We decided to go to Candeeland today for our son's 4th birthday. It was my husband, our two oldest (13 & 14 year old), two littles (1 and 4 year old, and me. Since we did the all-day pass for the littles, the two older kids and husband and me were include. All-in-all, it was $76 for admissions and 6 pairs of socks. We hung out for a few hours, went home for dinner, and then came back for a couple hours. After spending the entire day, we decided to convert to a monthly membership. The facility was so clean in the playgrounds, eating area, and bathrooms. The staff were pleasant and patient. The play areas were so much fun and large enough for adults to follow around the kids. My husband and I had a blast playing with the kids and were able to navigate the playground fully. With summer coming, we will be spending a lot of time here and will recommend to any others. read more

Went to Candeeland for the first time last night for a kids bday party, this was on a Saturday. Overall the place was a lot of fun, but we hit some snags a long the way. First, you will wait on a long line and finally get to the front desk to find out there is a waiver. Then they have you step off the line, fill out said waiver and make you wait in the long line again. We were there for a bday party so this wasted a lot of time. There is no monitoring by staff at all. So kids kicking, pushing and hitting will happen and when bringing it to staff's attention, they won't do anything about it. My son and I were being pushed down the slide by a kid. He kept trying to jump over us because he was unable to wait. I had nicely asked him to hang on and we would go down first. I didn't want him pushing us down for safety reasons, my son is only 3. His mom was down at the bottom yelling his name, which he didn't respond to. As my son and I were sliding down, this lady started screaming at me just for speaking to her son. She was cursing like crazy and right in my face. Two members from her party stepped in front of her because she was yelling and wouldn't back off. I went to the front desk to explain the situation to the staff and they had nothing to say. The owner Jen came by, she was very nice and we discussed what happened. I even suggested she look at the security footage. Regardless of this parent's insane behavior and horrible language, she was still allowed to stay, yet should have been told to leave. The music in the toddler room was insanely loud and parents were complaining how overwhelming it was. And lately the pricing tiers. They charge for 1 hour or an all day pass, but no one is watching those who are only supposed to be there for an hour. I am sure people are abusing their system, which is causing even more chaos. Just overall a lot of needed improvements. read more

Brought my 2 and 4 year old boys. Great place for their age group. The facility has lots to do an keep them entertained for a few hours. Colorful climbing gyms, great little toddler area, and an arcade. Very clean which I appreciated. My biggest surprise was their pricing structure. Their website could be clearer so that you have a full understanding of the pricing before you arrive. It was $63 for two kids! In my opinion, that is a very steep price for an indoor play place. They charge for any child 6-months and up which I found unique. Additionally, they require you to purchase their grip socks, which was a bit frustrating when I brought my own which were almost identical to theirs. They also charge for adults beyond the free number (you get 1 free with one hour admission and 2 free with all day pass). It very much felt like I was being nickel and dimed. If it wasn't for the pricing structure, I'd probably be a frequent return customer. read more

Really cute place! I love that they have pizza from Streets of New York, it's super clean, and even had an area for littles. My only complaint is they have a play axe throwing with velcro and a kid got mad and hit my kid in the face with it, leaving him a mark. It's fine lol some kids just need to more supervised by their parents. read more

While visiting from out of town, we took our granddaughter (7yrs old) to Candeeland in Chandler, Arizona. She had a fabulous time. Clean - great concession stand - good prices - would highly recommend for a day of fun Our granddaughter had been to the one in Colorado and both are good with a few differences in each one. I have nothing but good things to say about this business. They have exceeded my expectations and were incredibly respectful. While there several grown men were berating the young female staff members for not bending the rules for the older children in the 0-4 play area. As a parent of toddlers, I appreciated that these employees held firm and respectfully told these men that rules were the rules and there were no exceptions. They handled these guests with grace and kindness. I loved that they were continually cleaning and sanitizing. This was a safe and clean environment and my kids had so much fun! Was excited to try Candeeland out with the kids. Two all day tickets with compulsory Candeeland socks came to about $63. Imo this is pretty steep. The process to book tickets online, sign waiver and check in store was very easy though. We came with friends and the kids had a blast. Toddlers loved Tiny Land and older kids liked the play structure. It's a lot smaller in space than I thought it would be so the kids quickly diverted their attention to the arcade games which cost more money. I understand the business reason to have it there - just not a fan. They also had a few screen tvs playing the menu, the party packages, a live stream of the play structures and one last tv for a Kid's cartoon called Superbook playing. Superbook is a religious cartoon where two kids, and their robot friend, travel back in time to experience Bible stories. I've taken my kids to almost every kid's play experience in the East valley and have never seen this displayed before. We were there for 2.5 hours and it played the entire time. A huge highlight was one particular staff member who was so very kind, and nice to the kids. He was watching the Tiny Land area and treated the kids really well. Love that he's an employee here! All in all, mixed experience. We won't be eagerly coming back but won't decline if we had other friends wanting to try it and wanted company. read more

This place is perfect for younger kiddos! I brought my seven-year-old, and he had a great time, though I can tell he'll probably outgrow it within the next year or so. The facility is very clean and I saw staff sanitizing multiple times during our visit, which was great to see. There's an indoor playground, a ninja course, a mini arcade, and a smaller play area for children four and under. The main playground is spacious enough for adults to climb in if you prefer to stay close to your child, which I really appreciated. You do need to purchase their brand of grip socks, but they can be reused for future visits (kids only). Adults can wear their own socks. The snack bar offers a nice selection of food, pastries, healthy snacks, and popcorn. One small downside is the seating. Metal chairs with four per table and bar-style seating with stools. Not the most comfortable if you're planning to hang out for a while. They do offer WiFi! For the mamas with little ones, there isn't a private area for breastfeeding, so I ended up slipping into an empty party room for a few minutes of privacy. The check-in process went smooth. Parents to make sure you bring socks or wear socks cause there's an extra charge for the socks, but it was budget. Friendly staff was very welcoming. Kids had a great time. It was nice and cool to escape the summer heat in Arizona. read more

We had a great time! If you child is 7 and under this is a fun place. We were pleasantly surprised to find they serve hot food items, ice cream, coffee, even alcoholic drinks. The 4 and under toddler area was cute and there is also a small arcade that has toddler friendly games. Everything is kept clean and organized. They have party packages and I'm highly considering this place. Like most places- they require their brand socks. We'll be back. read more

We seriously love Candeeland. My favorite part is the separate area for the little kids because it gives me so much peace of mind. I really appreciate that they have a staff member there making sure bigger kids do not come into that space, because it helps the little ones play safely. The staff is always so sweet and friendly too. They genuinely seem like they enjoy being there, and they are always talking to and playing with my child, which means so much as a parent. You can tell they actually care. I also always notice how clean everything is. There is pretty much always someone cleaning, and as a mom, that definitely matters. Overall, it is such a fun, clean, and welcoming place for kids, and we always have a great experience. read more
