Mistakes can happen, but unauthorized charges and the use of a signature that isn't yours are serious matters. What makes it even worse is the complete lack of accountability. At this point, it's not about dirty lockers or bad-smelling bathrooms. It's about trust, accountability, and how customers are treated when something serious goes wrong.

The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. This was misleading, and I wish the website had said that it was for residents only. I already made the trip there and was in a situation so I ended up paying for the day pass. Not happy about it.

Well these guys just lost their benefit and doubt is all I have unfortunately. I signed up for a family plan with the gym as they had a promotion and I could get my wife on the same gym plan. Well lone behold these guys set us up but somehow ended up creating 2 separate accounts for my wife and I which was the mistake from the start. They seem nice and helpful when you are signing up but have no follow thru or common courtesy to those who have an account issue or are choosing to cancel their membership like I chose to. For the record my choice to cancel was not based on their lack of service or their gym. To be honest the gyms are very nice. I just couldn't work out anymore due to medical issues. I even had my membership paying automatically for about 4 months without going to the gym so they got some free money out it which I don't ask for back. I called this week to speak to someone and got their customer service line which is someone who not technically at the gym. Sounded like a call center overseas. They could not help me but instead recommended that I contact the gym directly. My response was that I dialed the number for the local gym and got the overseas person on the line ‍ So I had to call back and go thru the prompts all over again after having been on hold for over 10 minutes just to talk to someone. When I called back to try and get someone at the gym location directly, I was on hold for 20 minutes. I had to wait because this is important and I had a written cancellation and acknowledgement of my cancellation request which was from May 2026. Well here we are in September on 2026 and guess what? My card has been getting the auto debit every month since then still. Their "manager" Richard finally came onto the line and explained to me that for some reason the system set up my membership but put my wife separately so they claim that she needed to cancel her membership. I didn't understand this as I was the one who set up the membership and did not ask for it to be separate. I hate to assume things but I do feel like this is a shady move to make it difficult to cancel the membership. Gyms already have a bad stigma for that same thing, people claim it is hard to cancel. The manager acknowledged that there was some sort of an error and had said that he was going to be leaving work soon and needed a few days to work on a case for refunds on the months where I shouldn't have been charged since I had cancelled back in May. He promised me he would call me back Thursday, mind you it was Monday when I spoke to him originally so he had a whole 4 days to work on this and keep his word to call me back. Well here it Friday and I had no call. I called again and got a young lady on the phone and when I asked for Richard and told her my situation, she stated he was going to be leaving work and asked if he can call me back tomorrow. At this point I am fed up with them and will most likely have to go in person to downtown, mind you I live by the Air Force Base and we are an Air Force family at that who now have to drive all the way down there because they do not have the common courtesy to follow thru with what they promise. BUYERS BEWARE!! Another typical gym bash but I think you can see that my case is not uncommon but what they don't know is that I do that all the call recordings from my conversations and am prepared to use them wherever needed in order to expose the shady practices and overall lack of basic customer service from this gym. . Located on Jefferson in downtown Phoenix they have a dedicated parking lot for gym users and give you a small sticker to place on your windshield which is required during baseball games and other daytime Chase Field events. They offer great hours, are never busy when I go on weekdays at lunchtime and they have a nice women's locker room with a private changing room and showers.
