Bubble Planet does make you feel like you are on a different world as you move your way through various rooms with all kinds of cool visual and physical sensory effects. You are the captain of this voyage as you are in charge of how you navigate this space. Speaking of space, you transcend space and time, because there is no time limit! And the venue space is large, so all you bubblebutts, out there will have plenty of room to explore within this bubble universe. Bubble Planet is more hands-on and interactive than some of the other 'immersive' experiences that have been popping up here and there, so it was one of the better immersive activities in my opinion. This place can be experienced by all ages but better geared towards older kids and adults because of the photo ops for posting to social media platforms to fuel our clout chasing obsession. I hate to burst your bubble, but you can blow through the whole thing, start to finish in maybe 20 minutes. If you came with others, you could maybe spend up to an hour here at the most if you took your time and take a lot of pics. It would be nice if they added some more activities to feel like you got your money's worth, but if you feel like blowing some money on bubbles and photo ops then pop into this place. read more

Let's get down to the dirty truth about the Bubble Experience I want you to try not to think about the money to fun ratio you're about to spend. I know that's really hard because when we purchase something a bit on the pricey side for a group activity we expect the world. If you can put this out of your mind you may have a really good time. This place is Kid friendly Toddlers and your littles will absolutely love this experience. I took my 1 yr old niece and practically had to drag her out of the place. It's also a great experience for teens who are seeking some IG worthy pictures Speaking of pictures the lighting in each room is beyond terrible so if you're looking to score those IG moments bring extra light that you can clip onto your phone or prepare to do some editing before posting. Here are some pro tips: Take your time in each room- don't feel obligated to rush to the next experience and take your time. Bring wipes- sounds silly but at the end of this your shoes are super sticky and literally sticking to the carpet and it feels like quick sand so bring some wipes to clean them off. The day I was there was hot. It was like the AC was barely on so add in the extra bodies and all the moving around and we got how real fast so bring a handheld fan and wear real deodorant. BRING SOCKS the bubble pit requires them and they have some for purchase but pack some socks. I know it's summer right now and we all have a sandals on so here's a pro tip to save you some money The bubble pit is noooo joke. The balls are difficult to walk through and if you flop in prepare to struggle to get out. I say this because I saw plenty of people flog back for a photo op while holding small children and watched in horror as they struggled to get up while their kiddo sunk deeper and deeper into the ball pit and they then lost them amongst the cute bubbles The bubble pit is a workout y'all Other than than prepare to have a good time Take all the cute pics Enjoy yourself and don't rush through the immersive experience read more

This was a really fun experience! The kids loved the balloons, bubbles, and interactive nature of the art exhibits. It was a bit steeply priced as you could easily do it in 30-45min but we took our time and even went back through to the favorites - the ball pit, balloon room, and ocean floor. read more

What a bubbly experience! Literally. It will surely bring out the lil kid in you. Price point is a bit high but it is a unique experience, especially for the kiddos. Took my nephew here and he really enjoyed the ball pit (as did I lowkey) it was a bit of a work out. PRO TIP: make sure you secure your valuables within pockets that zip up because my brother in law and I both lost our phones in the depths of the pit and it took awhile to find them. We spent a little less than an hour here. Lots of opportunity for photos, although lighting is trash. It's a cute once in a lifetime experience. read more

Definitely not autism nor budget friendly. The floors were dirty, there were popped balloons in the hallway, if someone didn't bring socks for the ball pit they had to pay $5 for socks instead of getting disposable ones for free, it didn't smell very clean, and the tickets were $31 which isn't very cheap at all. At least there are some people that actually did have a blast. read more

A little pricey for the experience, but my toddlers loved it! Definitely stretch the experience and really spend some time in each area. Our favorites were the latex balloons (they loved getting lost) and the ball bit (remember to bring socks)! The dome was little funky and couches could use a good cleaning. We didn't purchase the VR experience and was disappointed by the bubbles dropping at the end- the smell was so strong. We also never figured out how to see our group picture? Had a fantastic time here with my out of town friend today! So many great rooms and so fun to play as an adult! Our favorite rooms were the ones with the ball pit and the hanging lights! But everything was cool! The photo package included only one photo but was still a fun memoir! The staff were great, Sarah H definitely went above and beyond to make sure had a great photo experience! All were so friendly and professional. This place is a scam. I bought a Mother's Day special online. It said 1 Mothers Day Experience (1 adult & 1 child). I bought 2 of those to get my wife and I and 2 kids in. When I got there they told me that each ticket was only for 1 person....and the girl was pretty rude. I was pretty angry as this was part of our Mother's Day plans. They told me I could email in and get a refund so we left and I sent the email. I just now got an email from customer service saying the tickets are completely non refundable and they will not refund me. Unreal. Oh and they charge a $5 fee for purchasing each ticket even in store so they can make their prices look lower on the board. I hope this place goes out of business. They don't deserve customers. read more

I've been here twice--once with my son and once with friends. To me, it's nothing special, especially for the price. There are a couple of photo opportunities but mostly not because the lighting isn't great in most areas. My son enjoyed the ball pit but I cannot help but wonder if they clean it at all. You're supposed to wear socks (bring some or they have some for purchase) but there was a lady in there not wearing socks. Staff approached her and asked her to purchase socks and she declined then kept getting in. Gross. I am not sure how people spend 1-2 hours here because there's really not much to do and doesn't take you long to walk through each exhibit. Even if you aren't rushing, the walk through is about 30-40 mins, if that. It's cool to experience once but there are plenty of other things to do that are fun and interactive for the same price that will keep people entertained longer. read more

Do NOT waste your money. From the online ordering process (horrible, confusing, it made mistakes on the time I ordered it for), to the price which was ridiculous for adults ($30 REALLY???). We were in the bubble ball pit when my 4 yo had to go potty. She was in socks only bc it's required. Went looking for bathrooms and the ones in the experience were "down" and not usable. This should have been a warning when you walked in. We had to go out to the mall to the bathrooms by Foot Locker IN HER SOCKS. Needless to say she didn't make it and had an accident. This place is a filthy, unorganized MONEY GRAB. I highly DO NOT recommend. read more

I took my grandson here today because the website looked great. While he had a decent time, I was appalled and disgusted at how filthy the floors were. The carpeting looked like it hadn't been cleaned in YEARS, and I don't even want to wonder if they cleaned the "bubbles" in the huge bubble pit. I just hope my grandson doesn't come down with anything in the next week. As soon as we left, I found a restroom so we could at least wash our hands. The minute we got to my house, I put him in the tub. Take your kids to somewhere else like Uptown Jungle or Kids Empire where they clean things every day. read more

First and foremost, THE PRICE!! More than $30 for admission and some of the exhibits that are supposed to be interactive, aren't being looked after. There's an exhibit where you're supposed to stand on a platform, while someone else creates a giant bubble around u, using a ring, soaked in water and soap. The reservoir was pretty much empty, so no bubbles for us. There's a room with metallic balloons, that were mostly deflated and littering every corner of the room. Video screen, where u pick a famous muse to blow a bubble with gum, not working. Let's not even start with the souvenirs. Tiny rubber ducks that u can add accessories to (small hat, camera, sunglasses) twelve bucks!! This is a sham. read more

I really like the different rooms you guys presented && the photo section you have for the parents! && having real bubbles at the end made it feel like we won! && also the photos you guys take before we start is a cute addition to the experience! But I will like to also say that you're employee Mimis deserve a raise if she doesn't already have one! She was very sweet, communicative && welcoming! It was also my Sons birthday so she sure made it alil more special for us! We almost walked out without knowing that he can draw his own fish or submarine but she stopped us in time to let us know! First and importantly horrible customer service, hidden fees overpriced for the quality of the experience. The prices fluctuate, (booking fee) it was an ok experience. not enough information on the website lack of items and what is advertised online, social media platforms. We drove 7 hours to visit Bubble Planet. When we reached the pink balloon area, we were told by the worker there was an "alternate entrance." That entrance turned out to be the same setup--just on the opposite side--with stairs. The same thing happened again in the area with the clear balls. In both cases, our son was unable to participate and had to sit out while listening to other kids, including his siblings, enjoy the experience. This was incredibly disappointing--not just for him, but for our entire family. Accessibility should not mean partial access or misleading directions that lead to the same barriers. On top of that, the experience itself did not match what is advertised. The final bubble-blowing portion lasted about 30 seconds and felt nothing like what's shown online. While one staff member (Marcus) did offer a refund for our son's ticket, we were unable to locate him afterward due to the crowded lobby and decided to just leave.. Thank you, Marcus! read more

I was really looking forward to visiting Bubble Planet, but it ended up being a huge disappointment. The entire experience took maybe 30 minutes, tops--and that's only if you stretch it. For the price, I expected something much more immersive and engaging. To make matters worse, the virtual reality section, which lasted all of 10 minutes, required an additional fee. It felt like a blatant cash grab. Most of the rooms were repetitive or looked better in photos than in person. It's clearly designed for quick social media content and not much else. If you're looking for a fun, interactive exhibit that's worth your time and money, l'd suggest looking elsewhere. This was definitely not it. read more

They overcharged my family! I went into the facility in the morning and paid for my Son to take his family for My grandsons Birthday! I paid for the tickets I explained that they would be coming later in the day. When they got there they followed the instructions given by management and my purchase wasn't honored and they had to pay again and full price without the 15% discount that I was given no phone number I sent an email and they said there's nothing they could do about it. We went here last week Tuesday. Online it says it's $23 (weekends $29... Wednesdays are $20... rate at the door says $27+). When I went to pay I asked the girl why it's not $23/person she said that doesn't include all the taxes and fees, so it's "basically the same as the regular price". 100% NOT worth the money you spend to walk around a few exhibits. The bubble bath room (big ball pit) smells like feet. They allow you to walk into the VR room only to be told it's an extra $7/person (kids obviously will want to do it when they see it, but you'll have to be the bad parent that tells them no because you don't want to waste any more money at this place. There's no cubbies or lockers before entering, so don't plan to go shopping first. Plan to carry your things through the balloon pit, just make sure you don't forget it... I saw a baby bottle get left in there buried under the balloons. The most disappointing thing was the staff at the front. A larger girl. She was rude and just overall unfriendly, at least towards us. Warning warning this place is not for children with special needs I went there with my 7-year-old he had a full-blown panic attack in the first room the workers witnessed everything they said I could have refund if I took a screenshot of a business card they handed me and then handled it with them which I did and it did not work out because they refused me the refund sooooo if you guys want to judge it by that this place looks like it's particularly made for people that have sensory it looks like it also has a lot of things to do there but to be honest with you it's a gimmick there's nothing really there it's just four rooms with absolutely nothing practically in them you know I wasn't going to write a bad review but after I call to try and get my refund they sent me three emails to ask me to rate my experience so instead of raiding my experience I decided to give them three separate reviews on three separate platforms that way everybody could see what they are truly doing have a beautiful day everybody read more
