I was in need of a power blaster air pump to seat Tubeless Tires. My other Trek Pump (Lifetime Warranty) started giving me a little trouble. I called the Trek dealer near my house where I bought the pump. The guy on the phone said "bring it in and we will see what we can do." "We don't have any of those Flash Charger Pumps right now. " There was no offer to research the part I needed for the old one, or to look at ordering me a new Flash Charger. We hung up and I thought "Cyclogic is a Trek Dealer!" So I called and the young man on the phone spent all the time needed to help me order a new Pump, and see about repairing my old one. We hung up so he could research everything for me. 5 minuites later he called me back. The owner even got on the phone to discuss everything with me. Then the owners Mrs. took my card information and sealed the deal. The plan is, when the new pump comes in, I will go pick it up and leave my old one to have it repaired. They are more than happy to complete the warranty process for me. Hopefully Trek/Bontrager will stand behind it as advertised. Bottom Line, I didn't have to get out in the 110 degree heat and drive around town to solve my problem. They were So Nice! read more

Good pricing and amazing bike fitting. However, when the mechanics built out my bike, they didn't properly adjust the front derailleur. Felt like the chain was grinding from day one and didn't know any better! I thought it was just how the bike shifted and thought that they wouldn't have made any mistakes setting up my bike. After taking the bike to a different shop for a tune up after riding it like that for a while and NOT even telling them about this issue, they identified it. That tells me Cyclogic's mechanics/builders are not being thorough! Five stars for Kennedy's fit sessions. 1 star for the mechanics/builders in the shop. read more

Awesome bike shop and bike fits. My husband and I have both gotten bike fits here and they fixed the biggest issues we were having respectively, and some trial and error on our own time fixed the rest. We've also brought our bikes in for some maintenance or repair, and everyone is super friendly and prices are fair. My husband also loves their weekly rides. read more

From Barry, Alan, Claudia, Dave, everyone has been great to work with. I'm lucky to call this my local bike shop. They sold, fitted and service my triathlon bike. Thank you!! read more

I had a bike fitting from Barry in which he helped me resolve a lot of problems I was having while riding (neck pain, foot pain). He taught me a lot and has been very patient in answering all my questions post-fitting. Barry goes above and beyond and I'm very grateful. read more

Great place! Thought I had a semi-complicated handlerbar replacement that I thought would require cable replacement too. They did the job quickly and managed to avoid recabling. read more

Super helpful as a beginner cyclist to get me started on the right foot. Quickly resolved my hip pain I was developing.

The staff is incredibly helpful! Stopped by the shop other day to fix a cleat/shim interface issue. Within a few minutes, the mechanic was able to resolve the problem. Couldn't have been more thrilled! read more

twice I've been to this shop in the last month with minor road bike repair issues. the service team immediately replaced my battery in the electronic shifter; and the second time they immediately converted a wheel from tube to tubeless. great service and knowledgeable team! thank you!!! read more

A very positive experience at this professional bike boutique/fitting studio. Everyone was friendly and cordial and the bike build exceeded my expectations. I was in dire need of a professional mechanic to help build my new Cipollini NK1K, since I am new to the Scottsdale area. The skilled mechanics at Cyclologic were able to troubleshoot some unexpected problems with the headset and immediately source the parts required to fix it. I was a bit nervous because of the rarity of this bike and didn't want anything bad to happen to it. In the end, they built it well, tunned it to perfection, and made me very happy. These are some very nice people, and perhaps the best Bike Boutique and Fitting Studio in Arizona. Go check them out. Lots of nice bike eye candy and super nice people. read more

Amazing shop. The owner was extremely friendly and helpful--no bike snobbery here. The owner was knowledgeable and provided recommendations on winter gear--which I bought. This was an amazing find. A high-end shop, with knowledgeable employees, a great selection of the top-tier products I want and conveniently located in Scottsdale. read more

I drove 6 hrs for a bike fit and I have NO regrets!! Andy and Adam were absolutely the best! Detail-oriented, friendly, asked a lot of questions, listened and extremely knowledgeable. A high-end shop with professional staff but without the pretentious attitude that is often present at top notch bike stores. A big thank you also to Kevin for troubleshooting my Garmin and to Claudia for being a delight. I am soooooo excited to get my new ride. Yes, the wait is longer than I would like it to be but that is not something they can control. You do not have to be a professional rider to get a fit. If you love to ride and want to avoid pain/injury, get a bike fit from CYCLOLOGIC, or even better, get a bike fit AND a new bike from them!!!! Thanks Andy, Adam, Kevin and Claudia. I cannot wait to meet my new pony!! read more

Barry listened to me, focused on me, and really fulfilled the reason I walked in your door. His attitude is positive and encouraging, his knowledge seems to be infinite in the analysis of cyclists, and the equipment and software are cutting edge. I am looking forward to sessions as my adjustments become permanent and my fitness level gradually improves. I was also impressed that Barry was not pushing new products, but rather proved my current equipment would support my goals. I think I surprised him when I opted for new shoes, even though my current shoes were satisfactory. If you are looking for knowledge regarding any deviation from cycling perfection, Barry is the man to see. I will be back again and again. p.s. I was evaluated on a bikepacking gravel bike. read more

I came here for their bicycle fitting classes and had the pleasure of meeting all of the staff members. I couldn't have asked for better knowledge and insight when it came to the classes they offered. Andy has given me the "tools" to help give my own business a huge advantage over my competitors. I did level 1 & 2, and can't wait to come back for level 3. Most certainly considering sending other staff members here for the education. I am very grateful for their insight and help. Very well organized, professional, and great atmosphere. read more

I highly recommend scheduling a bike fitting with Barry. I had this done about a year ago and just recently went back for a few more modifications. He's awesome at advising what needs to be done for the best fit but doesn't pressure you into buying all the parts.... Even though you should just buy all the parts/updates. I'm not pro but I feel a little closer to becoming one with a bike that fits properly. Schedule your appointment now... you will be happy you did. read more

Absolutely the best bike shop ever. Every employee said hello, offered me water, asked if I needed anything. My wife got a bike fit from Barry last year and had a great experience so I came in today after purchasing a new Trek. Paraic (owner of the shop) seriously could not have been more wonderful. His kindness, knowledge, way of explaining things, and just his genuine spirit, made me feel like I've made a friend for life. Cyclologic is an hour drive for us but we will make the trip any day of the week to get the kind of service this shop provides. Customers forever. (Im a back of the pack, overweight triathlete and not one person here made me feel like I shouldn't be a cyclist or not worth their time). read more

Awesome service at Cyclologic! Dropped my bike in for a tune up on a Thursday at 5 pm, got a text saying it was finished on Friday at 1 pm. Also was having some front derailleur issues and my shifting is perfect now! I will be taking my bike to Cyclologic for any services as they were super helpful and speedy! read more

I called here on Friday 4/10/2020, to see if they had a specific Trek bike in stock, Tammy let me know that they did not have that one in stock at the shop, however they had it in CA at the warehouse. Tammy let me know that they can have it sent to the shop and it would take a day or two. I moved ahead and purchased the bike. The bike arrived to the shop on Monday and I went to pick it up on Tuesday. I am so pleased with the amount of attention and care I received. When I went to pick up my bike I was able to ride it and check it out in the parking lot. I was a little concerned with what sounded like something rubbing or making contact with the rear tire, they were quick to take the bike into the shop and fix it right away. I was also wanting the seat lowered a bit (I am on the shorter side at 5'4") and we realized that the seat was as low as it could go with out cutting some of the length off. Again, the bike was taken right back into the shop and they cut the seat down a tad for me. It was not an issue at all, and they were happy to do it! They also helped me decide on the perfect water bottle cage, and installed it for me! The customer service here is top notch and I cannot recommend them enough! read more

I dropped in without an appointment to get the front tire of my mountain bike checked out. They were very friendly and accomodating and able to fix it right there on the spot. Had great conversations with the staff while I waited for the repair to be complete. Definitely will be returning back to Cyclologic in the near future and recommending them to my friends! Paraic and his team are on another league of their own. From customer service, to the quality of their work, to their extensive experience and knowledge, I doubt there are many who are better (if any). I mean... they're really firing on all cylinders there. Every time I go there, whether for a fit, a tune up or even a small part I walk out a lot smarter in the world of cycling. Lol. I could go on an on about them, just see for yourself, you won't regret it. read more

Sure is one of best in area for higher level rides and riders to go. The good stuff here, racing level rides and training if one wants. Pro riders are involved here as I am observing. So I needed a SRAM Red ETap battery and this is only place I could find who had. I did leave a short note for the local sales rep regarding those batteries and their delicate construction, for his reference and a suggestion to improve. Really nice lady here doing front desk duties and very helpful. Thanks. read more

I have been to cyclologic approx 5-6 times over the past few years and it has always been a good experience. This place really knows what they are doing when it comes to bicycle fitting--they use science and advanced technology like a pressure sensing saddle cover to determine if a saddle is appropriate for a particular rider. They aren't cheap, but when I count up all the money I have spent over the years at other bike shops buying the wrong part, I think paying a bit more to have it done correctly the first time is preferable. If you are a cyclist who spends a lot of time in the saddle, and you have numbness or pain when riding, you should definitely give cyclologic a try! read more

Cyclologic offered a solid maintenance service at a very reasonable price, and they were able to fit me in next day. They even helped me install a new part to adapt my bike so I could use my indoor cycling trainer. Friendly, efficient and professional service. Handy having one of the best fitters in the world right here in Arizona. You dont have to earn 7 figures racing to use the service though. This team can help everyone from the brand new to the long time rider. Ive used their services for nearly 20 years and have referred dozens of people and all of them are happy/repeat customers. This is so far beyond a "bike shop"... But they'll sell you a few pretty nice things as well. read more

Excellent shop. I had a small repair that they took care of in 15 minutes where other shops estimated a 3-7 day turnaround. I'll go back for basic services but I'm also interested to learn more about their fitting services. There is a very good chance that I'll stop by when I need another bike. read more

Yesterday I called Cyclologic to see if they can assist me with repairing my kids flat tires and tuning up two bikes. After calling many other local bikes, all within proximity to Cyclologic to hear it would be weeks to get done. I was frustrated to hear that two kids bikes that just needed tubes installed at the minimum would take that long! As we all know in trying times like this, going outside and creating options for our kids is not easy. I also realize bike shops are busy, but in times like this I shouldn't have to hear it would take two weeks to replace kids bike tubes! After attempting one last call before completely giving up I called Cyclologic and had a friendly operator direct me to a friendly technician. That technitian verified those tubes were in stock and said to come down and he would get it done quickly. I arrived and had the same awesome service from front desk to repair to payment. In honesty, and as you will see from any of my previous posts which are minimal, I will generally write about an epic situation or restaurant, or a very bad situation or experience. I can tell you all of the staff who assisted me, or followed up with me while I waited (by the way I waited 30 minutes for tubes replaced and both bikes getting tune ups), I paid $32. Look, I don't know if they can sell or service everyone's individual bikes needs, but I would recommend you call them FIRST. In times like these, not only do we help small businesses, but we need to help the good ones, and these guys are great. Thank you read more
