where you can do this. Expect wait times when you arrive during peak days/hours. Again, it's worth the wait to have exhausted kids at the end of your session! Have fun and be safe! Covid update: park is open as of mid May. Employees wear masks, jumpers are encouraged to keep distanced, and there are extra hand sanitizer stations. There's also increased cleaning activities throughout the day with heavy cleaning before open and after closing. We've been driving out to krazy air as it was familiar, but decided to give this one a try. So glad we did!! All of the activities are in one huge room so you don't really lose sight of your child at all which is great. There are a lot of activities like a Rock wall, a ninja course, and a bunch of other really fun activities for the kids. We went late on a Sunday afternoon so it wasn't super busy. Also there are sanitizing stations throughout the area which was nice as well. I do wish they were enforcing a mask mandate for the adults walking around but not a dealbreaker for me. Today is January 3rd. This place is over crowded, kids are getting hurt because there's barely room for them to play. Its $19.99 for 90 min (check Groupon for other places). Don't even think twice about bringing your own grip socks. They won't allow you to go past the front if you don't purchase theirs. So your kind of screwed and at the mercy of their "company policy says so." I'm not impressed with the customer service. Manager behind the desk when I asked for contact info for corporate snapped at me and said "I'm only giving you the email, you can look up the phone number." So yeah....1 star read more
