This location is one of the nicer and newer EOS and while some of my favorite instructors (Sidney Ford) teaches here, I don't find myself popping in. It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. Parking can be a rough though as it's a very popular EōS location.

They make it extremely difficult to cancel memberships, they hardly ever have anyone working at the gym, so any questions are not answered. When trying to discuss options on cancellation or turning off auto renewal they claim to not be able to help. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.

Erik's workouts are full of functional movement, mace work and breath work with light stretching at the end. Josh's workouts are energizing and definitely challenging, but so so so rewarding when you are done. Jaid's yoga classes are phenomenal and will leave you feeling such ease and serenity. Everyone who works out at this gym are so kind and warm. It is such an inviting environment to be in. This gym has absolutely become my second home. It's consistently the cleanest facility we've experienced, and the atmosphere truly stands out. The entire staff is welcoming, friendly, and always goes above and beyond. It took me a second to adjust to the Megaformer, but I ended up really liking it! Kenna was my instructor, and she was incredible! There were a few newbies in my class (myself included), and she did an amazing job explaining the movements and helping us with our form. In the parking lot, their members assemble and get ready for their group activity. This is the first gym I have seen to adapt in this way. Social distancing and exercise in a group.
