As I near my one year anniversary with Track Club, I have to say this is one of the best gyms I…read morehave been to. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming me in without making ithe interaction of checking in awkward or forced. There is not a ton of equipment, but they have a large variety and I am usually able to find an easy substitute if anything is busy. The outdoor gym addition is always an option too, and they added fans and shading to make it accessible in the summer. The outdoor basketball half court is a huge plus, and they just added another water filling station upstairs. I also really enjoy the free strength and mobility classes held by Audrey on Saturdays for members. -- Go to this!!!! My flexibility has increased tremendously! They play good music and the staff has a genuine concern for the member experience, especially Audrey, Alex, and Sydney! PLUS: They bring in vendors - I have gotten a free tub of protein powder, free protein treats and smoothies, and a free stretch session! Also, most people wipe down equipment after use! I have tried the personal training with three trainers. I liked it for the most part, and definitely saw positive results. My negatives are that this is an influencer gym, and some members can take over a ton of space trying to get the perfect shot or video; I have had issues with their parking system and got an expensive ticket (the system seems to have been resolved in the last few weeks); and the water stations can sometimes be broken (member caused). With all that said I'd recommend TC in a heartbeat! I also love that this is locally owned and operated! I've tried EoS, MountainSide, Planet Fitness, YouFit, LA, True Althletic, Sports Club at City Square, and Jab in the Valley in the last 10 years. Can't speak highly enough about Track Club as the far and away favorite!

I'll start with the constructive portion of this review. I really wish EOS had more squat…read moreracks--I've never been able to use one, no matter what time of day I go. Replacing a few of the underutilized treadmills and stationary bikes with more racks would make a huge difference. I also wish they made the body scanner publicly accessible, just like the standard scale. Many members already know what they're doing and don't need a personal trainer to guide them, so the scanner should be available for independent use. Other than that, the amenities are great, the facility is generally clean, and I love that every location in my area includes a sauna. Being able to access multiple locations with my Blue membership for such a low price is a major plus!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with EOS Fitness…read more I've been a loyal EOS member for a long time, and honestly, my experience has gotten to the point where I'm questioning why I'm even paying for a membership. I was accused of not putting my weights back after supposedly doing so only once. I have videos of myself putting my weights back every time. The one time I left them out, it was because I was still using them and planned to return to them. Instead of listening to my explanation, three team members approached me while I was working out at a machine, interrupting my workout just to repeat the same accusation and tell me to put my weights back. I explained that I was still using them and that I consistently put my weights away, yet they still decided to document the incident on my file. What makes this even more frustrating is the apparent double standard. I regularly see trainers leaving benches in the grass area and other members leaving their belongings and equipment out without anyone addressing it. Yet, when it comes to me, suddenly everything is a policy issue. I've known staff members from before the current team, and the way I'm being treated now is disappointing. Policies should be enforced consistently, not selectively depending on which member is involved. I've also had an issue with a product I purchased at the gym. I bought chalk, and the consistency was terrible. It felt more like lotion than chalk. No one informed me that all sales were final before I purchased it. When I tried to explain that I was dissatisfied with the product, I was denied a refund and given no alternative solution. I'm now left wondering whether customer service can even help resolve the issue. On top of that, I've been told I cannot wear slides, yet I see inconsistent enforcement of this rule as well. It's frustrating to feel singled out over policies that don't appear to be applied equally to everyone. The billing situation has been another headache. I specifically asked staff to change the payment method on both of my accounts, but they only updated one. As a result of their mistake, I had to pay an additional $30. I shouldn't have to pay extra because a request I clearly communicated was only partially completed. At this point, the constant scrutiny, inconsistent enforcement of rules, lack of flexibility, and billing mistakes have made being a member unnecessarily exhausting. I have no problem following gym policies, but I expect those policies to be communicated clearly, enforced fairly, and applied to everyone equally. I also expect staff to listen when a member explains a situation instead of approaching them in a confrontational manner and making them feel targeted. Being a loyal member should not mean being micromanaged. I joined EOS to work out, not to feel like I'm constantly being watched for something to criticize. If the rules are going to be enforced, enforce them consistently. If mistakes are made by staff, take accountability for them. And if a member has a legitimate concern, offer a reasonable solution instead of simply repeating, "It's policy." I'm genuinely disappointed because this has reached the point where I'm reconsidering whether my membership is worth keeping. EOS needs to take a serious look at how its staff handle members, enforce policies, and resolve customer complaints. Loyalty should be appreciated, not met with inconsistent treatment and unnecessary frustration.
