The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. Dispatch was also very nice and helpful. Taking time to listen to my concerns before scheduling the appointment Thank you very much. I will definitely request for American Home shield to use you again for our future pool needs covered under warranty.

The only downside of it is that their Lost and Found policy isn't that great (they only keep the lost items for less than a week and if people don't get it on time, they donate it) and it is a little dirty at times.

It is rare that I experience this at many places that teach kids. Most places want kids to be focused, undisruptive and ready. Gold Medal Swim works with you to achieve that when it does not come easy to your child. I am so thankful to the staff for the grace and support they provided. I look forward to seeing my kids compete when they reach the swim team. I drive 20 mins one way and it will always be worth the drive to see my kids be treated with this level of care.

My family recently joined the YMCA because we decided to move our daughter to the afterschool…read moreprogram here. My initial perception of the Y and the afterschool program is that they are awesome! My daughter went from begging me to pick her up early from Kyrene Kids Club everyday, to now begging me to not come "too early" because she wants to stay for the activities! When I do arrive (late), she still doesn't want to leave. They offer so many different actives plus "academic enrichment" time for homework. This 180 is exactly what I was hoping for - a safe, fun environment for my child to bridge after school and going home time. We have also put her in swim lessons after a few years in a community swim school. I was very impressed with how much she picked up in just 8 lessons over 2 weeks, and she really enjoyed the program as well. The coaches seemed to have a lesson plan and to keep the kids engaged. They made the lessons fun while keeping them instructive. Again, we're new...so if anything changes I'll be sure to update this review.

Classes have been cancelled the past two weeks with no explanation. I understand why families like it, but it's not a good value as a gym.

This is disappointing because the center has so much potential and has historically provided a positive environment. Hopefully, the program will take feedback more seriously and return to prioritizing growth, fairness, and development for all players.
