Chris showed up, tuned up four of my bikes had to take one to a shop and bring it back after work. I cannot say enough good things about this man. I definitely put him in my contacts. I have been neglecting my bicycles for a few years. It was very fairly priced Appreciate the mobile service. read more

I found him through here and his yelp reviews seemed amazing. We got my son his first ever bike and he loved it but quickly got a flat tire. I don't know much about how to fix bikes and I'm a busy mom so having him be able to come out was going to be great as my son was missing his bike a lot. Upon getting pricing/coordinating a time - Christ told me he was "going to pass on my repair" and referred me to another bike shop. When I asked his reasoning he said he was too busy? Pretty wild he refused service and didn't offer a better day. I've never had a company or service point blank say "I'll pass, here's someone else". Clearly not worth his time? Bummer. All the other reviews sound great! read more

AWESOME! I'm extremely impressed and happy with the service Chris provided. I have two cherished bikes that had been in storage for a while. Our moving company jacked up our 5 bikes so I had to find a mobile bike repair shop since there was no way I was going to load up them up in my car. I found a few businesses on Yelp. Chris from Bike Doctor got back to me quickly and was most readily available compared to another company I called. We arranged for him to come by on a Friday morning. Chris is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed my bikes and tuned them up in about an hour. The price was incredibly reasonable and our family is happy to get back riding again. Would definitely recommend Chris, the Bike Doctor! read more

Chris is the best! I had gotten my bike in its package on Friday and called Chris, even though it said he wasn't open anymore, and he answered and said he could fit me in that next day to get the bike put together. I can't say enough about this service. When needing this service done I needed it done right away so I can commute. Chris was very responsive and could get to me first. I can tell this was was ground and pound work ethic vs too many clients. I doubt his competition can keep up. Stars aligned because I will definitely be using him for everything bike related. He even cleaned my bike and went above and beyond to make sure my two wheels were safe and optimal for my commute. Cannot wait to call the Bike Doctor again. read more

Not sure if I should post this but, Chris helped me out on a Sunday morning when no one else would even call me back! I ended up NOT having to hire him, THIS TIME, because of his honesty and knowledge. He talked me through my problem via text and I was able to get up and running. What a guy! I will be bringing all my bicycle work to him int he future - thank you, Chris! read more

Amazing , just amazing. I will recommend him no wait I will highly recommend him for all your bike needs. I was tire of going to bike shops/stores to get my bike repair or tuned up. They are not detail or do not pay attention to detail/s. And after having a bike that I took in for tune up and tires repairs, they left my other bike worst then howI walked in with it. You will only fool me once, and I'm going somewhere else. "Global bike" Bike Dr. did a phenomenal job plus a bit more, I only asked of him to do a tune up and gear cable replacement . And he went above and beyond. He even clean my bike. Wow talk about great service. Thank you bike Dr. you are amazing!!! God bless you. read more

Well THAT was easy! I had my bike shipped from out of state and needed assembly and tune-up. Chris was super responsive to get me scheduled and even offered to move it up 2 days when my bike arrived early. Needed a tune up- called another place first and the guy was extremely rude so I moved on and found Chris here on Yelp!. Glad I did, I paid $65 for a "tune-up" and seat replacement. My bike had not been ridden in a couple years and he put air in the tires and switched out the seat for me. I missed his call in the morning and he came back later that day while being pleasant and keeping a positive attitude despite my mistake. Would recommend read more

I was able to ride my bike for the first times in a few years, thanks to great assistance provided by Chris. I cannot extoll highly enough his excellent communication, quality of service, and speed with which he did the repairs. He was flexible to my schedule, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. His price was more than fair and easily beat all of the excessively priced bike shops around the valley. In the future, I will consult him first regarding any and all bicycle related issues. Great communication! Chris came 1st thing Monday morning to look at 2 bikes I had gotten second hand. I had heard good things about The Bike Doctor from friends that are biking enthusiasts (which I am not). My bike hadn't been ridden in some time. The tires were flat, the pedals had been gnawed by my dog, etc. One of my sons wanted to start riding it on ASU's campus and I wanted it to be safe and in good shape if possible. I called Chris on a holiday (New Year's Day). He called me right back. He gave me the impression he would have come out right then if necessary. We scheduled a time that was convenient for me. He came directly to the house, buffed out the bike so that it looks and feels brand new. And he did all this for a very reasonable price. I recommend him with high enthusiasm. He struck me as honest, hard working and trustworthy. If your experience is anything like mine you won't be disappointed. I wouldn't call or go anywhere else. read more

Chris was fabulous! Came right to the house. I decided to start riding my bike again, and I figured it needed a few repairs before I put it back on the road. I came across the Bike Doctor on Yelp and was extremely excited, seeing he was less than 2 miles out and was a mobile bike repair service. I was scheduled with an appointment the very next morning. Unfortunately I had to reschedule, but it still was a breeze getting another appointment scheduled for the next day. Before The Bike Doctor even looked at my bike, he was able to send me an estimate of the service that I may have ended up needing. Today, The Bike Doctor arrived at my home on time and was ready to take the bike and get it suitable for me. Within 5 minutes, The Bike Doctor called back and stated that nothing was wrong with my bike. I went downstairs and was told I only needed air! I was happy, embarrassed and relieved! I was properly educated on inflating my tires and the best method. Not only was The Bike Doctor pleasant, professional and efficient he was honest! I offered to pay him for coming out and getting my bike ready, but he declined. He stated he'd charge when he fixed my bike. I was Blessed, and will definitely make someone else's day as well as recommending the Bike Doctor. Thanks Chris! read more

Chris, the Bike Doctor, was able to find a time to stop by my home at a time that fit into my schedule at 9am. I have a large family and many of our bikes were in a state of disrepair -- 6 bikes that required multiple repairs: new tires, tubes, brake & shifter cables, a chain, brake alignment, cassette repair, handle bar adjustment, and just plain cleaning up. I had him install tire puncture liners on all five of the bikes as well. I have a truck and told Chris that I would bring my bevy of bikes to him -- not necessary, mobile repair was part of his business model. Before our scheduled appointment, I realized I had a dental exam that would overlap our meeting; 'no problem' Chris texted back -- as long as he had access to the bikes outside the job was going to take him a couple hours anyhow. When I returned from the dentist two hours later, Chris had 4 of the six bikes looking great! He explained that he had been able to restore a couple parts (that saved me money) and found good tubes in a couple (which also saved me money)! In all, it took 3 hours to finish and I was completely satisfied. The Bike Doctor gets 5-stars for great service! read more
