Whoaaaa!!! Jake's Unlimited is like a huge Chuck E. Cheese and Boomers rolled into one! Never been here before, but a friend invited me to her granddaughter's birthday party and I was in a funk so I went to check it out. This place is an entertainment hub for all the littles AND the bigs! I'm talking games galore, bowling, a bar, pizza buffet, and there's a bunch of private party rooms as well. According to my friend, the prices are great, because they include unlimited trips to the buffet with a wristband and game play. The reserved section we had on the side of the bar worked well. We had a server who checked in on us often. The kids had a great time and so did the adults. The restrooms are clean and there's so much for everyone to do. Just be aware that on weekends, it is super crazy and there were little kids running around, so be careful if you're walking with your plate from the buffet!! Parking was pretty packed on a Saturday, too. I would recommend this place if you're the type to get your money's worth. We decided to come hang out for my brothers birthday since the last time we were here was his 18th birthday 12 years ago. Underwhelming is an understatement.. half of the games didn't work or give the pieces of the games needed to play the games. It was dark. The buffet was a nightmare. The selection was awful, and again so dark you could barely see. Of the five dishes that were offered, the pizza was decent and the Mac and cheese pasta would have been great if the fresh batch they had brought out was actually hot. But it was cold. The dessert options were just cookies since they never restocked the Rice Krispie treats, and ice cream which was actually good. No toppings for it though. It was definitely a one time thing and we'll be sticking with where we usually go. I'd recommend going elsewhere where to for the price. I remember it being a lot more fun and bright all those years ago. Sucks to see it so dull now. HOWEVER. If I could give just 5 big ol stars to Bartender Jake I would. He was great! Honestly for the price they charge now there's not much to play. Theres barely any arcade games and the few that's here are mostly broken or don't work right. We spent $100 for us to be here with not much to do. We thought the new pixel game would be included in the 3 hr game pass but it isn't. The mini go kart is for little toddlers that my kids couldn't go on. It's definitely a disappointment for us. We used to come often when it was more affordable even tho games were still out of service most the time. We thought with the new changes there would be more games available or at least not broken. This trip was a random idea one day and not for a party. My daughter had been asking to go here for a while and we finally decided to check it out. I bought discounted tickets ahead of time which I thought would save us time, but not really. There was definitely a staffing shortage and not enough people to run all the rides, but the people that were there were bouncing bavk and forth so the kids could rude everything. There was a good amount of games for kids to play ad well. My favorite is always the clown game :) The buffet was so so, like most buffets. My kids wanted pizza and cookies. My husband and I tried the salad and pasta. It wasn't too bad, nothing spectacular though. My biggest problem was the lack of any supervision near the food. Kids run rampant in this place and no one is watching. That is a parenting fail, obviously. But the food is unsupervised so kids are running up and grabbing cookies in an unsanitary way and ice cream was everywhere! Full cones of ice cream were being dropped on the floor with no one to notice or pick up. Would we go back? Probably not. It was more than I want to pay for the experience I had. Disappointed is mild compared to what I felt. The food was awful. Who has canned fruit on a buffer? Would it hurt you to have some fresh fruit? Then, who offers a oriental chicken salad, with only ranch, Cesar, or Italian dressing? That is just sacrilege. They also had chicken Alfredo, but where was the chicken? None to be found, anywhere. I've been coming here over 10 yrs. The quality has dropped so much. The food is gross. The salad dressing expired over a week ago. I got chips because I figure they were safe. Expires in 2 days. Is everything in the kitchen expired? The salad smelled could not eat it. The pizza had nothing on half the slices. I spent over $200 on 2 $130 wrist bands. $18 for me to just watch and over $100 on ticket games. I won't be back I pray we don't get sick. We had an amazing experience. We purchased the Groupon which was $37.50 per person and got unlimited rides and games and $40 on the claw machine (swipe) games. The rides are all excellent. Food isn't high end but perfect for kids! They have pizza, pasta, salad (need to have more fresh salads), baked potato, cookies and ice cream machine. Fruit is all canned which wasn't great. They also have bowling, laser tag, and a VR area. You can easily spend 8 hours here with the kids. Awesome place! read more

Our family recently had the pleasure of visiting Jake's Unlimited for the first time, drawn in by their Teacher's Night promotion. We are thrilled to say that we will definitely be returning, as our 3.5-year-old daughter had an absolute blast. We were there for about 5 hours and my daughter not once asked to leave and kept entertained. We went on a Friday afternoon and stayed until closing time on an event date and it wasn't packed at all. We didn't wait in that long of lines for much other than a short line for prime dinner time. Entertainment: * Rides: Our daughter couldn't get enough of the merry-go-round and tea cups, riding them multiple times. The carnival-style rides are perfect for younger children. * Bowling: We introduced our daughter to bowling during our visit. Jake's provides a device that helps kids roll the ball, which was a hit. The lightest ball available is 8 lbs, which was manageable for me as an adult, but seems heavy for younger children. The upbeat music kept our daughter's attention throughout the bowling game. Additionally, another nice feature is that the bumpers are available and can be set to appear automatically for those who need them. * Arcade Games: There's a vast selection of arcade games suitable for all ages. Our pass included unlimited play on non-ticket games, and we found plenty to enjoy. While we didn't try laser tag due to having a toddler and baby with us, it's another activity available for older children and adults that would be fun. Food: The food was great for the type of setting and it being at an entertainment center catering to adults and kids. I will say, the thought did venture my mind that this was my first buffet since Covid and the thought of all the people, especially kids hands touching the serving food utensils did give me a little cringe feeling! There were several areas to sit and each area had a different theme, which was so cool! The theatre room had a large screen with movie playing, the sports themed room had sports on the TV, etc. There were multiple pasta options, various salads with different dressings, and several soup choices. The dessert selection included ice cream, cookies, sopapilla chips, and Rice Krispy treats. The ice cream was good, the other options were just okay as I prefer super soft cookies over these. The food was replenished in a decent time frame when we sat and ate around 6-6:30pm. There's also a separate area offering additional ice cream treats and candies for an extra charge, though we didn't see many customers using this section during our visit. Overall: We had an unforgettable time at Jake's Unlimited. The combination of engaging entertainment options and satisfying food makes it an ideal destination for families, especially those with younger children. Was disappointed with the unlimited pass you purchase but can only use on the "blue" machine and then there isn't that many of the "blue" machines and some not working. Also the tickets that you earn playing those machines won't load tickets on them to spend for the kids to get little prizes. read more

Me and my family used to come here when I was a kid but before and after Covid it unfortunately lost its spark and we stopped going for years. But after the new owners arrived and they actually showed passion and pure kindness to ACTUALLY put an effort into renovating this into a fun happy place for kids, teens, and adults once more. Trust me when I say it may not be the same as Amazing Jake's years ago, it surely has so much more now. From food to games and even prizes to win there is SO MUCH MORE! And I love to see the new owners actually do this for the community and the kids too, and it shows in their work and what they've done. Inside is very very spacious and has so so many things to do and play. You can play games that other Arcade places make you pay extra to do, from digital games and physical games they are sooo fun. Workers were very nice and clear, let us know all about the cards and different prices. Food was good, I love how all the workers kept everything very clean, if something spilt it would be wiped right away. I also love how there's a movie room for kids and also a separate room for sport channels for adults. There's also screens outside too for parents who want to watch something while also being there to supervise their kids playing. This is a really good place to take your kids, a hangout for teens, birthday parties, family gatherings and honestly anyone. You can come in to eat and watch tv or come to play games! My friends had their daughter's 3rd birthday party here this past Sunday. They booked the VIP Bowling Suite room from 12-1:30pm. I believe they purchased the Elite party package which starts at $600+tax and includes up to 10 players. Each additional player is $60+tax and each additional diner is $15+tax. My friend said they spent around $1,000 for everything here. The room is a good idea for large groups so that you have a dedicated area for friends and family to gather and eat. You also have a dedicated party waitress. She was very helpful and went over everything with my friends at the start. She was attentive. She brought pizzas, pitchers of sodas, plates, napkins and anything anyone had asked for. For the pastas, salads and soups, we walked to the buffet area to grab them. We were given some time to eat before they did cake, which was a little after 1ish. Afterwards, they gave all the kids wristbands to go play. The place is very different from what I remember back in the day. There is now a bar and a bowling alley (not sure if that was there before?). Food is still whatevers. Needs a little upgrade. The pizzas that were brought to the room were good and crispy but the pizzas in the buffet area were not good at all. Tomato bisque wasn't bad but the broccoli and cheddar soup was bland. Pastas were cold when I grabbed them but not horrible. As I was walking around while watching over my friend's daughter, I noticed lot of the arcade games were broken. Many were out of service and some of them didn't work with her wristband. Some of the older kids said the wait for laser tag took a while and VR was a 2hr wait!
