By far the worst experience. I brought my 4-year-old daughter to Rush Fun Park on August 28, 2026, for her birthday. We purchased three tickets through Groupon for three hours of playtime, but we did not stay for more than 45 minutes. During our visit, there were several teenagers, approximately 13-16 years old, behaving overly aggressively. Slides were pulled out from underneath my 4-year-old daughter, and my husband, my daughter, and I were shoved multiple times. There was also loud, explicit conversation about their genitals, along with repeated use of the F-word and other inappropriate language around my young child. I'm not unreasonable either, I understand this is a kids place for kids to have fun and be crazy but what we experienced was far past normal kid behavior. Structures were broken, multiple families were uncomfortable and questioning where the parents to these children were. While I was at the front desk speaking with Bradley about what was happening and requesting a refund, I witnessed a child being thrown through a structure. That incident further demonstrated the concerns I was trying to explain. Bradley verbally told me that I would be receiving a refund. I then contacted Groupon, and I was told that Rush Fun Park's management had stated that the claims were not substantiated. I specifically asked Rush Fun Park to review the security footage because the incidents I described are visible on camera as an employee told me all cameras are recording and one camera points directly in that direction. Instead of reviewing the footage with me or providing an explanation, I have felt repeatedly ignored and have had difficulty getting management to respond. I have been trying to reach the manager since August 29. I called multiple times and was repeatedly told that employees did not know when she would be in the office. I was also told that Gabriella, Bradley, Liam, Jesus and other employees had contacted the manager on my behalf, explained what happened, and provided my phone number because I was trying to get a response. When the manager finally contacted me (September 19th 11am), I was told that she could not help me and that she would forward my message to corporate. I was offered another pass to a different location instead of having my refund request resolved. I was also accused of "cussing out" employees. I want to be very clear: I did not verbally abuse or use profanity toward any employees. I was frustrated and persistent because I was seeking a response to a legitimate complaint, but continuing to request accountability is not the same thing as verbally abusing someone. I specifically asked that the phone calls be reviewed because they should confirm this. If management believes otherwise, I believe it should identify the specific interaction, date, time, employee, and statement involved rather than making a vague accusation. I have been frustrated by the lack of communication, but I understand that the employees are not responsible for management's failure to follow up. My biggest disappointment is that I spent money intending to celebrate my daughter's birthday, only for us to leave after less than 45 minutes into our 3 hour stay because of the environment. I then spent weeks trying to get a response about the refund I was told I would receive. I am asking Rush Fun Park to review the security footage from approximately 6:00 PM until our departure and the relevant phone calls, and to address my complaint based on the actual evidence rather than dismissing it without reviewing the footage. I would strongly recommend that management take these concerns seriously, particularly when young children are involved. read more

We arrived first thing in the morning expecting a clean and well-maintained environment for the children, but unfortunately that was not our experience. Upon entering, the floors throughout much of the facility were covered with food, crumbs, and various debris. While I did notice employees vacuuming certain sections, many of the main play areas appeared to have been overlooked and were noticeably unclean. What was even more concerning was the condition inside the jumping and play areas themselves. There were scattered food items, including chips and pieces of pretzels, throughout the equipment. I also observed what appeared to be used, bloody Band-Aids within the play structures, which raised significant concerns regarding cleanliness and sanitation. Additionally, in the play area designated for children ages six and under, there was a graphic drawing of male genitalia visible underneath part of the structure. This was particularly disappointing and inappropriate for a space intended for young children. Cleanliness, safety, and regular monitoring are essential in any family-oriented entertainment venue. Unfortunately, the overall condition of the facility during our visit fell well below expectations. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and implements more thorough cleaning and inspection procedures to ensure a safer and more welcoming environment for families. read more

If I could give NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would! I see that their rating here is three stars already so this 1 star review won't come as a shock to anyone! The whole place is subpar to say the least! Closed off areas. Unsafe trampolines. ( when you jump on them, they touch the floor. Ouch!) and my daughter got hurt because of it. But wait, there's more... Here's the story that has me writing this review! I brought my 10-year-old daughter, and my 3 and 5-year-old boys that I care for to Rush on Sunday May 17th. The 5year old ( almost 6) needed to use the restroom. Obviously I didn't go into the men's restroom with him, but waited in a chair outside of it. He had to go #2! (He is in kindergarten, fully potty trained, and knows how to wipe himself. ) After about 10 minutes, I felt like it was taking him a little too long so I went to check on him. Welp!!!.... Their bathroom stall door was faulty ( the lock is loose and locks the door) so, he was unable to open the door to get in. So what happened...?!?! Yup! U guessed it!! Poop EVERYWHERE! In his underwear, on his shorts, down both legs and onto his feet. It was a disaster! It took me almost 30 minutes just to clean him. I spoke with the manager on duty, Elisa and she was AWARE of this faulty door. My baby boy only got about 20 or so minutes of playtime before the incident occurred. I had to throw everything away and we had to leave. I asked for a full refund of almost $90 but was denied. I spent an additional 15 minutes arguing with the manager to no avail. They absolutely refused to give me my money back! I'm not only writing this review to make customers aware, but I am hoping that Corperate will read this and give me a full refund. Not a coupon, not a free pass but a full refund. I paid cash. I want my cash back as I have no intention on ever returning to rush!! I am publicly asking for corporate to respond. Also I believe the department of health should be made aware of the negligence in regards to the faulty door since it was a KNOWN problem that was ignored. The park is very large, it has a lot to do. My granddaughter definitely had a good time. It was a good value, and the food prices were in line. So I have to say that the cleanliness was lacking. If you're looking above, there is dust on all of the slides and attractions, in the toddler area underneath the twisty slide there is trash underneath it. The pit balls are dirty and could use a good cleaning. In the bathroom, the floor was sticky, which grossed me out. The carpets should be vacuumed every night at this point they need a deep cleaning. It would be nice to have someone monitoring the toddler area to keep the older kids out because they run all over the place which would be expected except that they don't pay attention to the little ones. The place was fun, and the kids had a good time. We had a party room and they were very on it for announcements. The only problem we ran into was trying to bring in a gluten-free pizza for a kid with allergies; we were informed that it was going to be an extra charge (which was more than the pizza itself was). And I can understand charging for outside food and drinks, however, when this kid is only able to eat gluten free food and your menu only has one option for that, it seems a little unfair to charge extra for the only thing he can eat. We were happy members at the Rush in Peoria but they recently closed down so we decided to try this location. Upon walking in it felt like it needed a good deep cleaning. That is not why I decided to leave a review though. I bought an arcade gift card and none of the arcade games worked. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund and they said they could not give me a refund but I could use the card to buy concessions. (I don't want $15 worth of concessions). Why not put a sign up that says games do not work? It felt like a bait and switch tactic. Furthermore, why do they have so many arcade games there that do not work? The Rush is a fun place to take younger kids. Sadly, this trampoline park has become incredibly worn down over the past couple of years. The staff try their hardest but it's a bit of a rough crowd that comes here, and it shows in the equipment, a lot of which is broken or haphazardly taped together. The boys bathroom only has 1 urinal that is broken and the restroom looks somewhat clean but smells disgusting almost like it's being mopped with a filthy mop. There are lots of cool things for the kids to do here but they do not keep the place clean at all. I see lots of employees but none are cleaning. The park itself is actually fun. The slides, the trampoline etc. but the games is where it gets a little frustrating. Half of them don't work, you scan your card and it'll take the money off but won't play. They are accommodating and is willing to refund it to you if you bring it up but we shouldn't even have to do that. We should just be able to swipe, play and move on. read more

Hidden in an industrial park, this place has a ninja course, foam pits, trampolines, climbing walls, a huge play structure, and some kind of sky course that wasn't being used. We were here for a kids bday party and had a great time. Really didn't see many staff except on the areas where a harness was needed (climbing wall with auto-belays, bungee trampoline, drop slide). Pizza was ok but wanted to be good. It had some garlic and the crust was nice but not a ton of flavor. Overall better than some jump parks for the variety of things to do read more

I love bringing my kids here. They always have so much fun and there's a ton of things to do. We stayed for three hours and I feel like my child still didn't get to play with everything. We went on a Saturday and It was very busy. There were a couple different parties going on. Decided to try this park out today because of the "toddler friendly" review. The lack of care for this facility is sad. I'm sure when it first opened it was a safe way for kids to be wild and explore. But now many of the obstacle courses were broken or not properly working leaving gaps. Running across trash and food was lovely. Multiple of the trampolines were so bagged out my 2 year old was weighing them down. We stepped on them and immediately got off for fear of breaking them. I'm sure my son didn't realize the imperfections because he will have a blast playing with a water bottle but for the cost & quality I would rather go back to Urban Air. read more

They need to hire more employees to staff this fun park. I only saw two employees working when we went at 1 pm on a Friday. Nothing against the employee who was working because she was trying very hard, but we had to wait a long time for anyone to even show up at the register in front. The check in process on the tablet is also confusing and no one in line near me was able to do it correctly. Almost all of the features in the park like the climbing walls, spinning obstacle, etc were all closed because there were no employees to work them. So the kids could only play in the playground area and on the trampolines. I'm glad we had purchased a Groupon because if we had to pay full price and then everything ended up being closed I would have felt very upset. read more

Inside the cooler for ice cream it's filthy (moldy dirt), very untidy with spilled drinks randomly around the slides , chewed bubble gum on the floor, sticky tables and floors. I wouldn't bring my baby or toddler to play in the equipment -way too dirty. But again for older kids fun for them to run, slide and play dodgeball. Not sure we'll be returning. read more
