A bridge from one area to the next

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. They have exceeded my expectations and were incredibly respectful. While there several grown men were berating the young female staff members for not bending the rules for the older children in the 0-4 play area. As a parent of toddlers, I appreciated that these employees held firm and respectfully told these men that rules were the rules and there were no exceptions. They handled these guests with grace and kindness. I loved that they were continually cleaning and sanitizing. This was a safe and clean environment and my kids had so much fun! I also had quite a bit of fun playing with my kids.

This place is perfect for younger kiddos! I brought my seven-year-old, and he had a great time, though I can tell he'll probably outgrow it within the next year or so. The facility is very clean and I saw staff sanitizing multiple times during our visit, which was great to see. There's an indoor playground, a ninja course, a mini arcade, and a smaller play area for children four and under. The main playground is spacious enough for adults to climb in if you prefer to stay close to your child, which I really appreciated. You do need to purchase their brand of grip socks, but they can be reused for future visits (kids only). Adults can wear their own socks. The snack bar offers a nice selection of food, pastries, healthy snacks, and popcorn. One small downside is the seating. Metal chairs with four per table and bar-style seating with stools. Not the most comfortable if you're planning to hang out for a while. They do offer WiFi! For the mamas with little ones, there isn't a private area for breastfeeding, so I ended up slipping into an empty party room for a few minutes of privacy. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely come back!

    Family fun!

Is the price worth it if you're really only going for the toddler area? Kids are 1 and 3 and seems like they would really only be in that one particular area.

I love that they have pizza from Streets of New York, it's super clean, and even had an area for littles.

You might not like that joke, but you might like this immersive attraction located in Arizona Mills Mall. Bubble Planet does make you feel like you are on a different world as you move your way through various rooms with all kinds of cool visual and physical sensory effects. You are the captain of this voyage as you are in charge of how you navigate this space. Speaking of space, you transcend space and time, because there is no time limit! And the venue space is large, so all you bubblebutts, out there will have plenty of room to explore within this bubble universe. Bubble Planet is more hands-on and interactive than some of the other 'immersive' experiences that have been popping up here and there, so it was one of the better immersive activities in my opinion. This place can be experienced by all ages but better geared towards older kids and adults because of the photo ops for posting to social media platforms to fuel our clout chasing obsession. I hate to burst your bubble, but you can blow through the whole thing, start to finish in maybe 20 minutes. If you came with others, you could maybe spend up to an hour here at the most if you took your time and take a lot of pics. It would be nice if they added some more activities to feel like you got your money's worth, but if you feel like blowing some money on bubbles and photo ops then pop into this place.

I know that's really hard because when we purchase something a bit on the pricey side for a group activity we expect the world. If you can put this out of your mind you may have a really good time. This place is Kid friendly Toddlers and your littles will absolutely love this experience. I took my 1 yr old niece and practically had to drag her out of the place. It's also a great experience for teens who are seeking some IG worthy pictures Speaking of pictures the lighting in each room is beyond terrible so if you're looking to score those IG moments bring extra light that you can clip onto your phone or prepare to do some editing before posting. Here are some pro tips: Take your time in each room- don't feel obligated to rush to the next experience and take your time. Bring wipes- sounds silly but at the end of this your shoes are super sticky and literally sticking to the carpet and it feels like quick sand so bring some wipes to clean them off. The day I was there was hot. It was like the AC was barely on so add in the extra bodies and all the moving around and we got how real fast so bring a handheld fan and wear real deodorant. BRING SOCKS the bubble pit requires them and they have some for purchase but pack some socks. I know it's summer right now and we all have a sandals on so here's a pro tip to save you some money The bubble pit is noooo joke. The balls are difficult to walk through and if you flop in prepare to struggle to get out. I say this because I saw plenty of people flog back for a photo op while holding small children and watched in horror as they struggled to get up while their kiddo sunk deeper and deeper into the ball pit and they then lost them amongst the cute bubbles The bubble pit is a workout y'all Other than than prepare to have a good time Take all the cute pics Enjoy yourself and don't rush through the immersive experience

We signed up for the unlimited summer pass and will definitely get our use out of it, in this hot summer heat. My only suggestion would be for staff to routinely monitor the toddler area and step in as needed. There are signs that say "only for children still in diapers" but some 7-10 year olds were there almost knocking littles over.

We enjoyed going down some of the slides together and climbing/crawling through the maze of padded fun. My son also asked me if he could play one of their claw machines. It's easy enough to buy one of their cards where you can load up tokens to play some of the game as well as ride some of the motorcycles and cars that are also in the play area. They offer food here for kiddos and there's even a smaller play area for babies. *tip: no non-slip socks, just regular socks since you don't want to get stuck in the middle of one of the slides (I typically always have my son in grippy non-slip socks when I take him to indoor playgrounds like this, was surprised they required regular socks). Pricing is decent as they let you return for the day if you want (but who are we kidding, what parent actually has that kind of time?). Parking lot is in a pretty busy shopping plaza. And playing with your kids in the playground itself can be quite dangerous as some kids can be quite rambunctious so just be cautious especially if you have much younger ones.

They have a lot of different attractions such as The Floor is Lava obstacle course, huge ball pit with an interactive play screen, large play structures with multiple slides, basketball court with many hoops of variable heights, a giant ground air trampoline, tube slide, food and drinks for purchase, quiet private pods (for nursing, phone calls, etc) and even a peripheral track for adults to walk around and get exercise. My kiddo thought everything was super fun and he had a total blast. One thing I did notice the entire 2 hours we were there, was zero attendants monitoring the play structures. My kiddo was told by other kiddos that he could not go on the tube slide which definitely wasn't true because he was old enough according to the age requirement. Meanwhile, the same kids were both riding in the same tube, which is not allowed according to the same sign. I was wondering where their parents were. Also, the interactive screen in the ball pit had a lot of technical difficulties. It would not consistently respond to the balls hitting the targets or even a hand hitting the targets. So definitely a few areas of improvement needed, but overall, we had a really great time!

The 1 year old still not a walker options were limited, but still crawled and watched every thing. I do agree with the lack of cleanliness review. It does need a good cleaning. You definitely need to wash your hands after playing here. No one did any in the 2 hours we were there. It was great that they had a snack area for the kids. Lots of tables, chairs, and even a microwave. They did have a broom, paper towels, and sink we just cleaned up after ourselves.
