I've purchased 2 times from this shop. Great service and pricing. They always complete the service fast and accurate.

I've purchased several times and came home satisfied with my bike. They always complete the service quickly.

We recently brought in two old mountain bikes that desperately needed to be brought back to life. They did an incredible job within a few days for reasonable price. We wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I purchased a new Specialized Turbo Como 3.0 IGH E-bike from Road Runner Bike Center and I'm extremely happy with my new e-bike. Tom, Brian, and Tyler the mechanic were a pleasure to work with. I have put 185 miles on Specialized Turbo Como 3.0 IGH E-bike since my first ride on 5/25/23. I really like the Brose Motor made in Germany for Specialized E-bikes. It's quiet and has ample power for a Class I E-bike. This bike has 50 Nm of torque and it is plenty powerful on the New River Trail that I ride. I really like the Specialized Mission Control app on my iPhone that is paired to my bike. I can custom tweak the power assist settings for me. The Mastermind Display has so much information on the display screen. The Specialized Mastermind display has current time, ride time, trip distance, power assist mode, charge percentage remaining, and it has a cadence sensor. The cadence sensor lets you know if you are pedaling efficiently. I also like that this bike has an Enviola internal gear hub on the rear wheel and a Gates belt drive rather than the typical derailleur and chain drive. Shifting is so easy with a belt drive. This bike also has powerful lights on the front and rear of the bike. I love the ultra low step over frame designed for ease in getting on and off the bike. I love this Specialized Turbo Como E-bike. It's the best bicycle I have ever owned. #specializedbikes ‍ Thank you Tom, Brian and Tyler at Road Runner Bike Center, 6530 W Happy Valley Rd, Glendale, AZ. read more

Excellent service. Did a complete bike tuneup in one day. My bike rides smoother! I find all the techs at roadrunner to be honest and caring. Thank you. read more

I just dropped in today with a flat and they fixed it on the spot! I've used them before and always very accommodating. it's worth the drive for me to take my bike to them although there are shops closer to where I live. Highly recommend them! read more

This is one of the absolute best bike shops. I have bought two bikes from them and their ongoing service is amazing. The staff led by Brian and his team are topnotch. they have been ensuring they can operate safely during COVID, yet still are getting work done. Can't recommend them highly enough. This is why I always buy bikes locally! After the sale service. read more

Great customer service for a quick non scheduled repair of my tandem bicycle. Thank you!

Great bike shop with great staff. They have a lot of variety of bikes. Highly recommend for service too!

This place is amazing. Brian helped me a lot. I had a few minor issues with my bike, and I was promptly helped. I can only recommend this place. read more

This place is incredible. They asked me questions to uncover what type of bike I wanted, they were very well informed and listened to my needs. They gave me three bikes to 'test ride' behind the building and were very patient when I asked questions. I didn't end up buying a bike today but will definitely go back and purchase due to their excellent customer service - well done Roadrunner! read more

We recently bought a bike from Road Runner for our daughter, we love this bike. Within a month she crashed & messed up the rear and front breaks. I thought it would be there for a few days with them fixing it. Nope they fixed it within 20 minutes, & didn't charge me since no parts were replaced & they were kind. Grateful for the quality bike & quality service. read more

This place is awesome. Service is superb and very friendly. Got a free bike check/adjustment. My new go to bike place.

They always take great care of our bikes. Quick turn around and my bike looks and rides like new after a tune up . Never feel like I'm getting the run around here and good customer service. This is the first place we think of with anything bike related. read more

They were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely use them again for bike repairs.

These guys are awesome and do a great job. They are honest and will not try to up sell you. I was told by another bike shop I needed my rear linkage bearing changed and bought the bearings ($150). Took it to the guys at roadrunner and they explained to me what was going on. The bearings are fine but I needing to clean the shock washers and the creaking is now gone. Saved a hundred bucks and tipped the guy for being straight up with me. I have been back and forth with this shop and another but this is my go to for now. Thank you for the honesty. read more

The staff have been incredible. Today, the gentlemen with a goatee and shaved head did a quick fix on my kids bike for free. Super friendly and knowledgeable. read more

I have purchased bikes from Ted since 2008. The bikes I bought were two adult cruisers for my wife and myself, and bikes for my kids. We have all been very pleased with the quality of the bikes, with Ted's service. I'd say this is a great place to buy bikes for family type riders. The store is small and has plenty of 20 inch bikes and a few mountain bikes, so I am guessing this isn't the place for hard core road bikers or hard core mountain bikers. You can get a cheaper bike at Walmart, but remember, as soon as something goes wrong, they can't help you. read more

I too was estranged by my daughter. You are a good man. Bezos's money will never compare. Godspeed.

Left the 29er there for a derailleur cable replacement. Shopkeeper asked if he could have the bike ready on Monday - sure thing. I asked, how much will this cost? $15 he says. Awesome. He calls me Monday and asks for more time stating he is having challenges with my bike. Ok Go to pick up bike about 7 days later. Bill was $30....I said nothing and paid the man. I am not exaggerating on the price or the scope of work. Roll 29er out to parking lot to test gears....grind.......chain not on rear sprocket. Not the end of the world...Take the bike back inside and a different tech puts chain on but says he needs to adjust the derailleur. Asks me to wait...I leave the bike again. Return about 30 minutes later and observe the shop keeper and a customer in a debate about what bike wheels are hers/not hers. Take bike outside and almost get cut by the bare derailleur cable - they did not install a nicropress sleeve....rinse and repeat... read more

I love this little shop, I used to go here when it was on 67th Avenue and Deer Valley but now it is on the NE corner of 67th Avenue and Happy Valley in the Walmart Grocery Store parking lot. The old guy that runs this is always there and you can tell he loves to fix and sell bikes. I always take all my bikes to him for service or to slime my tires and even bought a bike for both my son and daughter from him. I always do my research and he always turned out to be the best deal for a quality name brand bike. Plus when you buy from him he will take care of you. He also is the cheapest place I have ever taken a bike for a service, I think sometimes he runs a special for $30! That's insane! Like I said this guy has been here forever and I dont think he ever leaves, you should stop in and say hi. read more

Sometimes the gold you seek is right in your backyard, such is the case with Roadrunner Bike Center at the corner of 67th Ave & Happy Valley Road. I'm a fairly avid rider, owning both a Specialized Mountain Bike and a Road Bike and yet I wasn't aware that I had an authorized Specialized dealer minutes from home. Sometimes you can catch a bit of an attitude at bike shops, not sure why, but it's always refreshing to find one with no egos and great help, such was the case here. I needed new tires for the Stumpjumper and got excellent advice for the type of riding I do and the terrain I usually cover. They gave me some great advice for installing the tubeless tires myself and the first ride out was excellent, love the new tires! I had to go back a few days later since Santa brought me the wrong size helmet. They didn't have the same helmet in my size and offered to order it for me. Tom, the owner, took the time to make sure Specialized had it in-stock and then showed me all of the choices they offered in case I wanted to get a different color scheme. Great service! They repair bikes as well and I'll have no hesitation to take either of my bikes there for service. They have a wide selection of bikes for all levels and a full complement of accessories and tools for DIYers. If you're anywhere remotely close to this bike shop, check them out, you'll be glad you did. read more

Pretty nice bike shop, although it's quite small. The owner is very helpful and friendly, which is not always the way it goes at other bike shops. Pricing is pretty typical. They have a little bit of everything and take care of customers very well. read more

I purchased my mountain bike from here and would return again based on staff, price, and selection. The staff are very knowledgable and friendly. I never feel like I am being up sold and instead simply feel like they want to help me be a better rider based on my needs and questions. Recently, I had my front forks go out recently and the staff is working with me to get a replacement under warranty. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and I would recommend them to family and friends. read more

This bike shop has been my #1 go to bike shop they always have what I need and if they don't then they figure out a way to get it as fast as possible. I love the fact that they carry a lot of bikes in store with many styles to choose from. The only down side is they aren't open for very long and they are closed Sundays which is the day that I normally want to go there. But I am rating them very high! read more

I had called initially to see if hey could beat Gordy's prices. They were asking about $150 more than what the website listed. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable and out the bike I was trying to purchase. He was able to buy the bike and build it for me within a couple of days. It was nice to be able to get fast friendly service without the big price tag like Gordy's. thanks tom! read more

I would not recommend this bike shop to anyone. Less than a month ago, I bought a very expensive mountain bike. I got a flat tire in the middle of a trail on my third ride. When I took my bike to Flat Tire Bike Shop in Cave Creek, they told me that no sealant was put in my tubeless tires. In addition, they said that an air valve should have been placed. When I called the bike shop and I explained the situation, Tommy and Bryan were very condescending and disrespect without taking any responsibility. read more

I came to this store a few times before deciding on which bike to buy. Each time I dealt with a new person who was just as pleasant and helpful as the last. Just wanted to give a shout out to this neighborhood bike shop. I had purchased a Streetstrider on the internet which I assembled and needed a professional to check all hardware and the brake system. I had been to other local shop received no advise or help. This shop was absolutely wonderful, they took time with me and after a few set backs it was ready for pick up. The staff went out of its way to make sure the bike was safe. I appreciate all that was done and will definitely spread the word on the great service and professionalism. Great work Boys! read more

I've shopped around at other bike stores and this shop blows them away. Ted is always kind with a nice word and nice prices to boot!
