Anessa was very concise and exact about the instructions on the movements. I knew exactly which area should be feeling that burn at all times. The studio is small but clean and has a small seating area at the front. I would very much love to come back!

Great Studio Community, but Severe Management and Billing Red Flags…read moreAs someone who was a member primarily at the Chandler location for over a year and completed my Lagree certification through this studio, I want to share a transparent look at my experience. FOR TRAINEES & CERTIFICATION: I invested $2,000 into the certification program here in July 2026. The studio manager/master trainer verbally promised ongoing mentorship, practice access, and guidance whenever we needed it. While they were accommodating with letting me shadow and use the studio's 1-hour class gaps to practice teach on my own for two months, the promised mentorship and professional support were entirely nonexistent. Throughout this process, the manager was incredibly vague, dismissive, and difficult to schedule anything with. While no job was explicitly guaranteed, I was repeatedly led on with statements about open subbing opportunities and a desperate need for instructors at their newer Pecos location. After months of solo practice, I scheduled an evaluation. The manager rescheduled on me, but still let me run the mock--however, she did not show up herself. Instead, she had a newly certified trainee from my exact cohort meet me there, evaluate my teaching, give me feedback, and lock up the studio. Despite this lack of direct guidance, I continued to practice with my husband and booked another evaluation a week in advance, coordinating a full roster of 5-7 attendees (including my cohort peers and friends) who were completely ready to show up to match her specific class size requirements. I scheduled it immediately after her final class for her exact convenience. She canceled on me at the last minute because family was visiting, admitting she knew about it 24 hours prior but simply "forgot" to text me. Her alternatives were the exact same lazy, unprofessional workarounds as before: she suggested that a brand-new trainee from my cohort evaluate me and lock up again, or that my husband record the session for her to watch later. I did not invest $2,000 for a peer or my husband to do a Master Trainer's job, evaluate me, or give me feedback. Following her cancellation, her communication remained entirely vague with no clear path forward or structured resolution. Even after all of that, I still reached out one last time to see if we could have a phone call to figure things out and see if I could at least get some teaching under my belt after all this money, time, and effort. She never even responded. Overall, I felt dismissed, devalued, and robbed of what was supposed to be a great opportunity and experience. The manager constantly mentions being stretched thin and burnt out, but that does not excuse a total lack of professionalism and basic follow-through when people are paying thousands of dollars for her expertise. I have since learned this behavior is a known pattern that has happened to multiple trainees before me. Had I known this, I would have chosen to get certified elsewhere. For a business that is constantly discussed as struggling, you would expect far more consideration and care for potential new talent. FOR CLIENTS & BILLING: As an unlimited member for over a year, my experience with the actual studio was decent. The facility is consistently clean, and the members are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable--I highly recommend Jen and Kenna. The workouts themselves can get a bit repetitive and flat over time, lacking high energy or enthusiasm, but they are still challenging. It is a very chill, casual environment, though my personal preference over time leaned toward something more uplifting and fun. Unfortunately, my departure from the studio was marred by severe billing issues. When I requested to cancel my membership on 10/24 over the lack of training professionalism, the manager text-confirmed it was handled. However, unauthorized monthly charges of $179.00 (which comes out to over $192.00 with sales tax) immediately attempted to draft from my account. When confronted with screenshots on 10/26, she claimed she backdated and resolved the termination. Despite her explicit promises that I would not see another attempt, the automated system has continued to aggressively try to draft my bank account every single night at 2:00 AM since 10/24. I was forced to manually wipe my card from the MINDBODY app. Overall, I enjoyed my time with the member community here and I wish the business the best, but if you are looking to invest in professional training, reliable business operations, or dependable administrative management, I strongly advise you to proceed with extreme caution.
