This venue is BEAUTIFUL and photos do not do it justice! It has such a romantic feel and we did not need to decorate nearly as much as we would've needed to with the other venues we were considering. My husband and I planned the entire wedding out of state (by ourselves) and our wedding coordinator, Kelsey, helped us with everything we could have missed. We went with their dinner package and it was great!! Our guests said it was the best food they've had at a wedding. Back in 2014 I won a sparkler contest for my wedding from Villa Siena. Being in the wedding industry myself I have had the pleasure of helping several Brides and Bridal parties get ready for their events. When my sister booked her wedding at Villa Siena I was ecstatic! Unfortunately things happen and she will no longer be getting married. My sister and our family are feeling many emotions but hearing that the venue gave us little to no options to recoup the THOUSANDS of dollars we invested in the wedding at Villa Siena we are very disappointed! Again, being in the industry I understand contracts are in place however all the other vendors gave some sort of reimbursement. I needed to cancel my wedding which is 5 months out and they wont let me I have paid 4447 so far and they did NOTHING I looked at the venue 12/15/2019 and the first lie was the catering would be $25 per person which is not bad when I called the catering company they advised me that the person I spoke to misinformed me that it is $43 a plate and have to pay an additonal $500 if I wanted flatware and dishes included. So it just has been snowballing every since Villa Siena DID nothing up to this point why should they keep my money I can no longer make payments I have been out of work since my company shut down So I can NO longer make the 2400 a month payments! I was only advised at the time of signing that I would loose my $500 deposit if I do cancel!!!!! Well, after having our wedding with Villa Siena, I have to say it was the greatest decision we've ever made. The entire thing was flawless, from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Hope was magnificent and made every little detail we wanted happen. She helped me organize a surprise for my husband of a groom's cake (with short notice, too), and never made us feel like we were burdening her with too many requests or questions. My fiance and I toured Villa Siena as a potential venue for our wedding. We ended up booking a different venue, but I was so impressed with Villa Siena that I just had to review it. We were given a private tour of the extremely beautiful grounds and it was clear from the start that a wedding here would be amazing. They have three different places to choose from for ceremony/reception/dinner and all of them were gorgeous. The outdoor garden would make for a stunning ceremony and we loved the ballroom as a reception site. They also had a smaller room next to the garden that would be awesome for cocktail hour. Their all-inclusive packages were very well-priced and seemed like they would make planning the event a lot simpler. After the tour, our guide sat us down and priced out our wedding. They really knew their stuff and gave us a really comprehensive, no-nonsense estimate which is something I really appreciated because a lot of places seem to have hidden fees and rules. None of that here, they were straightforward and very knowledgeable. We went with another venue simply because this other place had more of the "feel" we were looking for, but Villa Siena was a very close second choice. I came here for a wedding and this venue is very elegant. It is a Tuscan style with vines and fountains everywhere. The food was delicious. I had potatoes, tortellini, chicken and a chipotle salad. The salad was my favorite! The waiters and coordinators at the venue were very attentive and kind. Our table was missing a place setting and chair and they quickly solved our problem and were so nice. All in all, it's a beautiful venue for an event. read more

Devin was our coordinator and she was always there for us when we needed her and had questions. She answered emails and calls right away. We had our wedding ceremony and reception at Villa Siena and we loved it! The place is absolutely gorgeous! The venue price is comparable to other venues in the area such as Wright House, Stonebridge Manor, etc. however the feeling you get from Villa Siena is just breathtaking! My boyfriend and I just attended a wedding here tonight and everything was so perfect. I especially want to give a huge shout-out to all the staff because everything was flawless and efficient. My wedding day at Villa Siena could have not gone more perfectly. Not only does Villa Siena offer the most beautiful backdrop for wedding photos, but they are a well-oiled machine. While Villa Siena is mostly all-inclusive, we opted to also add in their DJ and florist. They made everything so easy and seamless for us. Their food is also incredible and so visually pleasing. The people who work for Villa Siena are truly top notch. I first want to speak to our venue coordinator Jenna Conklin - She is AMAZING. I could rave about her all day long. She was so attentive to us throughout our 14 months of planning, but also managed our entire wedding day and made sure everything ran perfectly. She did everything from coordinating with our vendors the day of the wedding to bustling my dress , pinning boutineers on the groomsman, and honoring any in-the-moment requests. I could go on and on, but Villa Siena has found a gem in Jenna. Now for our florist that was paired to us through Villa Siena, Blume Events - they made our floral dreams come true. In fact, they surpassed any expectations we had and made truly gorgeous floral centerpieces. Our DJ, also paired to us through Villa Siena, was Marcus from the company RayTheDJ. Marcus is one of the sweetest and most positive people we had met through our wedding process. We gave him creative control of music since he's the pro (gave him little reception guidance and just asked him to feel the vibe of the crowd), and he absolutely killed it. He checked in on us throughout the night, and was prompt with all special request songs. Finally for our photographer Matthew Wheeler. Matthew wasn't vended through Villa Siena, but he has experience there. He has an unmatched talent in photography and an amazing eye for the most spectacular shots. I had an absolutely terrible wedding reception here. The communication with the schedulers were difficult and on the day of our wedding they called saying they could not cash the check because the bank was closed so they would not let us in. Then they ran out of food for the adults and were served children's food. The last 6 tables had no food at all! They said they ran out and had to make a run to Costco!!! They charged us $85 a plate which is ridiculous considering the food was bland. They also held up the entire reception because they ran out of plates for the wedding cake and had to use the dishes used for the main course for the cake. Villa Siena, the facility is a solid '5 stars'. It is a beautiful, elegant and a wonderful place to have and attend a wedding. My wedding there was beautiful and I would not have changed a thing. The detailed architecture is amazing and would recommend the villa to anyone looking for an incredible wedding. However, I give a total of 3 stars because the management and operators of Villa Siena are a '1' because they appeared to care more about their venue than the actual wedding. I felt they were very rude, impersonal and difficult to work with. The bride and wedding should be the most important, however they seemed to care more about their venue. So, if you are a bride looking for an amazing location, villa siena is an excellent choice, just make sure you hire outside of their staff so that your wedding is accomplished the way you want it (as long as you play be their rules). read more

Villa Siena is a venue in its own league. The scenery in and around Villa Siena is breathtaking, the Tuscan architecture is awe-inspiring, and the customer service is beyond amazing. My husband and I used Villa Siena as the venue for our wedding reception and we couldn't be happier with our decision. The building itself was so striking and beautifully put together on the inside that we knew we needed very little decorations to "dress the place up", it was already perfect just the way it was. All we had to do was add our own personal wedding flair to put Villa Siena over the top which took quite a bit of pressure off us when it came to plan our wedding reception! Hannah Swift was instrumental in helping us organize our special day and she did everything in her power to make sure everything went off without a hitch, which alleviated a lot of wedding planning pressure. With Hannah's guidance and meticulous attention to detail, we were able to customize and personalize Villa Siena to our wedding theme effortlessly.
