Best bike shop in the valley! I have purchased multiple bikes and have done a lot of upgrades from this shop and they are the best people to work with. They are honest and straightforward, completely trustworthy. They totally stand behind the Specialized brand with lifetime tuneups. If you want to do it right the first time get a Specialized and go talk to these guys it's worth the trip. Thanks so much for all the help Exhale!!!

Thanks to Exhale, I have a great new road bike!

I just picked up my Specialized Sirrus 6.0 from Exhale today. It was ready exactly when they said it would be. It was a flawless build on their part. They took the time to get me properly fitted for the bike. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need, unlike a lot of bike shops. After the great service I got from them when they covered the warranty on my Stumpjumper, I was very happy to return to give them some business. Fantastic crew working there! They will get ALL of my business when it comes to Specialized products!

I have had a couple friends refer us to Exhale Bikes. My roommate went and bought a bike from them about a month ago and he loves it. Last Saturday we were out on a ride and I was on my Specialized HT Pitch which kept acting up every time I was on a ride. So I said "Let's run to Exhale and see if they can fix it" Little did I know I would be walking into the most expensive Saturday I have had and left with a Specialized StumpJumper FS Carbon 29....Yeah, that was my day. Lol The WHOLE staff was amazing, Steve, Nate, everyone was so helpful and even though they knew this was way more bike than a beginner like me needed but I would be able to grow into it with my skill over the years. I was very hesitant as it was a very expensive purchase but Truly the staff made this whole process super Epic and informative and made my purchase worth it. Also? If you buy a bike through them they provide you with complimentary tune-ups (Good Perk) I took my bike out that night for 7 miles and a 13.5 mile trail the next day and I will say, it's a superb bike and I am so happy with my purchase. Thank you Exhale Team, you really run a great business!

Nate made my Bianchi Intenso fit better than ever!!

I bought a new bike from another bike shop here in the Valley. I posted a question on my social media page: What is the best bike shop in the valley that will professionally fit me to my new bike? It was completely unanimous. Exhale Bikes is where you should go to be professionally fitted. The shop I bought my Bianchi from did simplistic adjustments to the saddle and handlebars, but I wanted something more comprehensive. It was settled. I was headed to Exhale to be professionally fitted by Nate! I called up and made my appt. on a Friday afternoon. They don't typically do pro fittings on Saturdays as it is busier on the weekends. When Friday rolled around, I was so pumped! The process that Nate took be sure every square inch of my bike was fit and made for me was extraordinary. He took time out of his day to answer all my questions. He made me feel comfortable. From the shoes on my cleats to the stem on my handlebars, he went out of his way for me in every way, shape and form. He didn't slap my bike on the trainer, tell me to pedal and send me on my way. He spent over an hour with me tweaking every measurement possible. A couple of millimeters doesn't sound like a lot, but that can make all the difference in the world, especially if you're going to be in the saddle for several hours at a time. Being safe and having a personable, comfortable fit on your bike is important and too many riders neglect this part of cycling. You've likely spent thousands on a bike, accessories, clothing and other misc. gear... why in the heck would you NOT spend the money on a professional bike fitting? If you need a new bike, check out Exhale Bikes. If you've bought a new bike from another shop in the valley, you still owe it to yourself to see Nate at Exhale Bikes! Get fitted. Get comfortable. Be awesome. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Exhale Bikes to all my friends, family and fellow Yelp'ers!

Rogue sells you a high-priced bike, pockets your money, and takes no responsibility when things go bad. I paid $1,500 for a new Velotric Fold1 in late 2025. By Spring 2026, the battery (with a full charge) would go only 2 to 3 miles, then completely die. After cooperating with Velotric's warranty department to troubleshoot, they concluded what was obvious: it needs a new battery. Only after several weeks of back and forth troubleshooting did they inform me they have no batteries in stock and it would be another 2 months until they had any. They provided no compensation of any kind for the major disruption, nor did Rogue Electric Cyclery. Both Velotric and Rogue Electric Cyclery continue to sell new very expensive Fold 1 bikes that come with new batteries. However, neither Velotric nor Rogue is willing to provide one of those batteries to cover a customer's legitimate warranty issue. I am still waiting for a new battery covered under warranty.

I called the first three dealers and none of them returning my calls. None of them e-mailed me back. None of them returned my inquiries via social media. It was very disappointing. I left Sonoran Cycles as my last ditch effort because according to the Bianchi website, the only authorized Bianchi dealer is their Yuma location. I did not want to make the journey that far south and drive that far out of my way if I did not have to. Desperation set in and reluctantly, I reached out to Sonoran Cycles via the e-mail address I found on their website. In the end, it was Philip Hantel who responded to my e-mail in a matter of just 8 minutes and assured me all of their Sonoran Cycles locations were authorized dealers. Not only did he respond to my e-mail efficiently and quickly, but he spent the better part of his afternoon a few days ago corresponding to me. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the purchase I was about to make. I ultimately ordered my dream bike - a Bianchi Intenso with complete Shimano Ultegra R-8000 components in size 57 with the beautiful Celeste paintjob from Philip at Sonoran Cycles. We communicated completely via e-mail until it was time for me to give him a deposit for my bicycle. I don't have the most flexible schedule and Philip made it very easy. We're all adults and we're all busy. Philip recognized that immediately. His thorough communication, expertise, willingness to go above and beyond and extensive knowledge base is the kind of customer service that I would assume Bianchi wants its authorized dealers to execute. My only regret is that I did not contact Sonoran Cycles first! If anyone in Arizona wants to get ahold of a Bianchi, the only authorized dealer for the job is Sonoran Cycles. I would not hesitate at all to recommend my family, friends, co-workers and fellow Yelp'ers to Sonoran Cycles for all of their cycling needs!

What started out as a Google search to rent a quality and fun mountain bike, at an affordable /fair price, lead us to Scottsdale Bike Company. Quick call on the drive from California confirmed they had what we needed. Upon arrival they noted we were stacking the bikes in the back of our suv, and one of the guys offered his personal hitch rack to ease our load and set it up for us. After a fun hour at the Mesa bike park, we had my gfs son's personal bike break. After fiddling and realizing the severity we quickly ran back to SBC just before closing. The guys got right to work without much more than a question to see if they could get us back on the road before we left the shop. I rented a Large MTB and they offered to swap us out for a bike more fitting for the 12 year old. I said thanks, we'll take it. They then insisted I didn't miss out and sent us on our way with another bike rental. A beautiful amazing and quality full suspension MTB. They inspected each unit thoroughly. Noting one had some damage, and despite them being able to send us with it, they did not. They ensured they sent us on the trails with a solid well looked after unit. As we came back to return the next day, and pick up the bike. They did everything they could to get us running, but it being a 10 year old model (They didn't have parts on hand) they offered to help but would take time to get parts, we're just in town for a short while. When I asked what we owed them for inspecting and trying to fix it, they declined our payment outside of the rentals. True gentleman, incredibly kind, generous with their time and resources. I'd pay every penny to them for parts, service, even a purchase. Whether visiting, or a local, take a minute to give them a chance to have your business! You won't regret it. As honest as they come.
