It was $91 for 3 kids for 4 hours so if you plan to come here once or twice a month it's worth it to get the membership. The zip line wasn't working so that was a bummer. There was a kid throwing up on the floor when we walked in and 2 kids came running through it in their socks. :( it took a few minutes before an employee mopped it up. The drink machines broke so no options for drinks about halfway through. Overall, the spot was for my kids, not me and they had a blast even without the zip line. Don't bring your non verbal autistic child here. They only allow one child per trampoline; but how do you convey that to an autistic child? That means I jump w/ him to police that, right? WRONG. They would not let his mother jump on the same trampoline as him. On top of that, it was an arrogant and condescending teenager enforcing this rule, slurping a big gulp on the floor where drinks are not allowed. Went to a kid's birthday party and had very mixed comments about the experience. The food (Pizza and chicken) was really good compared to other similar play areas, however, the staff involvement was not great in the play area. There were little or none to check on kids and I saw many kids bumping into each other. Unless your kid is not on his own, don't go here. This place is for a little big kids only. Also, when closing time is 9 pm, staff started vacuuming with wire and electrical connections in all one the main passing areas where kids can easily fall while playing. Refere to my picture. We had our son's birthday here and we also love going to toddler time. Our party host Jacob was awesome and made sure we had what we needed. The staff at times would play games with the kids which I thought was neat and the kids really enjoyed it. You can tell the just completed some repairs and the place was in great shape! Bounce, run, jump, fly, skate, and move your body in this athletic wonderland for all who have the energy to do so! We attended my little cousins birthday party at KTR and it was awesome! Upon entering we didn't know where to look, there is action and excitement all around. Kids leaping, skating, zipping, laughing, and enjoying themselves while getting in some good exercise and their parents safely watching them from above. The party was handled by KTR and the adults got to enjoy the time together as the kids played the day away. Pizza, snacks, and cake were provided and it went on without a hitch. Along with birthday parties KTR offers toddler time during the week that we will be taking advantage of since we have two little ones who would just love to bounce and play. The prices are great for the amount of entertainment and the ability to escape the hot temps for some inside fun. The facilities are clean, colorful, fun, and exciting. Even though the place is filled with sweaty kids they seem to keep it immaculate! KTR also has a snack bar with all the old school snacks that every kid wants and every adult wants their kid to avoid; nachos, pizza, sodas etc. KTR is a pretty cool place for kids and kids at heart to burn some energy in a fun and cool environment. read more

There are no pathways between the different attractions like other jump parks around the valley. So if you want to go from one attraction to the another, you have to climb over or around the park itself. There is such inconsistency between foam mats and mats that are blown up with air, that you can't tell which type you'll be stepping on until you're landing on it. It already felt unsafe due to the layout, but both myself and another mom fell in the same area. I don't know if she was okay, but I broke my knee and sprained my ankle just stepping down onto a poorly inflated mat. I immediately hit hard floor through the mat. On my way out to head to urgent care, the gal at the front desk was on her phone and missed the fact that a 2 year old ran out the front door by himself while his mom was getting her other kid. Luckily there were no cars driving past and he didn't leave the parking lot before I limped to the door and brought him back inside to his mom. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE - UNSAFE AND NEGLIGENT FACILITY THAT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN As a concerned member of the community, I feel morally obligated to warn other families about the extreme and unacceptable conditions at KTR Glendale. This facility is a hazard to children and a textbook example of gross mismanagement and negligence. What I witnessed and later confirmed from others' experiences should be enough to close this facility down permanently. Here is what every parent and guardian needs to know: 1. No Supervision of Kids in Key Areas The staff are not actively supervising the trampoline zones or other high-risk areas as they are supposed to. Children are left to roam and play unsupervised in potentially dangerous environments with no trained staff intervening, preventing, or even observing unsafe behavior. This facility behaves like a drop-off daycare with zero accountability. 2. Serious Injury - Child's Femur Snapped & Bone Pierced Through the Skin A child recently broke his femur in the trampoline area, and the injury was horrifying - the bone broke through the skin, leaving the trampoline covered in blood. This would be a traumatic event anywhere, but what followed was even more disturbing. 3. Improper, Unsafe Biohazard Cleanup Instead of calling a professional hazmat or biohazard cleaning service (which is standard protocol for bloodborne pathogen spills), a young female employee was forced to clean up the blood using a spray bottle of bleach - WITH NO GLOVES. This is not only a severe OSHA violation, it's a horrifying breach of safety for both the employee and every other child in the facility. Blood cleanup requires proper gear, training, and disposal, not a teenager with household bleach. 4. Staff Were Untrained and Unprepared for Emergency During the emergency, staff had no idea what to do. There was no internal communication system - no walkie-talkies, radios, or leadership response. Staff were visibly confused, and many appeared to panic or just wander away. No emergency protocol was followed, which further endangered the injured child and everyone around. 5. Parents Are Allowed to Drop Off and Leave - Treated Like a Daycare KTR allows parents to drop off their children and leave the premises, creating a free-for-all environment where no one is ultimately accountable. This is not a structured or safe environment for unsupervised minors. The facility acts like it's a proper childcare center, but without any of the necessary systems or staffing in place to support that function. 6. Blood from a Bystander Spread Throughout the Facility In an attempt to help the injured child, a bystander became covered in blood and unknowingly tracked it through multiple areas of the facility - including the trampoline zone, bathrooms, and walkways. Shockingly, no one cleaned these areas afterward. Children and staff continued to interact with surfaces that were visibly contaminated, exposing everyone to potential bloodborne pathogens and serious health risks. This further illustrates the complete lack of biohazard awareness or emergency response training at this facility. Final Thoughts: Shut This Place Down KTR Glendale is dangerously mismanaged, horribly understaffed, and completely unprepared for emergencies. The fact that it is still operating in these conditions is shocking. Until the facility is overhauled with new leadership, certified safety protocols, professional emergency training, and proper sanitation procedures, this place is not safe for any child or family. I was surprised to see their rating since I think this is one of the cooler playplaces we've been to (and we've been to a ton!) I definitely think it's for a certain age and type of child. My daughter is 6, soon to be 7, she loves to jump, climb, go down giant slides, scooter with her friends, monkey bars, etc. We've been here twice now - once for a birthday party and once just for fun - we've stayed for hours each time. The kids never run out of things to do and thanks to the full food bar, they can play hard, stop and refuel, and go back to running around! They have plenty of seating and easy access to restrooms. If your children are at an independent playing age, it really is ideal! Fyi, it's humongous inside, I mean it has to be since it has a full skatepark! But this is important to note if you have younger kiddos, it could be overwhelming and there are some "blind spots" if you aren't sticking with them or watching like a hawk. But it seems well staffed from my experiences and one time, I witnessed a child fall in the skatepark area and the worker was there immediately checking on them. I remember thinking it was nice how attentive they were. Close friends of ours have memberships for their boys (6 & 7 years old) and they come usually once a week. It's seriously ideal for our Arizona crew who spend as much time outside as they can, biking and skating and doing all the things that have wheels. This is a great place to still be able to do some of that during the hot summer months. Staff and the facilities overall are up to par with other places we've been. So awesome how they have indoor ramps for the big kids who like to scooter and skate. Outdoor activities indoors are a bonus to have in Arizona. There isn't attentive staff out and about where the kids play. You're on your own. Young staff at the front and at the food court. This is the first time I have actually seen older adult staff on site. They were upstairs talking doing business. Upstairs is an awesome seating area, and if you are lucky, you can score a seat facing the play area, where you can enjoy watching your kods play. There are cameras as well. You will pay for socks with your admission tickets. They offer birthday packages if you would like to host a party there. Decent food to choose from, and more than reasonably priced. This was our first time at KTR and my kids had a blast. It has so many things to offer in the way of activities. At first glance you may think it's a trampoline park, but it's so much more. Honestly trampolines are fewer than what you'd find at places like sky zone etc. This place is great because it finally has given kids an option to stay out of the heat with a indoor skatepark with ramps and all. Just when you thought it couldn't get any better they offer board and scooter rentals as well as safety gear like helmets. If skating isn't your thing they have a indoor slide, trampoline basketball court, tumbling mats, wall bars, tumble track, gymnastic rings and a zip line. Basically you can climb, jump, slide, skate, swing your hearts out. We paid for the two hour option, but there is also a four hour. They offer birthday parties and even have a food court. The upstairs level is where the parties start, but is also a quieter place to sit and watch your kids play when there's no parties happening. Pricing is pretty fair for all that's offered. The parking lot is large and shared with many businesses including Sam's Club. Easy access from both directions. Check them out when in the west valley. read more

This is a great hidden gem located just a few minutes away from the Arrowhead Mall area. I have been to a couple different indoor play places but I very much like this one compared to others. I will preface that this place is geared more toward older kiddos (probably 6+), but since my kids are older that is perfect for me. I came for a birthday party and loved that they have an upstairs with an open viewing area. I was able to sit and watch my daughter play in the entire place without having to follow her around or worry about her. This is a great change from other places that I had to follow her. The prices seem reasonable and they seem to run specials (like this week for spring break). They have a snack bar area and shop downstairs and I even spied an indoor pool area. Add in the skate park/ramp area and this place really does have a lot of activities. I even got to watch them have a massive dodge ball game with all kids. Place is fun but staff here is young and don't care about regulating anything in fact they do opposite of what you are asking them. To keep kids safe with playing, they stand around and encourage dangerous play. They don't stop the bigger kids from jumping and trampolining the smaller kids. I asked for them to control some areas, they smiled said ok and then turned around and started to gossip like high schoolers. It's sad because yes kids sign wavers but you as staff are getting paid to control areas for safety. Employees are hard to find I understand but having 18 year olds join the other kids in playing and not doing the job is a major issue. Scottsdale location seems to have better regulations so far. The idea of this place seems great an indoor playground for kids in AZ, But the inside seems very unsafe. There has to be a legal limit to the occupancy. The amount of kids allowed at one time is insane. Because I have kids (4-13) I decided to go in. IT'S MORE THAN A SKATE PARK. This place is a kid's dreamland! Ropes, trampolines, slide, zipline, dodgeball, food, classes... it's insane. It's truly an all-ages playground and everyone has been very nice and helpful. The staff keep the kids safe without constantly harping on them. So many places have either zero supervision (and the bad kids ruin the fun) or the rules are so strict no one has any fun, KTR is a perfect balance. The older kids enjoy the park as much as the littles. Also, the whole place has a ton of room to grow as a kid. We ended up getting a membership for 100.00/month and are going 4-5 times a week. We also pay for classes because members get a discount on classes. FYI if you are a homeschooler ESA accounts cover the costs for the classes! read more

KTR Glendale was a real disappointment tonight. I was there watching my daughter play and saw some boys maybe 14 is attack some boys for no reason and start laughing about it. The family of the attacked kid was at a birthday party behind me and they tried to talk with the manager of the facility and some staff. They did nothing and allowed the kids to get away with attacking that boy. I felt so bad for him because his face was so red and swollen from the attack. I will never bring my children back here because of the way management handled the situation. Kids should be safe playing there. The staff that should have been paying attention on the floor was of arm wrestling some other kids not paying any attention to what was going on. I've been here maybe 5 times and every time I thought wow the staff really doesn't do a good job of watching the kids. I just blew it off because I'm there watching my kids but after hearing what this family had to go through was enough for me to be done. They need new management badly. The sad thing is they did a disservice to both groups of kids. The attackers will just get worse because they feel like they can get a ay with anything now.
