There are 2 sides & we chose the side with the red brick reception area and it truly was perfect. When we initially toured the venue we worked with Katie and then all of our subsequent planning meetings were with her up until our very last meeting 10 days prior to the venue. She is very knowledgable, but can be impatient and a bit snappy at times, especially if you ask questions or don't quite understand what she means the first time she says it. My husband and I felt this was somewhat off-putting, but rolled with it anyways because what are you gonna do? Our final meeting 10 days before the wedding we worked with the 1st person outside of Katie, and it was Gerardo. Gerardo is INCREDIBLE. He was patient, kind, and really went the extra mile to ensure we not only understood all of the moving parts but also felt comfortable and excited about the most special day of our lives. We asked him if he could be our day of coordinator and he arranged it so we actually worked with him at both our rehearsal and our wedding day. He is the reason this review is 5 stars. On the day of our wedding we had an issue with the arch we had rented and when he came to tell me about it he already had a solution so all I had to do was OK the course correction instead of problem solve a stressful situation on my wedding day. Our banquet captain was also incredible (I can't remember her name but we connected over Fourth Wing the book - she'll know who she is!) and really took care of us after Gerardo left. We also utilized the DJ and bartender provided by the venue. Our DJ was great, but our bartender was super drunk and taking shots in front of my guests when he should have been serving them. Probably something the venue could look into to prevent the next couple/guests from having to deal with that. All in all, the day was more beautiful and fun than I could have ever imagined, and I am really thankful we were able to work with Gerardo and our amazing banquet captain because they really went above and beyond!

The tent/ reception. The staff were not helpful at all. The bride, my cousin and her husband had their sweetheart table flooded. My poor cousin's feet were soaked when she tried to sit down at her table to eat dinner. My Uncle, bride's father, kept asking staff to help mop up the floor so guest would not slip. He was pissed since he had to keep trying to find somebody who could actually help. They did not even bring out towels and said they had no more mops to help clean up the puddles. I don't know if they're used to hiring young kids who aren't trained outside of serving food, set up and teardown... Just make sure you have a wedding coordinator to help make everything go smoothly. Staff did not help with anything. Staff shrugged and said let me ask. No towels, fans, blow dryers, then ceiling had multiple leaks, one old bathroom, where all the guests were in the same room as the couple taking their pictures during cocktail hour. When it was all over, she cried, and understandably upset with how everything was handled. I don't want anyone else to ever feel that way.

We absolutely made the right decision when choosing antique wedding house as the venue for our wedding. They took care of everything. EVERYTHING ! She answered every question, was very helpful in helping make decisions, and also allowed us to choose and customize what we wanted with no hesitation. The one and only error on the order was there were supposed to be ribbons around each centerpiece vase. But we easily tied some extra ribbon around each vase at the ceremony venue. The bride loved the bouquets, the centerpieces were lovely, we were very pleased with all the florals. Amanda added eucalyptus leaves as an accent to the vases and bouquets, all looked beautiful. They truly lasted and were used on Thursday at both the ceremony and reception venues, then again on Saturday at a second informal reception at the newlyweds' home. Amanda is very creative and is a total flower nut, and I say that as a compliment. My daughter wanted a very traditional "look" and was a tiny bit nervous about Amanda, since she features very unusual florals on her website. But Amanda "delivered" with fresh and beautiful flowers in the right colors, the bouquets sized exactly right, and charming accents. Our first red flag was our tour guide, Nicole. She came across as uninterested and unenthusiastic, making us feel as though she simply wanted to get the tour over with. When I asked to see the linens, rather than showing them to us, she directed me to their Pinterest page and explained that the linens were all crumpled up. For a venue we're considering investing thousands of dollars in for our wedding, this level of service was disappointing and left a poor first impression. We were touring a venue for one of the most important days of our lives, yet we left feeling like our business was an inconvenience. We should have paid more attention to that first impression, but we gave the venue the benefit of the doubt and hoped it was just one person's attitude. After reading reviews raising concerns about inattentive staff, we did what any responsible couple should do before investing thousands of dollars we asked management questions about staffing and whether we could hire our own wedding coordinator to help ensure our day ran smoothly. Rather than reassuring us, management responded by suggesting Villa Tuscana might not be the right fit for our expectations. Then, despite our understanding that we had until the following Tuesday to make our decision, our contract and invoice were voided because management decided we were too uncertain to proceed. We were trying to make an informed decision about a major financial commitment, and instead of working with us to address our concerns, management chose to withdraw our paperwork for asking about the negative reviews. A wedding venue should understand that couples are trusting them with thousands of dollars and a once-in-a-lifetime event. Asking questions about staffing, coordination, and the services included in a package is NOT having unreasonable expectations. It is basic due diligence. What concerns me most is that this experience happened before we even booked I can only imagine how couples are treated once they signed the contract and pay thousands of dollars. WE TRULY DODGED A BULLET HERE. To other couples: Please read the reviews, ask questions, and get everything in writing before committing. There are other venues that will value your business, treat your concerns with respect, and be more than happy to answer your questions without becoming defensive.
