We recently had my daughters Quinceañera here. When we first went into this venue to see it / discuss pricing / packages the lights were dim but it was decorated for an event they were about to have. The place looked pretty nice at first- the owner seemed nice at first & really talked up the venue/ made it sound like it would be a smooth seamless process. Unfortunately after we paid the deposit and booked the date we ended up having a terrible experience with Pearls Banquet Hall. They only care about money and are NOT helpful at all. So much misinformation. They constantly changed what they were telling me regarding what was included and the timeline for the event. I did NOT include food or cake in my package but was told that the general package does include plates, utensils , soda, water , ice (for the soda), napkins. Like a week prior to the event I was told that plates and utensils would only be provided for the food but not the cake (which makes no sense being that neither food or cake was ordered through the venue). I also specifically asked if they would have a spot to keep the beer cold and I was told yes that the beer could go in the freezers and that we ONLY needed ice for the liquor. So we took the beer a day before the event to make sure they would be cold. However, the day of the actual event we were told we needed to get ice for the beer. So for more inconvenience some of our family/guest had to leave the event to go buy ice. No one had called me to go over the final timeline and details. I was very stressed out that the whole event would be a disaster and I texted the owner multiple times telling him I was concerned as we have yet discussed the final details/timeline. The only thing this place has going for it is the DJ (Saul). He helped get our timeline situated and even showed up early at the venue to accommodate for my daughter and her damas to practice before the event. Kitchen area and bathroom had roaches. The table cloths looked dirty / stained and had holes. The chairs were dirty (even though the owner Abdul specifically told me they would be cleaned prior). You could tell the drapes have not been washed in years. There were rotten blueberries on the couch in the dressing room area and the couches were very dirty. The whole place was hot every time I visited the venue as well as the day of the event. Overall I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Majority of the staff is rude. The owner just cares about the money and does NOT care about the quality of service. They don't bother to get back to you and are never on time when you are supposed to meet and are almost impossible to get ahold of. Their photo video company is a joke and are non responsive. There was many more issues but too long to fit all of it in this review. Just DONT do it - save yourself the stress and hassle and go somewhere else.

The perfect wedding with a perfect venue…read more As soon as we walked in for our first tour we knew this had to be our wedding venue. All pricing was mentioned up front and very transparent. They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.

Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

Our experience was extremely disappointing. After what was a fun party for the kids, I received a harsh email accusing our group of things that simply did not happen. We did not sit outside honking -- we quietly unloaded and waited. The car alarm going off belonged to another business nearby. I personally decorated the cupcakes and cthat I brought myself, with permission from staff. We never touched any of their food or equipment. The conversations between parents were personal and respectful -- any claim otherwise is completely false. Instead of reaching out to clarify or make a quick phone call, the owner chose to review surveillance and send an accusatory message filled with misinformation. It felt like an invasion of privacy and showed very poor judgment. All ten families who attended have agreed we won't be returning -- and we'll be sharing this experience so other parents know what to expect. It's unfortunate, because the children enjoyed themselves, but the lack of professionalism from the owner completely overshadowed the event. Also we are not invited to return per the Owner, Angela! Attached are the "footage" she provided. Why IDK. I clearly know I decorated the cakes I provided! -- A very disappointed mom

My husband and son picked up the florals just before the ceremony at Amanda's home office, our order was so small and the ceremony was nearby, so it was better to pick up the flowers ourselves. The one and only error on the order was there were supposed to be ribbons around each centerpiece vase. But we easily tied some extra ribbon around each vase at the ceremony venue. The bride loved the bouquets, the centerpieces were lovely, we were very pleased with all the florals. Amanda added eucalyptus leaves as an accent to the vases and bouquets, all looked beautiful. They truly lasted and were used on Thursday at both the ceremony and reception venues, then again on Saturday at a second informal reception at the newlyweds' home. Amanda is very creative and is a total flower nut, and I say that as a compliment. My daughter wanted a very traditional "look" and was a tiny bit nervous about Amanda, since she features very unusual florals on her website. But Amanda "delivered" with fresh and beautiful flowers in the right colors, the bouquets sized exactly right, and charming accents. Butterfly Petals gets an A minus, only because the ribbons were not on the vases as specified in the order. I would have no hesitation in recommending Butterfly Petals.

The only feedback I have is that we intentionally ordered a bit more food than we needed but then, last minute, a few guests were not able to come, so, that left us with quite a bit of extra food. We paid for the server package so Tennille and another employee did the food service and clean up but I had nooo idea how much extra food we truly had. Although it is very common for there not to be seconds for guests, because they knew how much food was still untouched, I would have appreciated them just letting me know because we could have had the DJ make an announcement for our guests to get seconds. I didn't know how much extra food we truly had until we were packing up the truck. Other than that it was a wonderful venue. I really appreciate that we could bring in all of our own vendors except for the bartender. You have to use their bartender, Christian, but he is FANTASTIC and has several different packages to choose from.

We were told to reach out when we were ready to leave so she could unlock the gates. When the party ended, I texted her as instructed, but she refused to open the gates. She claimed no such arrangement had been made and told us we would have to walk all the way to the front entrance and then back to our vehicles, instead of simply unlocking the gates. This situation was frustrating and unnecessary, especially after being given different instructions earlier.
