The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

If it is ever crowded this could be a problem. I was there on a Thursday afternoon about 2pm so it wasn't crowded. They do have enough benches and inclines. It is located in Laveen so if it is never too crowded then it's probably fine. People were friendly and bathrooms were clean.

Again, I lost all hope that this location will hire management that exudes amazing customer service. Beyond management, this location never has a variety of classes. There's NO instructors. I've never seen a spin class ever! The clients that attend this location have the worst gym etiquette. Nobody re-racks weights and the equipment/cables are always broken. I was so impressed by everything and then our minds were blown as the instructor some how managed to spend 30 mins in the studio with more than 15 kids ranging from the age of 2 to 10 years. How she managed to get the kids (both boys and girls) to do a new dance routine was absolutely beyond words can describe. It was girls birthday party but the boys seemed to be into it just as much. The kids performed to several songs that all blended together nicely with their dance routine and it had us clapping and stomping our feet as they all did a good job. Talk about taking camp counseling to the next level... let me know when you find someone who can take that many kids in such a small amount of time and teach them a video worthy set of moves on the dance floor. Trying to find a way to get our kids back to Evolve on a regular despite the location being a bit out of our way, but if you can make it over definitely sign your kids up for a session as I'm pretty sure they will enjoy it!!! We enrolled in her another dance school in Gilbert and she is much happier and learning so much. Would definitely not recommend for your little girl/boy that is a beginner in dance. We did not leave with the best impression.
