I didn't plan on buying a bike, let alone 2 , I had nothing but a wonderful experience. I went in interested in a MOKWHEEL EBIKE cause its the only dealer I saw that had them. I am a heavier taller individual an not one time did I feel unwelcome cause my size, I explained what I was interest in an RIGHT away ADAM recommended the MOKWHEEL MESA PLUS ST, once I saw it I bought it. An I love it , I even bought another MOKWHEEL TOR PLUS UNFORTUNATELY not from them ,from MOKWHEEL directly, cause it wasn't in-stock. But I did take it to them to have that TIRE SEALANT they used in my MESA PLUS an the ADDMOTOR i have no idea what it is but that stuff has to be the best,I had an still have about 200 thorns in it still, had a razor blade puncture the tire enough it must of hit the tube but it sealed right up. Well worth the $60. I want to go back an see what they have but that's turning into a dangerous store LOL cause ill probably buy another bike. These other reviews are trolls, Thanks Adam an Crew.

Called in on 2/24 to inquire on some pivot bearing and headset install cost and person on the phone…read moretold me for 4 pivots and 1 headset should run about $20-30, great! Fast forward the next day stopped in and dropped them off and told me they'd take an hour or so. Upon calling to stop back in I'm being told the new price is $40 and I didn't even bring in my frame for the headset so $40 for 4 bearings. All good, figured I'd let them know when I arrived what I was originally quoted and see what happened. Told the guy when I got there I was quoted less than that and he says they were not easy install, confused by this he brings the arms over and say "sorry got a scratch on this one while trying to remove paint". What he handed me was an absolute joke at best. These arms were all professionally painted and masked off for bearing clearances from the beginning and it looks like they took a screw driver to them. You can see the very faint original paint where he chipped proving that shouldn't have been a problem and then scratched the out side too. There are also gouges on the back side and a big chip on a section they shouldn't have even touched! They dropped the bill to $30 and I walked out with absolutely destroyed paint. If they were not comfortable doing it they should had mentioned this from the beginning and not taken on the job. But they hacked it and now my bike looks terrible and I'm out $30 for a terrible install. If you care about your paint take your bearing installs elsewhere because these giant sponsored shops don't care.

Gordy the original owner was an amazing genuine guy full of love for the sport and after passing on he had Kevin and Kim take over and they both too are fully invested in the shop with a great family and team on and off the track there to support him. If you haven't made your way in then you certainly should do it asap they will take care of you and make sure your bike is worked on correctly and give true recommendations as they know everything about bikes you'll need to know. Even for those little toddlers too they have striders to teach them to ride young!
