Brought the kids and their friend here and it was quick and easy to buy passes and do the waivers online. It was $91 for 3 kids for 4 hours so if you plan to come here once or twice a month it's worth it to get the membership. The zip line wasn't working so that was a bummer. There was a kid throwing up on the floor when we walked in and 2 kids came running through it in their socks. :( it took a few minutes before an employee mopped it up. The drink machines broke so no options for drinks about halfway through. Overall, the spot was for my kids, not me and they had a blast even without the zip line. If they want to come back I'll definitely bring them by again.

Went to a kid's birthday party and had very mixed comments about the experience. The food (Pizza and chicken) was really good compared to other similar play areas, however, the staff involvement was not great in the play area. There were little or none to check on kids and I saw many kids bumping into each other. Unless your kid is not on his own, don't go here. This place is for a little big kids only. Also, when closing time is 9 pm, staff started vacuuming with wire and electrical connections in all one the main passing areas where kids can easily fall while playing. Refere to my picture. No major accidents while I was there but there are always chances and for that reason, this is a no go place.

Ok, it's nice there but it is kinda yucky it is a bit dirty and the rope swing looked a bit cheap but the rest was ok

first off I want to acknowledge how hard working Kylee the manager is! She was such a pleasure to talk to and such a huge help for the party reservation! She witnessed a problem with myself and an employee and she quickly found me and apologized for his mistakes! She is awesome sauce. not to mention she has a whole broken arm and still making sh*t happen! Salute! and thanks for everything Kylee.

I was surprised to see their rating since I think this is one of the cooler playplaces we've been to (and we've been to a ton!) I definitely think it's for a certain age and type of child. My daughter is 6, soon to be 7, she loves to jump, climb, go down giant slides, scooter with her friends, monkey bars, etc. We've been here twice now - once for a birthday party and once just for fun - we've stayed for hours each time. The kids never run out of things to do and thanks to the full food bar, they can play hard, stop and refuel, and go back to running around! They have plenty of seating and easy access to restrooms. If your children are at an independent playing age, it really is ideal! Fyi, it's humongous inside, I mean it has to be since it has a full skatepark! But this is important to note if you have younger kiddos, it could be overwhelming and there are some "blind spots" if you aren't sticking with them or watching like a hawk. But it seems well staffed from my experiences and one time, I witnessed a child fall in the skatepark area and the worker was there immediately checking on them. I remember thinking it was nice how attentive they were. Close friends of ours have memberships for their boys (6 & 7 years old) and they come usually once a week. It's seriously ideal for our Arizona crew who spend as much time outside as they can, biking and skating and doing all the things that have wheels. This is a great place to still be able to do some of that during the hot summer months. Staff and the facilities overall are up to par with other places we've been. Things seem clean and well taken care of enough. No complaints, I'm perfectly satisfied and plan to come back again!

Our new go to spot for the kids to unwind!! From the staff to cleanliness, KTR is Awesome! So many unique areas of play that the kids didn't even say "mom!" Or bug me for over an hour. I also love that they have an indoor skate park where kids can stay out of the heat, and a beginner area for those new to ramps. The kids are already asking to go back!

Decent play place. It doesn't smell like other indoor play places. No smell. It is literally like an outdoor park, but with padding. Our girls made a lot of friends right away playing. So awesome how they have indoor ramps for the big kids who like to scooter and skate. Outdoor activities indoors are a bonus to have in Arizona. There isn't attentive staff out and about where the kids play. You're on your own. Young staff at the front and at the food court. This is the first time I have actually seen older adult staff on site. They were upstairs talking doing business. Upstairs is an awesome seating area, and if you are lucky, you can score a seat facing the play area, where you can enjoy watching your kods play. There are cameras as well. You will pay for socks with your admission tickets. They offer birthday packages if you would like to host a party there. Decent food to choose from, and more than reasonably priced. I don't know if we will ever be back, but the kids had fun. 3 stars from me is very good. Not bad at all.

In no way should they be used as a soccer pitch. There were random holes dug, the grass is patchy at best, and if the city was in charge of drawing the lines for the pitch the linesman must have been drunk. It was an embarrassing field to call a soccer pitch.

Park has lots of shade around the play area. Sun sails are on top of the playground itself. Sails didn't provide much shade early in the morning. Temperature was in the low 70's, so we didn't mind. Play structures were in good condition. My youngest enjoyed playing there. The splash pad is located next to the park. I could see the area getting very busy on hot days. Not as much shade around the splash area. Lots of shaded parking around the park. Parking is shared with the police department and YMCA. There was still plenty of parking while we were there. The fields are also utilized by The Y for their sports programs. The only reason to not give the park 5 stars is the amount of trash. We were there on a Saturday morning. There before any games, before any other people really came. The trash cans were overflowing with trash. There was also lots of trash around the parking lot. Otherwise, Gateway is a wonderful community park.

I'm giving Great Skate the second star because Great Skate at least refunded 2 of the 3 grandchildren's fees since 2 of the 3 refused to skate once getting past the Great Skate entrance and seeing what it was like inside. I was there just to bring the kids. I did not skate; I was just 1) a Great Skate spectator, 2) the source of payment to Great Skate and 3) to be responsibile for the kids while they were visiting Great Skate. Nonetheless, I had to sign a Great Skate waiver and I was not allowed to sign the Great Skate waiver without providing an email address. I was more than willing to sign the Great Skate waiver, provide a driver's license, provide my passport, give fingerprints, whatever to just to get inside of Great Skate. But, because the Great Skate waiver is online I could not progress thru the Great Skate waiver without me first forking over my email address. Otherwise, I would be denied the ability to be responsible for the kids. Rather than wait outside the doors of Great Skate while the kids went in by themselves, I gave up my email address . . . just to sit on a bench and watch. Yep, now I'm getting spammed with a relentless barrage of Great Skate email solicitations. They are not about a good CX, just generating more revenue, bolstering the Great Skate spam list and managing data via a rigid Great Skate platform.
