A family member got married at Villa Siena over a March weekend. I had a chance to attend the ceremony rehearsal and the wedding day. I'm from Las Vegas and we have a lot of wedding venues in Vegas, however, the Villa Siena in Phoenix Arizona was beautiful! The rehearsal was well organized and took less than an hour. The wedding coordinator at Villa Siena walked through the ceremony requirements with the of the required party members such as the bride, groom, bridesmaids etc. Villa Siena is pretty busy. They coordinate 2 weddings a day at their property. The wedding ceremony for our family member was at 3:45 on a Sunday afternoon. The ceremony started outside in a beautiful courtyard. After the ceremony, all of the party members were brought into a cocktail room with standing tables. The wedding coordinator was having some formal pictures taken after the ceremony, so, all of the attendees had a chance to talk prior to the dinner reception. The dinner reception was wonderful. There was a variety of circular table seating and the bride/groom had a sweetheart table. The room was beautiful though. I did think the dance floor was relatively small, even with just 60 attendees at the wedding. You couldn't really move around much with most of the people on the dance floor, however, if you were just hanging out at a table, eating, then the dinner reception was perfect. The music wasn't too loud and you could still hear people sitting next to you. The dinner service was a buffet option, limited to two meats and two sides. I did have a special order catered from the venue, spaghetti and vegetables. I had a great time attending the wedding. It's a wonderful venue. read more

We absolutely loved this venue. It is truly one of the most gorgeous locations in the Phoenix metro area and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here. read more

The perfect wedding with a perfect venue. As soon as we walked in for our first tour we knew this had to be our wedding venue. All pricing was mentioned up front and very transparent. They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect. read more

Very pretty but seriously the flooring choice is horrible. Very uneven fake cobblestone inside and the ceremony area has broken bricks all along the pavement. My heels and lots of other wedding guests were tripping over the missing bricks. read more

Words cannot describe how perfect our wedding was. Our wedding theme was inspired by the renaissance time period, and this venue was perfect for that! I loved the tapestries hanging on the walls, it added to that old world feel. The whole venue is beautiful and highly detailed. They have various locations for your ceremony and reception for you to choose from depending on your guest count. We had our ceremony in their romantic courtyard, cocktail hour inside in their designated cocktail hall area, and our reception in their grand ballroom. I truly felt like a real princess in their ballroom, with their beautiful chandeliers. I had multiple guests reach out to me afterwards and tell me it was the best wedding they had ever been to! Thank you to our day of coordinator, Aspen, who made the day seamless with no issues at all! Our DJ, Marcus, who can speak multiple languages and spoke Italian throughout the night for my in-laws who traveled from Italy for our wedding. He kept my guests on the floor all night and it was never empty! I highly recommend Villa Siena to any couple searching for a venue. We had searched high and low for the perfect venue, and nothing even came close to Villa Siena! read more

This is such a stunning venue... It looks like an Italian Villa. A family member got married here on New Years Eve. They had many folks attending from out of town and locally. The ceremony was actually in a room that was turned into where we had our cocktail hour. Chairs were removed and they opened up the doors. To a very nice sized mostly covered courtyard with heaters. For the reception in another room down the hall, food was good. Choices being chicken, salmon or prime rib. This was buffet style. Calling up one table at a time. Dance floor I thought was a little small for the amount of people attending. Being that it was NYE the DJ played Frank Sinatra's song New York New York at midnight (10:00 local time). Such a nice way to celebrate and end the year. So glad we could be part of it. read more

Beautiful venue, perfect for weddings but extremely strict to verge of rude at times regarding alcohol ...it was like prom in high school .. they actually confiscated grooms gifts and alcohol from the bridal party...I would ask alot of questions and be clear as to there policy's before booking any event there read more

Beautiful place, but the walkthrough/tour of the place felt a little rushed and timed.

My now now wife and I Fell in love with this venue the moment we walked through the gates. When you open those doors and close them behind you it's like you're in your own new world. The wedding day was beautiful and we honestly couldn't have done it without the most amazing wedding coordinator Laina. She was flawless with everything she did and was always there to help resolve any issues that may have arose. If you are getting married I strongly recommend Villa Siena with Laina by your side! read more

Our wedding with Villa Siena was all I imagined/hoped for and more. It truly was an experience straight out of a story book. It is so beautiful, and our wedding coordinator, Jenna, was also just amazing. We don't have enough good things to say about her. From the start, she was beyond helpful, and communicated everything with us very clearly. We knew exactly what to expect, and when to expect it. And she handled almost everything for us! She is so genuine and so sweet, and you can tell she truly cares! Saying our wedding was perfect is a total understatement. We wouldn't change a thing about it, and it is a day we will cherish for the rest of our lives. We cannot thank them enough, and we recommend them to anyone who is getting married!! read more

Recent attendee, so ...review from the PoV of ...a recent attendee. Beautiful venue, seemed organized and obviously elegant. Pretty par for the course on wedding reception food; no complaints, certainly. The inside is much nicer than I expected when I parked. Like we teleported into ...well... the place you see in the photos. The wedding party did not seem very stressed, which is a first for me. Great job! read more

Our wedding coordinator Jenna C took care of us and we will always remember her as being the sweetest, kindest, most professional wedding coordinator we've ever met. We booked our venue back in September of 2020 for our wedding in 2022. The moment we walked in the door we were amazing at how gorgeous it was inside. We met with Hope who answered all of our questions and was so accommodating in the initial signing process. She actually answered questions we didn't even think about. We looked at a few other venues and nothing blew us away quite like Villa Siena did. For the next 18 months, they were quick to respond to my questions and were very helpful when booking other vendors and customizing our event. Meeting Paige, our coordinator, at our final planning meeting was such a pleasure. She was so sweet and so excited about our wedding that it made us ever more excited about our big day. She handled our rehearsal with ease and was so supportive. I had asked a family friend to iron our tablecloths that we were providing and at rehearsal, she told me that she didn't want to spend the extensive amount of time ironing them. I told Paige about this and without any hesitation she offered to take care of them for me. Any issue that arose, she took it head on and was just an amazing support for me and my groom. Our day was as close to perfection as a wedding can be and I owe all of that to Paige. read more

I am so glad we picked Villa Siena as our venue for our wedding day. They offer so many options in their packages that make it easy to be as particular, or not particular, in the process as you'd like! The whole planning timeline was easy, especially with their payment plans. We also loved how we could supply our on liquor, which saved us a ton in bar fees! Hannah, our coordinator, was amazing at keeping the whole wedding party on track so we could just focus on each other and our guests. One of our guests even had a minor medical incident just after the ceremony that required her being taken away by ambulance, and we didn't even know about it until family members told us at the reception, and we had been in front of the venue taking pictures at the time! Having a big wedding is a major investment, but we felt every penny was worth it and would do it all over again at Villa Siena if we could. read more

So I almost didn't bother touring this venue because I assumed we couldn't afford it. I was wrong! And so thankful we went in because we fell in love with this venue. After sitting down with Hope, we realized that we could afford it with our flexibility on date. Villa was one of the only venues I came across with all inside options, so a wedding in AZ heat was no sweat (pun intended). Our coordinator was Paige and she was so sweet and helpful the whole time. Through planning, she answered and accommodated all of my ideas and thoughts that would pop up the entire year.... and did so without delay. She and all of the Villa staff and vendors we came across were such a joy to work with. Our night went off without a hitch and they took care of everything for us so that we could just enjoy our day and not worry about the last minute details or tasks, we got to just show up, get married, and enjoy the day with one another and our loved ones! Thank you so much to everyone at Villa for giving us an amazing day to remember forever!!! This venue is gorgeous and their staff/vendors are top notch! read more

This place is not only stunning on its own but a well-oiled machine. We fell in love with this venue immediately! We barely added any decorations as the property has so much greenery and character. It is impressive how many events are done here and it shows. Every step of the process was smooth, our coordinator Hannah held our hand through everything and was a rockstar the night of! She even bustled my dress! You get the entire venue to utilize as you wish. We loved that we didn't have any other distractions, just a gorgeous villa for us to be in our own world for the night. Our guest were impressed as it feels like walking into a European villa! read more

As a disclaimer I was only the attendee not a paying customer, but everything was top notch at this wedding destination! We started outside in a beautiful courtyard seated in front of a beautiful fireplace (unlit, it was end of April). Everything is decorated in an Italian villa style with large stone columns and plush green landscaping. After the ceremony we went inside a happy hour area with several high top tables and bartenders. Dinner was then served buffet style in a beautiful spacious room with dance floor and dj. As I understand it they offer all these items to you as a package you get to pick and choose what you want and don't want. I would highly recommend this location for anyone in the Valley. read more

Villa Siena was amazing and Kayla was a phenomenal coordinator. Exceeded our expectations and made our day so special.

We just had our wedding at Villa Siena a few weeks ago - and it was SUCH an amazing experience. We opted for catering and cake to be provided via the venue as part of our package. We received so many compliments on both the space and food from our large wedding (175 guests). We booked Villa Siena in June 2018 for our Nov 2019 wedding and were so glad we did. Jenna was absolutely amazing to work with, and made the process seamless for us - even when there were hiccups on our side. Highly recommend her as a wedding coordinator and am so glad we got to work with her! read more

I felt liked she had everything in control and ensured all parties were where they needed to be. I was able to focus on enjoying the day and not any of the stress for flow of events. My experience with Villa Siena was nothing short of amazing! Every bride knows how stressful planning a wedding can be, especially if you're doing it by yourself, which I was. My then fiancé, now husband, and I looked at about five different venues before we settled on Villa Siena. We had a friend get married there previously and was so mesmerized by it, but always assumed it'd be way out of our price range. To our surprise, it wasn't! We booked our July wedding in September and were able to make monthly payments, which really helped! I had Devin as my coordinator, who was extremely prompt when I would send over a million questions. She answered them all very thoroughly and it made me feel like she really cared during the whole planning process, which was very comforting. Devin reached out to all my vendors before our big day and coordinated all the arrival times and gave them the important information they needed, which really helped relieved a lot of stress from me. During my wedding, my dress unfortunately kept having minor malfunctions and Devin was to the rescue every time. She kept the flow of my day smooth and all the questions and concerns off my plate. After the wedding, I had incredibly positive feedback about Villa Siena. Guests said the staff was extremely polite, accommodating, and that the building itself had a charm and magic about it. They especially loved the ballroom, some even calling it a "fairy tale setting." If I could go back in time, I would pick Villa Siena a thousand times over. Thank you for making our day so perfect! read more
