Good pricing and amazing bike fitting. However, when the mechanics built out my bike, they didn't properly adjust the front derailleur. Felt like the chain was grinding from day one and didn't know any better! I thought it was just how the bike shifted and thought that they wouldn't have made any mistakes setting up my bike. After taking the bike to a different shop for a tune up after riding it like that for a while and NOT even telling them about this issue, they identified it. That tells me Cyclogic's mechanics/builders are not being thorough! Five stars for Kennedy's fit sessions. 1 star for the mechanics/builders in the shop. read more

I was in dire need of a professional mechanic to help build my new Cipollini NK1K, since I am new to the Scottsdale area. The skilled mechanics at Cyclologic were able to troubleshoot some unexpected problems with the headset and immediately source the parts required to fix it. I was a bit nervous because of the rarity of this bike and didn't want anything bad to happen to it. In the end, they built it well, tunned it to perfection, and made me very happy. I was in need of a power blaster air pump to seat Tubeless Tires. My other Trek Pump (Lifetime Warranty) started giving me a little trouble. I called the Trek dealer near my house where I bought the pump. The guy on the phone said "bring it in and we will see what we can do." "We don't have any of those Flash Charger Pumps right now. " There was no offer to research the part I needed for the old one, or to look at ordering me a new Flash Charger. We hung up and I thought "Cyclogic is a Trek Dealer!" So I called and the young man on the phone spent all the time needed to help me order a new Pump, and see about repairing my old one. We hung up so he could research everything for me. 5 minuites later he called me back. The owner even got on the phone to discuss everything with me. Then the owners Mrs. took my card information and sealed the deal. The plan is, when the new pump comes in, I will go pick it up and leave my old one to have it repaired. They are more than happy to complete the warranty process for me. Hopefully Trek/Bontrager will stand behind it as advertised. Bottom Line, I didn't have to get out in the 110 degree heat and drive around town to solve my problem. They were So Nice! read more

I called here on Friday 4/10/2020, to see if they had a specific Trek bike in stock, Tammy let me know that they did not have that one in stock at the shop, however they had it in CA at the warehouse. Tammy let me know that they can have it sent to the shop and it would take a day or two. I moved ahead and purchased the bike. The bike arrived to the shop on Monday and I went to pick it up on Tuesday. I am so pleased with the amount of attention and care I received. When I went to pick up my bike I was able to ride it and check it out in the parking lot. I was a little concerned with what sounded like something rubbing or making contact with the rear tire, they were quick to take the bike into the shop and fix it right away. I was also wanting the seat lowered a bit (I am on the shorter side at 5'4") and we realized that the seat was as low as it could go with out cutting some of the length off. Again, the bike was taken right back into the shop and they cut the seat down a tad for me. It was not an issue at all, and they were happy to do it! They also helped me decide on the perfect water bottle cage, and installed it for me! The customer service here is top notch and I cannot recommend them enough! read more

I have been to cyclologic approx 5-6 times over the past few years and it has always been a good experience. This place really knows what they are doing when it comes to bicycle fitting--they use science and advanced technology like a pressure sensing saddle cover to determine if a saddle is appropriate for a particular rider. They aren't cheap, but when I count up all the money I have spent over the years at other bike shops buying the wrong part, I think paying a bit more to have it done correctly the first time is preferable. If you are a cyclist who spends a lot of time in the saddle, and you have numbness or pain when riding, you should definitely give cyclologic a try! read more

Yesterday I called Cyclologic to see if they can assist me with repairing my kids flat tires and tuning up two bikes. After calling many other local bikes, all within proximity to Cyclologic to hear it would be weeks to get done. I was frustrated to hear that two kids bikes that just needed tubes installed at the minimum would take that long! As we all know in trying times like this, going outside and creating options for our kids is not easy. I also realize bike shops are busy, but in times like this I shouldn't have to hear it would take two weeks to replace kids bike tubes! After attempting one last call before completely giving up I called Cyclologic and had a friendly operator direct me to a friendly technician. That technitian verified those tubes were in stock and said to come down and he would get it done quickly. I arrived and had the same awesome service from front desk to repair to payment. In honesty, and as you will see from any of my previous posts which are minimal, I will generally write about an epic situation or restaurant, or a very bad situation or experience. I can tell you all of the staff who assisted me, or followed up with me while I waited (by the way I waited 30 minutes for tubes replaced and both bikes getting tune ups), I paid $32. Look, I don't know if they can sell or service everyone's individual bikes needs, but I would recommend you call them FIRST.
