Great size without being too hard to keep track of the family and very clean which was a huge plus! I had not seen one of those with a full basketball court so that was a pretty cool. The court was full but it was great to see the middle to high schoolers having active fun there, good use of space. There are many jumping areas in various sections, climbing wall, ninja warrior type of obstacles, a very cool slide with a surprising "flying" end. You have to try to know what I mean. Only downside which is why I took a star off this review is that my daughter got her elbows scrapped going in, as it rubbed on the surface of it. Maybe the folks guiding them should warn on the safety aspect to ensure their bodies stay on the mat they provide or maybe matt needs to be bigger, not sure. She still went in twice but we ended up scrapping twice! The staff was nice to provide bandaid and I had Neosporin at hand. Still that didn't stop the fun as we stayed there for 90 minutes. It also has a cafeteria with the usual items for places like these such as pizza, slushes, sodas, etc. I didn't eat there but I observed mostly the menu and people getting their orders, looked good. All in all, I do recommend this place and I was fortunate to come when it wasn't too crowded also so it was a good experience.

The main staples are still there - rock climbing wall, dodgeball court, jousting, basketball, gymnastic bounce/pit, and main trampoline area. The tall towers, harnessed trampoline, gravity wall, skywalk and miscellaneous arcades remain as well. But they've added a massive amount of climbing areas, general seating, and party rooms. The kid/toddler play area is pretty massive in itself - about as big as other places' main areas. But they'll they have a massive four level main climbing area. Truly massive. They also added an obstacle course that is pretty big and nice. The party rooms look very nice as well (previously you'd just have a table on the side). Here on a Sunday and they have the NFL games on for the parents. Lol. The bad. The bathrooms are crap. Either missing doors, without TP, or without paper towels. Floors are a bit dirty looking -could use a buffing clean. As for price, get the Groupon! Do not pay full price you schmucks. We literally bought ours while at the desk.

And even though you pay for the 2-hour slot, I don't think they really keep tabs on when the time expires as the capacity of the spot got tighter and tighter as we neared the end of our 2-hour slot. Even though it was extremely fun for both my kids, the place definitely needs a bit of a renovation on some of the areas and honestly way too overstimulating for a working-mom like myself. There was a dead cockroach on the floor, many of the surfaces looked like they hadn't been wiped down in a while, and the foam pit was especially concerning--the foam blocks looked old, dirty, and in need of replacement. For what admission costs, I expect the facility to be maintained much better. My kids still had fun, but the lack of cleanliness made it hard to enjoy the experience, and I don't feel the condition of the facility matches the premium price. The Mesa location has a lot more gym equipment, obstacles, and activities for younger kids, while this location feels much more like an open warehouse space with fewer things for little ones to do. The skate area is definitely larger here, but overall there wasn't as much to keep my 7- and 9-year-olds entertained. There were also a lot more older teens here, which made me uncomfortable letting my kids explore on their own. Even the 6-and-under area had bigger kids playing in it, and the main wheel zone was filled with older boys riding around pretty aggressively and balls just being thrown in different directions. The biggest disappointment was the cleanliness. We needed to use the restrooms as soon as we arrived, and they were very dirty--toilet paper was all over the floor and multiple toilets hadn't been flushed. The facility also felt worn down, and some of the equipment looked like it could use better maintenance. I'm glad I was able to visit using my GetOutPass, but I don't think I would pay admission to this location. I really wish the GetOutPass included the newer Mesa location instead, as it's a much better experience for younger kids. The teens all working at the place also are too busy talking and mingling with each other...
