Our little with his new helmet!
    Natalie B.

My husband and I drove here from Surprise this morning. They were open on a Sunday which was fantastic but also had great Yelp reviews so we made the trek. We were both so happy we did! They fixed my husband's tire because he said it's easier to pay someone to do it. They also helped us find a helmet for our little one and put up with him running around the store screaming. The reviews are right.... The service is fantastic and for us worth the drive.

The team of young professionals here was very knowledgeable/friendly and I was lucky enough to get my hub bearings replaced while I waited on a Sunday. This was likely because I saved them the time and brought in just the wheel. There costs are more than fair and I hope the neighborhood and surrounding areas continue to utilize there service. We need more local businesses like this.

The weather was too nice not to take a ride outside. I'm glad that I found this little bike and skate shop to fix flat tires on my bike. Randy, the owner of the shop was knowledgeable and showed me how a nail will puncture a bike tire without applying Flat Attack sealant. The prices were reasonable. He even took his time showing me how install a bike rack correctly. This will definitely be my go-to bike shop when I'm in this area. Go support this amazing local shop!

The staff at Unity are great! They are patient, educational, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. We bought a skateboard from there and I've taken 3 of my kid's bikes in for repairs. Definitely glad I found this shop. They also have a Dope, chill dog that strolls around the shop. It looks like it would be a stoner if it was a human Thanks!

The finished product, old tried and true.

I dropped off my bike at this shop shortly before they closed and they made repairs and had it ready before the end of business. I would suggest that anybody who needs repairs to check this place out, they were very nice and did a fantastic job. If I'm ever in the area again and need bike service I will definitely Do business with them again. I I was so impressed and grateful that they did the work on short notice that I am leaving my first Yelp review.

By Spring 2026, the battery (with a full charge) would go only 2 to 3 miles, then completely die. After cooperating with Velotric's warranty department to troubleshoot, they concluded what was obvious: it needs a new battery. Only after several weeks of back and forth troubleshooting did they inform me they have no batteries in stock and it would be another 2 months until they had any. They provided no compensation of any kind for the major disruption, nor did Rogue Electric Cyclery. Both Velotric and Rogue Electric Cyclery continue to sell new very expensive Fold 1 bikes that come with new batteries. And yes, the shop owner was aware of my husband's Alz diagnosis prior to accepting the service request. My neighbor Greg, who I asked to leave our family alone in February 2025, took my ill husband with younger Alz and his bike in to this shop in July 2025. The neighbor struck a deal with my husband's mother to pay for the service. As my husband's medical power of attorney (btw he has a court appointed conservator for financials), I was never informed. When my 5yo daughter and I got home, my husband had no idea where his bike, his backpack, or his cell phone were. All was lost in the time that I went to have lunch and pick up my daughter from kindergarten. On our wild goose chase that evening when I should've been helping my daughter with homework, brushing teeth, and evening routine, we found his bike at this bike shop, and then my husband vaguely recalled some intervention by our dirty gossip-Gabby, Nosey Nancy neighbor Greg who refuses to leave our family alone. Little did the shop owner realize that our family had been in legal battles with my husband's aggressive horrible mother for 3 years. She has lost every futile battle, yet she keeps trying. Her latest failed attempt involves threats of legal action regarding my daughter. So the neighbor Greg striking a deal for my husband's mother to pay for his bike? No. Not allowed. My husband's conservator even refuses to answer his mother's calls due to her belligerence. So unfortunately, this shop should educate themselves on accepting service requests from persons with Alzheimer's, and understanding that you need to communicate with the POA prior to service acceptance. The outcome: I accepted the invoice and paid from our marital account, even though I never (nor did the conservator) requested or agreed to this service. EDITED TO ADD: When we all came in for me to pay and pick up his bike, I asked the shop owner "do you know he has Alzheimer's?" he said YES. So please, if you are a business owner and you knowingly accept a service request from someone with a severe cognitive impairment, you MUST ask for POAs to ensure this is the right decision for that person. Someone told me "what are you supposed to do when someone with Alzheimer's has a broken bike?" You find the Medical and/or Financial POA for that person and work as a TEAM. You don't take matters into your own hands - this is literal exploitation of a vulnerable adult. Fortunately for us, my husband is now placed in memory care so he cannot be exploited, and so we don't end up with wild goose chases around town when I need to be working and raising my daughter on my own. Shame on everyone involved who caused confusion in my husband and harm to our family.
