I have cancelled my membership over 3 time and they continue to bill me. I have never used their facility and yet they were billing for a trainer and member service. I will be going up there as I am seeing that are still pulling from my account. They are thieves and I will get my money back from this horrible establishment. The front desk, especially Steph was so welcoming and kind! The facility is clean and has great equipment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EOS LAveen. I visited the gym on July 10 to open a membership, but the very next day, I was told that I didn't have an account. Despite their assurance that someone would follow up with me, I never received a call back. Due to the lack of communication, I ended up opening an account online on July 13. To my surprise, I was charged twice for my membership! I went back to the gym to resolve this, and while a staff member claimed it had been fixed, I didn't catch her name, and there was no follow-up to confirm the resolution. After this frustrating experience and ongoing billing issues, I decided to cancel my membership. It's disappointing that such a lack of organization and poor customer service has driven me away. Also I was told by the Manager Giovanny I was not able for a refund. I hope to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. I would not recommend EOS LAveen based on my experience with their lack of communication and support. read more

Beware during presales or you might get taken like I did. I recently signed up for a membership during the presale period and was informed that details regarding the Kids Club hours and pricing were not yet available. I understood from my interaction with the sales representative that the gym would finalize these details closer to the opening date. As a foster mother of four children, it is crucial for me to consider the cost of the Kids Club when making decisions about joining a gym. I was informed that the Kids Club is only available for children aged 2 years and older, with a charge of $20 per child. Regrettably, an EOS membership does not suit the needs of my family. I kindly requested a refund of the annual fee and the monthly dues that had been charged. I have spoken with Giovanni and the gym owner Julian who indicated that they can cancel my membership, but could not refund the annual fee. read more

What is disappointing is that the restrooms always look like they skipped a day of cleaning. Dirty toilets, trash over flowing and lockers full of garbage or the rental towels left behind. The pool area has three benches and I see people using the life saving equipment (hook) or the handicap lift chair for towels, bags, etc. I think an investment to some wall hooks for people to hang towels would be much appreciated and also keep bags off the ground in front of the door to the gym. I'm frustrated that I'm paying for a membership, yet I'm restricted from using certain equipment, like g fitness classroom. I believe I should have access to all resources, both physical and virtual, as part of my membership benefits. To make matters worse they don't offer g classes between 12-5 pm so I'm force to use the fitness room only when there classes not to mentioned the classes do get PACKED after and before those hours. Being a social anxious individual, these limitation don't help at all. Feel restricted from using fitness classroom for virtual classes despite paying for full membership. Limited in-person class hours (excluding 12-5pm) force them to attend packed classes, exacerbating their social anxiety. read more

I've had the worst experience at this Gym. I have to wait to get on some of the equipment because people put their bags in place to hold the equipment and not let you work out. Plus to cancel the membership is a horrible experience. You have to contact ABC solution financial services to cancel your membership and the customer service hangs up on you, transfers you around, again horrible experience!!!! read more

Not sure why there are low ratings for this gym. I came to this gym just recently and all I've had was positive experiences. The locker room is clean, the gym area seems small but it is setup in such a way that everything you need for your workout is available. I'm not seeing the crowds like other people, everytime I've gone there hasn't been many people at all and I've been able to get on any machine I need. I think the only thing I can critique is the fact that the lockers have glass doors. Not sure how secure that is. read more

He was also very friendly. I always like coming here because I get my whole work out down without waiting on machines. An employee name Monica is awesome. I just had a terrible experience with one of your employees, Roga M. I had a problem with the payment system and Roga said there was nothing he could do. He kept saying that he was unable to do anything and I needed to speak to a manager but a manager was not available. Instead of offering a solution, Roga just kept repeating that I had to come back tomorrow instead of answering any of my questions. I have had this same problem in the past, and other employees were always able to help. This employee seems incredibly immature and not ready to work face to face with guest. I look forward to hearing back and how this issue will be handled. read more

I love coming to Eos to work out, and I recently purchased the most expensive membership so I can go to any location and bring my friends with me. I have had great interactions with the staff at my home location off of 75th and Encanto, and when I bring my friends in to work out, they only ever asked for their phone number... So tell me why the one time we decided to come to the Laveen location was the worst ever gym experience I've ever had?! We were not even greeted but I scanned myself in like usual and my friend was asked for her phone number like usual. Except this time, they made her fill out and submit a form as well. No big deal, she fills it out, and we are about to go start to work out when this one guy comes up and asks which of us is the guest very rudely. My friend acknowledged him and he told her to come to his desk. I was confused because this has never happened before when I've taken my friends to the gym. The employee, I think his name is Armando, was extremely rude and condescending towards me and my friend for absolutely no reason. Rather than acknowledge me, he turned to my friend to ask what MY phone number was. That was so weird to me because first of all why wouldn't you ask me that question and secondly, why do you need my phone number?? I am paying for the most expensive membership for this treatment?! I was extremely agitated by this, and the employee decides to acknowledge me for the first time by saying, "You good?" after I caught him glaring at me. He finished asking her questions, says have a nice day, and we turn to leave. As we are leaving the desk, with our backs turned to him, he says really loudly, "Have a great day ma'am", so sarcastically that I didn't even respond. We would have had a great time if the employees were nicer and more welcoming towards us. The gym was clean and the setup was great. But I will never be returning to this location for the way Armando treated us. I would advise anyone thinking of coming to this location to not bring your buddy, or else Armando will beeline towards you guys to sign your friend up for promotional emails and texts :) read more

It's unbelievable how so many people can complain about the sauna not working and yet nothing be done to fix it. Employees give attitude when asked if theres a way to turn it on. Sometimes they turn it on and sometimes they dont it sucks to be paying for something that doesn't work. It wouldn't be such a problem if it was once in a while but the sauna is down consistently. The sauna always broken or a machine is always broken. They let anyone go in the sauna when they make you pay more for access to sauna but you can just buy the $10 memberships and still go in sauna anyone can go in there. no wonder why it is always broken. read more

I have been going to EOS down the road for years. I was excited about the Laveen location. I started taking my motorcycle for the first two weeks with zero issues. I emailed the GM before asking if I can park in a specific area since they didn't include motorcycle parking. Never heard back. This is the email provided on EOSs website. I pulled up the next day and saw a "no motorcycle parking"sign. I asked an employee who said they banned it because the owner didn't like the side walk getting dirty. I've almost been hit twice because they don't have any stop signs in this place. I couldn't believe that was the response. A lot of wasted space in the gym, was hoping for yoga studio or basketball court. read more

Awesome gym overall. So many machines and amenities. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. I had one small issue and the manager cleared it up so quickly. The only downside for me is the parking lot is so small and it's probably gonna get worse when the in n out opens up as well. read more
