It is concerning that the individual who reported misconduct was barred while the situation regarding the manager remains unresolved and i am now banned while this conitnues between DjLadyVee and Chris. Along with another neighboring couple we waited 17 minutes for service. It wasn't busy at the bar to feel that was necessary. But the bartenders were not observant of the entire bar. We missed our tea time and was able to get it rescheduled thankfully, thinking 15 minutes was enough time to grab a soda and a beer. I finally asked as one was serving guests who came well after us what is the process. He mentioned the other bartender has our side, I said she hasn't looked our way once, I assumed she was just servicing the servers.
