Great place to bowl a few games with a beer! I come here weekly to practice my games. I enjoy the atmosphere and the staffs are nice. No complaints here.

I ordered the Double Cheeseburger with the Cotton Candy Shirley Temple ($4.99 extra). We decided to bowl for 2 1/2 hours; it was so much fun! We went around noon on a Monday before the crowds, so only a few lanes were full at the time. The food was so good and flavorful! The burger was so juicy and cooked perfectly! I loved the drink; it was so fun and a great photo op! We played a few games of billiards , and afterward, we decided to check out the arcade. I was a little sad some games were out of order, so I only got to play a few, but overall I had a great time! This is such a great deal for the price and what's included! I definitely recommend checking it out!

The pass included 2 slices of pizza as well, the kids got meal tickets to cash in. Mini sliders came with smashed patties, caramelized onions, special sauce, lettuce & tomato. They were listed as an appetizer but I preferred if over a full size burger because of the crispy edges & meat : bread ratio. Salads, fried pickles, fries, Brussels sprouts, etc were all very well made. I was honestly surprised on the quality of everything because my bar was set on Dave & Buster's. Highly recommend for groups of kids. We will definitely be back!

So many cool games to play, lots of drink choices, and an inviting atmosphere makes this place a great venue to visit for a night out with friends or even a solo visit! Unfortunately, that is only when this place is functioning properly. The food is really not great, but my biggest gripe by far about this place is the service. I have gotten good service maybe three times.Every other time the servers either do not come to us, take extremely long, or are rude and acting like we're messing up their day by asking for basic customer service. Just the other day my friend and I ordered tower station. When we received the beers, they were absolutely not tower station. We asked to switch beers and our first server was very kind and accommodating. Then out of nowhere came this (im assuming supervisor?) that said "what happened with the beers? I checked the keg its fine." with a super rude attitude. It was so awkward my whole friend group talked about it afterwards. Additionally, I don't think I have ever had the same server/bartender twice. The turnover rate is likely very high. This place has so much potential. I really wish the owners took its management seriously and hired some competent servers. Want to rate it higher.

Sunday thru Thursday their games are half price and if you really want to stretch your buck you order off the eat and play menu. We ordered burgers and chicken sandwich with the $35 game card which then cost us $39 for the meal and the pay card. The human crane was $20 extra to do and it had blow up pool like toys in it. My goddaughter wanted the experience but not the toys she would have rather there be stuffing like Squishmellows, State Fair game type prizes for variety. I agree with the 11yo! BFF and I took our kids here today for their birthdays boys are 25 and girlie is 11 and its a perfect place for mixed age groups. We are around 50 and when the kids played we sat in their comfy chairs at our table. They really have the best seating area. So comfy because they know you're going to be there for a while. We went Sunday at 4pm and by 6 almost all the tables were full. We made reservations which I always recommend! The food was average nothing that stands out. It was good, we weren't expecting anything above what it was. The deserts were delish i have a horrible sweet tooth as does my bff and we enjoyed our cake and brownie deserts. They are generous portions so we split it between 4 of us and baby girl had a strawberry milkshake. All was enjoyed. The lost star was for the drinks. For the cost we expected to taste and later feel some effects of having alcohol especially after 3 drinks ea. Nope. So we know for next time drinks elsewhere as there's plenty of options around the area. While we where there we had 2 servers, shift change, they were very attentive nice and got everything right.

It's cool place to run into and meet people you probably never would be otherwise who likely play the same stuff as you. There's snacks for purchase inside, a subway in the other part of the building, a convenient store that has everything on the other side.. so really there is everything you could ever need. The lighting on the inside is cool, and the computers run everything, are in good condition. The only downside I ever ran into was that sometimes you need to hunt around for a working headset, but other than that . 10/10

Genuinely just not a space for anything besides casual gameplay, the first thing I noticed…read moreimmediately were these plastic bumpers between each desk. Understandably they're there to keep everyone within their designated ~42 inch square but realistically there's no way to aim here, you will absolutely smack your mouse into the bumper if your normal sens exceeds 15cm/180. That math might sound kinda funky but they have a full 100% keyboard with a numpad, so you lose all that space in practice unless you curl up in a wildly unnatural position and rest the keyboard on the plastic bumpers but nothing I did even remotely made this place comfortable. It's as if they've never had anyone play a shooter here, or everyone who ever has had an eDPi of 12000 or higher. They aren't really equipped for MMOs either, every mouse in sight was a Razer Deathadder Essential, no Nagas or Scimitars or even a knockoff 12 button, so unless you're clicking your buttons or reaching to the = key naturally on a full sized keyboard you're crippled. I picked up a 5 hour session off the rip because my buddies in town and I only have one PC in my place, I couldn't even survive 30 minutes here before just giving up and deciding to watch him play, but even a guy who never gets to play, who really wants to play, couldn't survive more than an hour and a half of his five hours. Side note, we pushed in our chair to make space to walk through the aisle and the light rattle of the desk sent a PC for a whole bootloop back to BIOS. If you aren't desperate it's something, but don't come here for Overwatch or Valorant or CSGO or really any shooter.

It was so busy around noon, but it was also Good Friday so a lot of people didn't have work or school. Fortunately, we were able to book a tee time. We chose 18-holes which was two 9-hole games, on different courses. Game one was on the first level. It was actually so much fun. I loved the setup - you can see your group's info on the TV screen each time you move to the next hole. Your golf balls are tracked, so it can keep score for you. Our second game was upstairs where there was a big party finishing up ahead of us. That did slow things down a bit, but understandably. Our favorite part of each round was trivia, where you aim the golf ball into either the true or false slot to answer the question on the TV screen. Service was great - both guys that checked us in for each game were very helpful. Also, someone ahead of us had an issue with their golf ball not registering any movements, but a staff member quickly replaced it with a new ball. The staff member who oversees each course can also put in drink orders for you. That's convenient, but we didn't order anything. The game moves pretty quickly anyway. Lastly, they have a weekday offer where you buy one 9-hole game and get 50% off a second game. We would definitely come here again!

We got lucky and walked in when it was still chill, but halfway through our game it started filling up fast and felt pretty packed. There are two levels, and you get to pick which side/station you play on, so choose wisely! Service was a little hit or miss--the person who checked us in was super sweet, but when we went to grab our ball and putter, the associate seemed rushed and didn't really explain things. Thankfully we'd been before, so we already knew what to do. Pro tip: go for the unlimited play--it's the best deal. The only downside is that one person has to pay for the whole group instead of everyone paying separately (unless I totally missed something). They've also got food and drinks if you wanna snack or sip while you play. Overall, such a fun experience and perfect for both adults and kids!

My husband told her we wanted the $45 coin pack and split that between 4 D&B cards with 68 coins in each card bc we knew they wouldn't want to be there that long and ordered food. She forgot to get our cards and we didn't see it for awhile. My husband had to remind her and she was like "oh let me go get them". Then she never brought our napkins and silverware we asked twice and she never brought them, we had to get them from the bar. Towards the end of AFTER everything happening is when she was more attentive. Again, she is very nice! Instead of splitting between the 4 cards which we've done many times before (regardless of what the manager said) they charged us the 4 player pack making it about $150 when my husband went to see how much the cards had left we saw it had over 330 coins and he said it should be way less, that's when we learned what happened, the waitress admitted that it was her mistake she thought he said the player 4 pack deal. She got her manager and they said there was nothing they could do bc they used the cards even though 2 cards had 330 left. One card never even had that much. We explained we wanted the $45 deal split between 4 cards and the manager said they don't do that BUT THEY DO AT OTHER LOCATIONS. Even if they didn't do this, the server should have said at the beginning we don't do that AND WE WOULD HAVE PICKED ANOTHER OPTION, for the coins. The bill ended up being $325 with drinks and food. We were expecting to spend $150ish but the player pack being $150 was not what we had in mind. We had no choice but to pay it all and didn't want to be those "Karen's" because we aren't those people, causing a scene. We didn't want to keep talking about it, and going around and around with the manager. So we paid it and left! The waitress kept apologizing saying she misunderstood but in the end there is nothing they would do. I think they said they could take $15 off of one card but what's the point? It didn't make a difference. I told my husband maybe he shouldn't have even said the word "player" it may be confusing, but he did tell her he wanted the $45 coin pack option and split those to 4 cards and again even mentioning so the cards will have 68 coins. When I sent a group chat to a group of friends, who we all go to D&B to hang they said the queen creek one was the worst one, which is why we as a group never went. I've been new to AZ for 2 years now, but live in queen creek so that is why I took my family to this one. NOW we know NOT to go to this location. I want to add the food and drinks were very good at this location too.
