We have been going to Elevate for a while now. We have had both of our kids birthdays there. I'm a bit disappointed. As I was paying $500 for my sons birthday party last night there were people that walked in and did not pay for a party but continued to have a party at the tables. My issue with this is I paid for 10 children and not all of the kids showed up so I'm out of my money for those kids while others are allowed to have a party in the seating area and pay per kid that shows up. I have seen multiple people be allowed to do this while I have been there. The party last night brought in some type of dessert and even hung a happy birthday poster on the wall again while I was paying $500 ‍ Also the party host both times were not very personable and expect a tip. I tipped them of course but not the 20% like they expected. read more

Zero Covid protocol. We brought a small group for my daughters bday over the weekend. As soon as we stepped inside I felt regret. Place was packed. Zero mask protocol and only 10% of patrons wearing them. The employees are mostly teens wearing their mask under their chin even in the food court making food. So gross. The manager guy stands around smiling at people but does zero to help with long lines and during covid I don't want to see your smile. That means you have no mask on at all. Tables not wiped down ever between patrons. Napkins empty. Floor is gross. A kid was puking in the trash can and it was never cleaned up or roped off. I hate leaving bad reviews and considered emailing the place directly to share concerns but they have shown they don't care. The WORST WORST WORST customer service. BAIT AND SWITCH. My son and his friend wanted to go to a jump park for the night. My wife and I were going to a dinner party so we had to make a plan with the other family for carpool. We were going to drop off the kids at 7pm head to the party and the other couple was going to pick them up at 9pm after 2hrs of jumping. We ALWAYS go to KTR (the BEST jump park in the area) but we decided to give this place a try. HUGE MISTAKE. We called the phone number to get pricing and other info. We listened to the phone prompt that said press 3 for pricing. The voice prompt stated that Friday - Sun was weekend pricing of $17 for the first hour and then $5 for the second hour. It then went on to say that holidays are the same as weekend pricing. No mention of anything else. We get there and drop the boys off and my son calls me back and says they are telling him something different. I went in and the "night manager" (Adult women not a teenager) tells me that it would be $17 from 7-8pm and then it turns into teen party from 8-10pm and that would be another $17. I told her about the phone message and she said she has NO IDEA what their VM says and that it did not matter. Then tells me that there is nothing she will do. I explained our dinner party situation and that the only reason we made these plans is bc of what the VM said. I told her that this was going to be our first time coming here and this isn't the best way to get a repeat customer. She basically said "oh well"...and gave me the phone number for the "real manager" and said I could call them to complain. I asked her to let me give the ~$23 and let the kids jump for the 2hrs. She again said NO. We had to take the kids back home and my wife stayed with the kids and she missed the dinner party. This place is a joke and we should have NEVER tried it. Should have gone to KTR where they are all about the kids and great customer service. This place was DEAD. Probably 20 kids in the whole place...guess it's no wonder why!! #lostacustomerforlife read more

Elevate trampoline park started out to work well for almost three years for our grandson who has autism. Today we ended our membership due to an over zealous asst. manager and manager who threatened to call the police on us for raising our voice to them ( you have tog raise your voice to be heard over the noise).Also since the trampoline park has been giving discounts to toddlers the place has become overrun with unruly kids and their entitled parents, who by the way it's think it's okay to jump on trampoline without paying. A lot of these little kids have no idea what they are supposed to be doing, They used to have an exclusive toddler area but opened up whole place to "no matter how little or young you are, have at it for a dangerous free for all. They seem to pick and choose what rule to enforce on any given day. This wasn't always the case, but it apparently is now with the new manager and his assistant. read more

This place is a disaster. Something is always broken and you can count on the little teenagers that work here to take their sweet time. If you stand in line at the Cafe, expect to be ignored by the kids scrambling to make orders . If you actually get to order, be prepared to pay movie theater prices for very sub par food. This place could have been great but they are no match for the other local jump places; way overpriced, poor food and poor service. Its unfortunate that local businesses can't figure out how to do the most simple things right (Things should work, good service and efficient service). My kids love it here! The staff is very friendly and it has a great atmosphere! I especially love the layout. I have a child with special needs and I feel comfortable just sitting down on a bench while he plays because there really isn't anywhere he can go that I can't see him. They have several staff walking around wiping down commonly touched surfaces too. We came here for my son's 13th birthday this year and even with the pandemic going on I'm so thankful that they were open for his friends and him to have a good time jumping around plane the food is great but a little overpriced I would still recommend this place for anybody that's trying to have fun with your kids on any kind of occasion read more

My family has been coming here for the last couple of years. It has been a nice option for play until recently. The atmosphere originally was comfortable and the kids could play and have a good time and the value of what we got seemed fair. Our most recent visit the pricing went up, even for the morning toddler time which is when we usually go. The older woman who helped check us in overcharged us and even though my kids ages are on the vouchers and they were standing right next to me she still charged us the older child rate. I questioned why it was so high this visit and she fixed it and then proceeded to tell me I would need to buy all new socks this visit because their policy has always been to wear theirs but they are just now enforcing it. I explained I had their socks at home but this trip my son had brought the socks from another park but she was being a stickler so I buy new socks and then later hounding people on the floor for their socks and passing them out for free. The vibe this last visit was just different from the previous ones, it was like they were trying to make every penny possible. Im not eager to go back if I'm being honest. read more

To many older kids left unsupervised by their parents, that bully younger kids. Older kids/teenagers throwing zingers at kids half their size. (My son is 6) and hitting them as hard as they can in the face with dodge balls. There's no supervision for dodge ball there by an employee either, or at least not the two times we have been.so tons of teenager sit in there and act like they are MLB players using younger children for targets while the younger kids are just trying to have fun and just end up injured.won't be returning due to poor service to the situation at hand that got escalated when another parent ( who was not involved) tried to cause an argument with another parent of the child who got hurt. Completely ridiculous.my six year old has a welt and swollen lump under his eye. We got told to fill out an incident report with no resolution to the issue at hand. I'm sure there won't be any follow up to that. Also this isn't an isolated incident a 14 year old did this a few weeks before this and threw a ball at another adult while they weren't look and hit them so hard in the face it knocked their glasses off. read more

Poor manager acted like a bitch right off the bat. I was watching my kid jump with a fountain drink by the bench next to me. The manager very rudely told me to take it away (acting like this was her 5th time asking me). I told her there was no sign in sight that said no food or drink, and she told me that there were signs all around. I went to look again, no signs. The reason I'm giving this a one today is because the family took the kids there for my grandsons birthday, which was great until my son which was carrying one of the grand baby's back to our seat and was walking on the inside of the trampoline itself, well, he stepped on one of the edges of the cushions that hold it together and it just caved in, his whole leg went through and scrapped the skin off his upper inside leg, he said he was ok and went and told the staff up front, we showed them the injury that happened and immediately went to go see the damage. Which I thought was great. The problem I had with this business is, not once did any of them ask my son if he was ok or can I do anything for you like give you a band-Aid, not a word, this was to me very unprofessional inconsiderate, no empathy nothing. You do have to sign a waiver when you go there, but the fact is he wasn't even jumping on it. He was just carrying my grandson back to the seat. So sad people have turned out this way they don't even care if somebody gets hurt beware people when you go in there don't get hurt because they won't help you. read more

Went to elevate on a Saturday and the place was packed. I had already promised my kids I would take them so we paid for 2 hour jump time and I thought the kids would come back complaining about how crowded it was and how they couldn't do anything due to the crowds. That never happened! The kids had a blast! The front desk was very helpful and friendly. There were several staff members walking around to insure safety. My only wish is that they had Groupons for this place as it is more expensive than other trampoline parks but it is the closest to us. read more

I took my toddler aged granddaughters there yesterday. I asked for the toddler rate but was told that if I didn't have a toddler membership then I would have to pay full price as the toddler rate isn't offered during Spring Break. I asked if I had to pay for an adult to accompany each child & was told yes. What should have cost us $22.50 ended up costing $75! Surely I wasn't expected to turn a 4-yr old and 5-yr old loose to run around unsupervised was I? The designated Toddler Zone is not toddler friendly at all. So disappointed in our experience. Elevate is more suited for ages 8 and up. We will not be returning any time soon! read more
