This is the most beautiful gym I've ever experienced in my entire life. So so jealous of everyone who lives here and gets to call this their home gym. I got to spend 2 lovely days here while I was in town and it was pure heaven. They have EVERYTHING!!! Massage chairs, cryo beds, high end equipment. The whole nine. Destiny at the front was the absolute best. See you next time Eos Laveen! read more

Love the place, how ever, could you discourage people from the wearing of fascist far-right authoritarian ultranationalists political propaganda? The gym is that place where some of us come to get peace, freedom and recharge with good energy, respect. The last thing I want to see is the dude in front of me wearing a MAGA hat. Thank you! read more

EōS Fitness - Just a comment for management. - Gyms Near Me - Laveen, Arizona

This dude, Carlos said he would change my name; they got my name wrong. Im supposed to continuously get my small amount of life requests handled and its infuriating that they don't see this as an issue to establish a good business relationship. Im mad this hasn't been handled and would like this addressed immediately. read more

The front desk, especially Steph was so welcoming and kind! The facility is clean and has great equipment.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at EOS LAveen. I visited the gym on July 10 to open a membership, but the very next day, I was told that I didn't have an account. Despite their assurance that someone would follow up with me, I never received a call back. Due to the lack of communication, I ended up opening an account online on July 13. To my surprise, I was charged twice for my membership! I went back to the gym to resolve this, and while a staff member claimed it had been fixed, I didn't catch her name, and there was no follow-up to confirm the resolution. After this frustrating experience and ongoing billing issues, I decided to cancel my membership. It's disappointing that such a lack of organization and poor customer service has driven me away. Also I was told by the Manager Giovanny I was not able for a refund. I hope to prevent others from experiencing similar issues. I would not recommend EOS LAveen based on my experience with their lack of communication and support. read more

Cancelled my membership after several months. Handicap parking and cleanliness issues aside, it's so loud you can't hear your own headphones. No thank you. read more

I have cancelled my membership over 3 time and they continue to bill me. I have never used their facility and yet they were billing for a trainer and member service. I will be going up there as I am seeing that are still pulling from my account. They are thieves and I will get my money back from this horrible establishment. This is the one on 59th Avenue and Baseline. read more

Enjoy working out at this gym. Staff is nice and friendly, don't have to wait on machines for long and establishment is quite clean. Overall i have a good experience every time i come for a workout :) read more

Beware during presales or you might get taken like I did. I recently signed up for a membership during the presale period and was informed that details regarding the Kids Club hours and pricing were not yet available. I understood from my interaction with the sales representative that the gym would finalize these details closer to the opening date. As a foster mother of four children, it is crucial for me to consider the cost of the Kids Club when making decisions about joining a gym. I was informed that the Kids Club is only available for children aged 2 years and older, with a charge of $20 per child. Regrettably, an EOS membership does not suit the needs of my family. I kindly requested a refund of the annual fee and the monthly dues that had been charged. I have spoken with Giovanni and the gym owner Julian who indicated that they can cancel my membership, but could not refund the annual fee. read more

What is disappointing is that the restrooms always look like they skipped a day of cleaning. Dirty toilets, trash over flowing and lockers full of garbage or the rental towels left behind. The pool area has three benches and I see people using the life saving equipment (hook) or the handicap lift chair for towels, bags, etc. I think an investment to some wall hooks for people to hang towels would be much appreciated and also keep bags off the ground in front of the door to the gym. Just a thought. Other than that, glad it is finally open after a long anticipated wait. read more

The Zumba class instructed by Ana Contreras is amazing. She engages everyone in the class and has the best dance routines. You will definitely burn a lot of calories while having fun and making new friends! read more

I absolutely enjoy the GFit classes with Kenya, Jayla, and Kyrah. The classes are amazing and always fill up! I love it here!

I recently tried to change my membership and was inadvertently charged for 2 brand new memberships instead . I was told that they would credit these charges but that hasn't happened and I've been begging them to correct this now for weeks. I don't have money to just GIVE to a gym when they make billing errors. I've emailed and called numerous times and no one has fixed this to date despite what I was told when I visited twice in person on Nov 21 and Dec 4. Wow! read more

Ugh, I hate to do this but after WEEKS! The sauna has been down. How long is it gonna take to fix it?? With all the fees and membership dues we pay and it still can't be fixed? read more

The sauna has been shut down or not hot enough in the men's locker room almost EVERY day since I became a member last month. The amount of people that walk in to the sauna every day just to see if it is finally working is insane. This is ridiculous! read more

I'm frustrated that I'm paying for a membership, yet I'm restricted from using certain equipment, like g fitness classroom. I believe I should have access to all resources, both physical and virtual, as part of my membership benefits. To make matters worse they don't offer g classes between 12-5 pm so I'm force to use the fitness room only when there classes not to mentioned the classes do get PACKED after and before those hours. Being a social anxious individual, these limitation don't help at all. Feel restricted from using fitness classroom for virtual classes despite paying for full membership. Limited in-person class hours (excluding 12-5pm) force them to attend packed classes, exacerbating their social anxiety. read more

Looks good and clean with lots of machines to workout on with proteinshkes and movies

NEVER Go to EOS. Never, they are a scam and will drag you around for MONTHS Taking your money when you've given ample notice to cancel. If you want to literally beg for a company to let you go then be signed up for more and more and more without notice, sure go to EOS, if you want to never have a parking space, go to EOS, if you wanna get your cardio in getting the run around from management go to EOS. If you want to be F*ed over go to EOS. read more

Not sure why there are low ratings for this gym. I came to this gym just recently and all I've had was positive experiences. The locker room is clean, the gym area seems small but it is setup in such a way that everything you need for your workout is available. I'm not seeing the crowds like other people, everytime I've gone there hasn't been many people at all and I've been able to get on any machine I need. I think the only thing I can critique is the fact that the lockers have glass doors. Not sure how secure that is. read more

Loved it at first but it's like a club now people piled everywhere it stinks it's dirty the people are rude

I've had the worst experience at this Gym. I have to wait to get on some of the equipment because people put their bags in place to hold the equipment and not let you work out. Plus to cancel the membership is a horrible experience. You have to contact ABC solution financial services to cancel your membership and the customer service hangs up on you, transfers you around, again horrible experience!!!! read more

Love this gym. It's super spacious and the staff is super friendly. Was signed up by Julian and he was super nice and helpful. Also meet Anthony, the manger of personal training. He was also very friendly. I always like coming here because I get my whole work out down without waiting on machines. An employee name Monica is awesome. She worked out with me to make sure I am doing the workout in the correct form. For sure coming back here due to friendliness of staff. read more

Everything is awesome and so much better than LA fitness. Equipment is top notch and the staff actually pick up and re rack weights while some selfish people leave them scattered. Awesome location and so glad I made the switch! read more

I hate to be that person, but if I could, I would genuinely give this place zero stars. I'm not sure if it's just this location or the entire chain, but their employees call you non-stop to pressure you into getting a membership if you visit a single time. I don't even live here and they keep bothering me. They're pushy and unprofessional. read more

I just had a terrible experience with one of your employees, Roga M. I had a problem with the payment system and Roga said there was nothing he could do. He kept saying that he was unable to do anything and I needed to speak to a manager but a manager was not available. Instead of offering a solution, Roga just kept repeating that I had to come back tomorrow instead of answering any of my questions. I have had this same problem in the past, and other employees were always able to help. This employee seems incredibly immature and not ready to work face to face with guest. I look forward to hearing back and how this issue will be handled. read more

I love coming to Eos to work out, and I recently purchased the most expensive membership so I can go to any location and bring my friends with me. I have had great interactions with the staff at my home location off of 75th and Encanto, and when I bring my friends in to work out, they only ever asked for their phone number... So tell me why the one time we decided to come to the Laveen location was the worst ever gym experience I've ever had?! We were not even greeted but I scanned myself in like usual and my friend was asked for her phone number like usual. Except this time, they made her fill out and submit a form as well. No big deal, she fills it out, and we are about to go start to work out when this one guy comes up and asks which of us is the guest very rudely. My friend acknowledged him and he told her to come to his desk. I was confused because this has never happened before when I've taken my friends to the gym. The employee, I think his name is Armando, was extremely rude and condescending towards me and my friend for absolutely no reason. Rather than acknowledge me, he turned to my friend to ask what MY phone number was. That was so weird to me because first of all why wouldn't you ask me that question and secondly, why do you need my phone number?? I am paying for the most expensive membership for this treatment?! I was extremely agitated by this, and the employee decides to acknowledge me for the first time by saying, "You good?" after I caught him glaring at me. He finished asking her questions, says have a nice day, and we turn to leave. As we are leaving the desk, with our backs turned to him, he says really loudly, "Have a great day ma'am", so sarcastically that I didn't even respond. We would have had a great time if the employees were nicer and more welcoming towards us. The gym was clean and the setup was great. But I will never be returning to this location for the way Armando treated us. I would advise anyone thinking of coming to this location to not bring your buddy, or else Armando will beeline towards you guys to sign your friend up for promotional emails and texts :) read more

Florencio, Rolin, and Genomi are the best EŌS team members ever! Always so sweet, supportive, and accommodating. This location is one of my favorites, although it can be a little busy around 7pm. I have been going to EOS down the road for years. I was excited about the Laveen location. I started taking my motorcycle for the first two weeks with zero issues. I emailed the GM before asking if I can park in a specific area since they didn't include motorcycle parking. Never heard back. This is the email provided on EOSs website. I pulled up the next day and saw a "no motorcycle parking"sign. I asked an employee who said they banned it because the owner didn't like the side walk getting dirty. I've almost been hit twice because they don't have any stop signs in this place. I couldn't believe that was the response. A lot of wasted space in the gym, was hoping for yoga studio or basketball court. read more

It's unbelievable how so many people can complain about the sauna not working and yet nothing be done to fix it. Employees give attitude when asked if theres a way to turn it on.
