The idiots had the bike for 5 days and they can't fix it they left dirty greasy fingerprints all over the white wall tires and grease on the whole bike from their greasy fingerprints, I had to come home and clean the greasy fingerprints off my white sidewalls And wipe the whole entire bike down with greasy prints on the whole frame then they scratch the bike up with their bike holder that locks on to the bike....if Beavis and Butthead mechanics work for me they would be packing their bags. Owner is very sarcastic and rude and unprofessional he likes to interrupt you when you try to talk to him on the phone, matter of fact he text me at first and said we have to contact the manufacturer about your rear Axle. I never got a call for an estimate also they just started to fix the bike and said the rear axle had internal problems in the three-speed gearing. Nothing but complaints on Yelp over this shit hole bike shop. Never had a owner send me a text he should be calling customers on the phone so finally I called back and talked to him that's when he started interrupting me when I was trying to talk very belligerent and very rude. I would not recommend this shit hole bike shop to anyone nothing but complaints about this place. Then I'm checking the bike out and looking at the rear tire and it's not even straight my God Beavis and Butthead here can't even put a rear tire straight it's on an angle so now I have to recheck everything and fix it myself. If the company is called Exhale.... they might want to probably inhale more crack..lol

Wheelchair user friendly bike shop!!…read more My new wheelchair arrived with solid tires and I quickly learned from other WC users that air is much preferred over solid. The wheelchair clinic told me that it would have to be cut through completely to change them to air. Came to Shadetree to see what Chris could do for me. Chris took off the exterior tire without needing to cut it at all!!! I'm certain this was not an easy task, but he got it done in just a couple days. I am extra impressed by this because he has a limb difference in one arm, yet he has virtually no difficulties because of this. He also was able to save the airless insert and give it to me in case I wanted to keep them. He easily replaced it with an air tube, and only charged me $97 total. The ride really IS smoother with air tires and I'm so glad I made the switch. Thank you SO much Chris!

Scott quickly threw the written price quote into the garbage which I retrieved. The owner was smug when I told him that I personally would have stuck to the quoted price. The first couple of times were actually to donate old bikes to him, which he fixes up for those who are not able to afford their own. As my son has grown, his old bikes have all gone to Dennis and a couple of out adult bikes. We have also had him do minor repairs, brake adjustments on various bikes. All fixed correctly, with no further issues. I personally take out bikes over to him since he is about a mile from us. But, the fact that he offers to pick it up or work kn it at your place, just puts this service above the peak of taking care of people. I would highly recommend. I even just noticed that there were 20 "Not recommended" reviews. I could not believe it. I opened them up, and all are great reviews, just didn't select the star rating.

My first cruise to the neighborhood eating (and drinking) establishments was a smooth one. Clean riding, shifting, and braking. Since I travel frequently for work, we scheduled a mutual repair time, and they provided pickup and delivery (for a small fee). The TS shop is super convenient to the Grayhawk area which was a plus for me!
