They have TVs with closed captioning for entertainment This location had an upstairs area which is different, and there were elevators available. Women's and men's locker rooms were available with lockers to use (you have to bring your own lock though) and they have grab and go beverages for purchase. I did take a look at a competitor closer to my house but I did not like their layout or atmosphere. I decided to sign back up and found the PF app extremely easy to navigate. I opted to purchase a year commitment vs month to month. Doing that waived the annual fee. For a clean, safe gym with updated equipment I spent well under $300- basic membership. Returning to a purposeful, structured workout routine with equipment I am unable to have at home will help with me meet and exceed my health and fitness goals. Very pleased so far!

He raved how good Allan was and how he's used him for over a year with amazing results. Dude used words like body transformation. I've only been going to Allan for a few months now, and I'm extremely pleased too. Every training session with him leaves me a little sore a day or two later in the best possible way. Add to that, I am getting stronger. Clothes are fitting better and my wife likes the "stud factor" in my fitness and muscle mass. Of course, I'm eating better food, less of it and not so late--all coached by Allan! The man is worth listening to and every penny. My wife, my friend, and I recommend Allan and give him SIX STARS!

The workouts have stayed varied and focused to all around fitter and as a result feel the best I ever have. I have been a member of the Hub for 3 years. We have such a great community that always rally around each other. We push each other, have fun and work hard. Nothing quite like hitting a PR and everyone cheering for you! Erik's workouts are full of functional movement, mace work and breath work with light stretching at the end. Josh's workouts are energizing and definitely challenging, but so so so rewarding when you are done. Jaid's yoga classes are phenomenal and will leave you feeling such ease and serenity. Everyone who works out at this gym are so kind and warm. It is such an inviting environment to be in. This gym has absolutely become my second home. All the instructors I've met have been friendly and there's various sessions throughout the day. It's all about controlled movements in a high intensity, low impact class that works the entire body. The studio is tucked on the second story of a breakfast cafe and they do require grip socks (available for purchase if you forget). There's only 10 reformers so classes can fill up and the stairs going down are sometimes killer after the workout. It's one of the few Lagree studios in the east valley (seems like most are in Scottsdale) and the location's convenient right after the I-10 and Ray.

It's a bit too long of a commute for my fitness class needs. EōS is a solid gym and I have no real complaints. I get to do what I need to do and get out with relative ease. They become defensive and abrasive, my wife and I have been trying to contact their billing department for months on end. No responses. Literally feels like an absolute scam. Do not go to this gym! It's expensive, zero customer service and honestly not enough equipment. They don't deserve your hard earned money. Take the cheaper option of EŌS if you need 24/7 gyms. Take Mountainside if you're looking for better quality, and good customer service. Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating to have to give so much money to this horrible company.
