It's way more than a "gym" that you'd find at Planet Fitness, Lifetime, or any other chain gym out there. It's a legitimate dōjō and Ivan is the Sensei that brings all of the learning, training, and wisdom that comes along with working out in a wholistic perspective. I've gone through 5 other trainers in the past 4 years, all of the others at the chain gyms were just supervisors and never taught or pushed me to become better. Ivan is the first trainer who has been able to lift me to the goals I've wanted to achieve and continues to train me to be self sustained for the rest of my life with the knowledge I'm getting with each workout. Muscletopia has been the best gym I have been a part of. It's always clean and the energy is always great! As a woman I always feel respected, supported, and empowered.
