My husband and I are casual bowlers, and we came here with a bunch of friends and relatives. It was nice that we could play for our own games. The rental was pretty easy, but staffing seemed to be an issue. We ordered food, and it took a while and then they forgot our drinks the first time around. $5.46 for a fountain soda is really crazy, but they make their money off food and beverages. We still ordered it! We got chicken tenders and fries, also not bad for what it was. Coming in, we knew we're paying a lot of money so it didn't hurt to see the money disappear lol Their arcade area was decent, there was a huge empty space and their photobooth was out of order. I'm sure the word "lifetime" is supposed to make it sound like a great deal, but when I'm already paying to rent a bay and hit golf balls, charging me another $6 just to exist in the Topgolf ecosystem feels a little aggressive. Congratulations, Topgolf. I am now officially a lifetime member of something I never asked to join. And then there's the $5 soft drink. Five dollars. For a soft drink. At that price, I expected it to come with a small financial consultation and possibly a 401(k). The whole experience just felt overpriced for what you actually get. Because we made the mistake since no one told us that it only applies to probably something like something super generic and mediocre like coors or michelob ultra etc. my husband ordered the juicy jack from San tan so he charged us 20 dollars on top of the 30.99. So a grand total of 50.99+ for a pitcher of beer and by far the worst pizza I've ever had in my entire life and I've eaten my fair share of pizzas around the world. My daughter who is 2 also loves pizza couldn't even tolerate the sauce like myself. No one enjoyed it. At all. We did enjoy the bowling aspect and the arcade games for my little one since she can't sit still. Employees/service was definitely nothing to write home about what so ever. So if you are going in to have a good time don't expect like stellar service or anything. It's giving very like I'm here I'll do the bare minimum but nothing above that. I was able to get the ball, custom drilling, & custom finger inserts for ~$200. The new ball is absolutely amazing and worth every penny!!! This place is an entertainment hub for all the littles AND the bigs! I'm talking games galore, bowling, a bar, pizza buffet, and there's a bunch of private party rooms as well. According to my friend, the prices are great, because they include unlimited trips to the buffet with a wristband and game play. The reserved section we had on the side of the bar worked well. We had a server who checked in on us often. The kids had a great time and so did the adults. The restrooms are clean and there's so much for everyone to do. Just be aware that on weekends, it is super crazy and there were little kids running around, so be careful if you're walking with your plate from the buffet!! Parking was pretty packed on a Saturday, too. I would recommend this place if you're the type to get your money's worth.
