I'll start with the constructive portion of this review. I really wish EOS had more squat…read moreracks--I've never been able to use one, no matter what time of day I go. Replacing a few of the underutilized treadmills and stationary bikes with more racks would make a huge difference. I also wish they made the body scanner publicly accessible, just like the standard scale. Many members already know what they're doing and don't need a personal trainer to guide them, so the scanner should be available for independent use. Other than that, the amenities are great, the facility is generally clean, and I love that every location in my area includes a sauna. Being able to access multiple locations with my Blue membership for such a low price is a major plus!

Well these guys just lost their benefit and doubt is all I have unfortunately. I signed up for a family plan with the gym as they had a promotion and I could get my wife on the same gym plan. Well lone behold these guys set us up but somehow ended up creating 2 separate accounts for my wife and I which was the mistake from the start. They seem nice and helpful when you are signing up but have no follow thru or common courtesy to those who have an account issue or are choosing to cancel their membership like I chose to. For the record my choice to cancel was not based on their lack of service or their gym. To be honest the gyms are very nice. I just couldn't work out anymore due to medical issues. I even had my membership paying automatically for about 4 months without going to the gym so they got some free money out it which I don't ask for back. I called this week to speak to someone and got their customer service line which is someone who not technically at the gym. Sounded like a call center overseas. They could not help me but instead recommended that I contact the gym directly. My response was that I dialed the number for the local gym and got the overseas person on the line ‍ So I had to call back and go thru the prompts all over again after having been on hold for over 10 minutes just to talk to someone. When I called back to try and get someone at the gym location directly, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I had to wait because this is important and I had a written cancellation and acknowledgement of my cancellation request which was from May 2026. Well here we are in September on 2026 and guess what? My card has been getting the auto debit every month since then still. Their "manager" Richard finally came onto the line and explained to me that for some reason the system set up my membership but put my wife separately so they claim that she needed to cancel her membership. I didn't understand this as I was the one who set up the membership and did not ask for it to be separate. I hate to assume things but I do feel like this is a shady move to make it difficult to cancel the membership. Gyms already have a bad stigma for that same thing, people claim it is hard to cancel. The manager acknowledged that there was some sort of an error and had said that he was going to be leaving work soon and needed a few days to work on a case for refunds on the months where I shouldn't have been charged since I had cancelled back in May. He promised me he would call me back Thursday, mind you it was Monday when I spoke to him originally so he had a whole 4 days to work on this and keep his word to call me back. Well here it Friday and I had no call. I called again and got a young lady on the phone and when I asked for Richard and told her my situation, she stated he was going to be leaving work and asked if he can call me back tomorrow. At this point I am fed up with them and will most likely have to go in person to downtown, mind you I live by the Air Force Base and we are an Air Force family at that who now have to drive all the way down there because they do not have the common courtesy to follow thru with what they promise. BUYERS BEWARE!! Another typical gym bash but I think you can see that my case is not uncommon but what they don't know is that I do that all the call recordings from my conversations and am prepared to use them wherever needed in order to expose the shady practices and overall lack of basic customer service from this gym. . Update to come and possibly on socials via TikTok, Instagram and other major socials.

The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

The staff member was friendly and helpful, but when I mentioned I was visiting from out of state, she told me that the pass is only for Arizona residents. This small little detail is NOWHERE to be found on their website. If I had known, I wouldn't have come in the first place. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

I actually liked the gym itself and its equipment selection, but my experience with the membership process and staff interactions created so much unnecessary frustration and ill will that I have now requested cancellation of all my EōS memberships and decided I would rather find another gym. One of my biggest issues was my repeated interactions with Kiani regarding the fitness/personal-training program. I clearly said that I wasn't interested, but instead of simply accepting "no," I felt repeatedly questioned and pressured about my decision. He asked me things like "How will you reach your goals?" as though I couldn't successfully work toward my fitness goals without enrolling in their program. This was particularly irritating because I had already successfully lost about 10 lb on my own. I explained that I normally exercise 5-6 days per week, doing approximately 10 minutes of cardio and 30-40 minutes of strength training. I was then told that this wasn't enough and that I should instead be doing around 30 minutes of cardio plus an hour of strength training. My doctors and nutrition professionals have been supportive of the routine I've been following, and consistency rather than excessive intensity has been what actually helped me make progress. I wasn't asking for my workout routine to be critiqued. I was simply saying that I did not want to purchase a fitness/personal-training program. Offering the program once is perfectly reasonable. What I found inappropriate was repeatedly questioning why I didn't want it, questioning how I would reach my goals, and "fitness-splaining" to me why my existing routine supposedly wasn't enough after I had already declined. "No, thank you" should have been enough. Unfortunately, the membership issue that followed made the experience considerably worse. I initially signed up online for Will Crush and shortly afterward decided that Will Power better suited what I wanted. I contacted EōS and then went to this location in person on September 3 specifically to cancel Will Crush and sign up for Will Power. Kiani handled this and told me that Will Crush had been cancelled and that everything was "all set." I left believing that the old membership was cancelled. My app continued showing Will Crush, however, so I followed up. The next day, Olivia actually checked my account and told me that Will Crush was still active and had NOT been cancelled. She then submitted another cancellation request to management and told me that it was expected to be processed by September 9 or 10. My September 4 written correspondence documents that I had been told the membership was cancelled in person and subsequently learned that it remained active. I want to be clear that Olivia was helpful, and my complaint is not directed at her. She actually checked the account, discovered the problem, explained what had happened, and attempted to get it corrected. What I find unacceptable is going to the gym specifically to cancel a membership, being told that it was cancelled and everything was taken care of, and then discovering afterward that the membership was still active. This was also happening while I was within the cancellation/rescission period stated in my membership agreement. The agreement itself says that a member may cancel before midnight of the third operating day after receiving the agreement and is entitled to a full refund when cancellation occurs within that period. Instead of a simple membership change, I have had to repeatedly follow up, submit online inquiries, call, return in person, send written cancellation notices and create my own documentation because I don't want to discover later that I'm being charged for memberships I requested cancelled. At that point, the accumulated experience changed my opinion of the gym entirely. The repeated pressure and unsolicited "fitness-splaining" had already created considerable ill will, and discovering that a membership I was explicitly told had been cancelled was actually still active was the final straw. I have now requested cancellation of all my EōS memberships. It's unfortunate because I genuinely liked the equipment, but I would rather find another gym than deal with a membership experience where saying "no" to an additional paid program isn't simply respected and where I have to repeatedly follow up to make sure a cancellation I was told was completed actually happened.
