This location is well kept just like the others I noticed. They have a large bar and dining area on the ground level, which is right in the middle of the 3 floors for golfing. Also they have an area that you can purchase some golf gear. The menu is a pretty good size lots of options and the pictures look just like the food which is great. Flavor is on point. I didn't the spicy crispy ckn with tarot tots. The tots were nice and crispy but not over done, and sandwich was also great not too spicy. We also did the loaded fries with bacon they use the crinkle fries. For the bevie I tried the pina colada, served in some kind of mixing can, presentation wasn't anything special but the drink was good:) We had fun golfing as well they have every size you could need for golfing or you can bring your own. We reserved two hours and that was plenty. They also have a chill room on the lower level it has some tables and games and a pool table. Tons of area to park so was easy getting a space Saturday around 10am. read more

Topgolf was definitely fun, but I'm still trying to figure out exactly what part of the experience justified the price. The actual golf was a good time, and there's something undeniably fun about hitting golf balls at targets while pretending that the occasional terrible shot was absolutely intentional. But once the bill showed up, I started wondering if I had accidentally purchased the golf course. The mandatory $6 "lifetime membership" fee per golfer was especially annoying. I'm sure the word "lifetime" is supposed to make it sound like a great deal, but when I'm already paying to rent a bay and hit golf balls, charging me another $6 just to exist in the Topgolf ecosystem feels a little aggressive. Congratulations, Topgolf. I am now officially a lifetime member of something I never asked to join. And then there's the $5 soft drink. Five dollars. For a soft drink. At that price, I expected it to come with a small financial consultation and possibly a 401(k). The whole experience just felt overpriced for what you actually get. We had fun, but it wasn't $5-for-a-soda-and-$6-to-become-a-lifetime-member kind of fun. By the end, I was hitting golf balls and mentally calculating how many Costco cases of soda I could have bought with the money I was spending. Fun experience? Absolutely. Great value? Not even close. I enjoyed myself, but my wallet would like to formally request that we try mini golf next time read more

Such a beautiful day to experience TOPGOLF! Decided to spend Memorial Day here with my family for an hour. Found a great deal on GROUPON! $20 for 6 players but we were only a family of 4! Still fun & worked out. We walk in and everything looks so lively! So fun and such a clean atmosphere. It was very busy day but we play some pole while we waited to be called in. Before we knew it they had our room ready! Our area was nice and our server was attentive. My son had tater tots & it was ok, we order some kind of blue drink it was yum and waters. We don't play golf but this was definitely a fun way to start off. All that matters is that we had fun and left happy! read more

Every Topgolf has provided the same experience and this location was no different. A couple hours of fun at a higher price point, a clean location, with great service is exactly what I expect. All hit the mark! The wait time for a bay was the most we've ever waited, but understandably so when it's popular. I liked the area this location is at. This visit was just to play and no food/drinks were purchased as we had dinner before visiting (due to long wait time). read more

I like this location better than Glendale. This place has a screen in front for the actual golfer to watch the animation. I got a Groupon deal and it was pretty easy to redeem/set appointment. Our server was nice. It was a fairly hot day. She brought us water right away. She left us pretty much to ourselves and checked in right before we left. We didn't need anything else, so good job on reading the room. This TopGolf was in a great location with many food/shopping choices nearby. If I didn't live so far, I would probably be at this one more often. read more

We recently visited Topgolf in Gilbert, Arizona, just before Thanksgiving, and once again, we had a wonderful time! Visiting Topgolf has become a regular part of our trips to Arizona to see my parents, and it's easy to see why. The atmosphere is lively and welcoming, perfect for a group outing or a casual night out. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure everything runs smoothly. The bays are comfortable and spacious, and we love having a variety of games to choose from--there's something for everyone, whether you're a seasoned golfer or just there for laughs. The food and drinks are an added bonus; we enjoyed snacking between swings and sipping on our favorites. Overall, it's a fantastic tradition for us, and we always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Topgolf Gilbert is definitely a spot we'll keep returning to whenever we're in Arizona! read more

Always a good time at Top Golf it was a nice chill environment. We were on level three I prefer hitting my golf ball from that elevation. Our server was attentive. It was a moment since I've been here maybe several years nothing's changed that night just hanging out with some friends. We had good service. The ambience was good as always a normal topgolf atmosphere. The food was decent. We just ordered the nachos with some guac and queso that came out pretty good other than that all in all not a bad date night or hanging out with friends or just there to leave some stress and hit a couple of golf balls. read more

If you just go one time, it can feel a bit pricey especially if you don't split the cost. BUT, if you split the cost with friends it can be a lot of fun. If you golf frequently I highly recommend the platinum membership. I got this for my husband and son to practice all year long and they LOVE IT! They get spoiled rotten by the service staff, treated so well, and pick of the bay location (most of the time). I had been well worth the expense of it. It is a fun place for the family and with the membership it has given us a fun place to go for birthdays and holidays without the added expenses. Plus you get 20% off the food and merchandise. We love this place. read more

Awesome time with the fam! They changed up the menu a bit and new cups! Server was so sweet and attentive. I had the pleasure of scoping out this location as a volunteer for Make A Wish Arizona. I was first impressed when I learned that Topgolf is a collaborator in raising money for Make-A-Wish foundation which is incredible, they donate for every order of donut holes, so please keep those orders rolling in. The food menu here is great, ample and quality is consistent. Everybody is having a blast with their people which is great to see all around. VIP shout out to bartender Javy for exceptional service with a smile! He took care of us the whole time we were there! The coolest part of my day today was pulling up just as a young lady saw my car and told me she was a Make A Wish recipient pulling out with her mother! She let me know we helped grant a wish for her a number of years ago! She was happy to tell me she is official cancer free! So cool! No pricing on the alcohol. Highly unethical. Are they preparing for dynamic pricing?

Visited on a Wednesday evening with no reservation and we got a bay right away. Service was friendly and quick, we ordered food and had it delivered within 10-15 minutes and people checking on us often. Pretty busy for a weekday but the bays are super spacious and a great place. Only took off one star because it is pretty pricey for one hour of play, but still enjoyable and will go again! read more

Took the kids to Topgolf this weekend and had a blast. Waited about 10 minutes to get a bay and they seated us quickly. The kids had an awesome time teeing off and playing the games associated with their drives. Ordered some tater tots and some boneless wings and both of them are very good. It's a cool vibe when everybody around you is having such a great time. Definitely a fun place and definitely worth taking your kids. read more

I came in recently with a group of friends and we had an amazing experience. We came on a weekday and the deals were great. The staff were super friendly and helped us straight to the bay. It was in the afternoon so we weren't super hungry but the apps were good If you on the taller end (6'4 type) , you'll likely want to bring your own clubs. The only gripe I even had was a mistake I made. When I made the reservation I didn't realize there was a notes section and when I asked if we could switch, all the others were booked. They let me know how to do it in the future and all around accommodating. I'm already planning a few more trips in the near future's so I'm not surprised all the bays were full. read more

We have a few golfers in our celebration group, as well as a few non-golfers. I specifically asked if they wanted to do something else and I was told "I like TopGolf, I just don't want to golf." That definitely works for me! The service first time was awesome for a birthday. The second time was spotty and just ok. Everyone has fun competing within the different games. Plus we get some specs about our swing. It's quite hot but there is shade, nearby misters and AC inside if necessary. Only complaint is the music is a bit loud, have to talk over it and it hinders group conversation. Love coming here though!! read more

I am going to start with a negative that literally turned into a 5-star experience....the app is not the most user friendly situation. Getting a person on the phone was challenging. We absolutely love coming to Topgolf! Whether you're an avid golfer, casual, or have never touched a club, you're bound to have a great time. The golf itself is a lot of fun! There are so many different game options to play and for all skill levels! Make it as competitive or relaxed as you want. Seeing the huge colored targets is very cool, too! Definitely recommend coming at night to see them lit up and change colors! The different games make it fun for all ages and the whole family! Topgolf has a lot of other great things too including ping pong and pool tables downstairs and even DJs on the top floor! On the main level, they have a full bar with seating and plenty of TVs. Food wise, it's actually really good! Have tried plenty of shareable/apps and have been impressed. Their beer and drink selection is very good as well. Plus, the servers come right to you at your bay so you don't even have to stop playing! read more

Golf Experience: The Gilbert location's renovations made positive changes to the golfing experience. There is now a large screen near where you hit which help the golfer see his score and what shot he is currently on. The game has been updated to where each golfer goes 4 rounds with 5 shots each per game. This helps keep all golfers on pace. The ball tracking is a little bit different but I believe it benefits less experienced golfers. There were times where the golf ball didn't end up going in the hole, but the tracker said it did. It seems to track the ball based on its initial trajectory and then approximates where it will end up. This can be a good thing as the old system required the ball to go through the target to get points. At times, the ball would get stuck in the net or not register causing no points to be awarded. Now, as long as the initial trajectory of the ball is picked up, the computer simulates where the ball will end up, eliminating this issue. Food: The food was tasty, although portion sizes were on the small side considering price. I think if I had to do it again I would not have ordered food as we played because in two hours we only got through two games due to stopping to eat and we paid by the hour for the bay. Drinks and apps while we play and or dinner somewhere else after would have been a better plan. We ordered the bottomless chips and they were good, but queso had a kick so if you don't like spicy I would avoid it. The chicken tenders were good, but two in our group ordered them and the amount of chicken on each plate looked drastically different. The chicken katsu sliders were delicious. The pretzels were nothing special. The flatbread was probably my favorite out of what we ordered. read more

Great atmosphere, food, and lastly and most important the employees were awesome! Will be going back for sure.

The few times I've been here it's always the same occurring problems. When it's the busy holiday season or just a busy season it's even worse with longer wait times and you get told the wrong thing or our reservation isn't even in the right lane and time. Every time we come we always have issues with "signing onto our account" and it takes forever. Service can be a hit or miss. My kids always enjoy our time here but wish it could be better with all the logistics of things. We always order the tacos which is pretty good and chicken katsu sliders that the kids enjoy. Always make sure to reserve before during busy holiday season or the wknd! read more

My husband and I love coming here for a date. This location is close to our house, so this is the branch we visit the most often. We always order the Nachos (individually loaded up) and the boneless wings. The check-in process is super easy and there is always a worker willing to help if you need help getting started. The staff servicing the bays are fairly quick and seem to be run by committee. I love that it is a great option for golf lovers no matter the weather; it was raining the last time we went and you didn't get any water at all in the bay. We celebrated our teenage son's birthday at Topgolf back in April. We've been to other Topgolf locations and our son has always enjoyed going. We reserved a bay days before and invited a handful of guests. Check-in went smoothly and we were assigned to bay 223. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our server even helped set up the players and games for us and was always quick to respond to our needs. We ordered a variety of food, from pretzel bites and nachos to wings and tacos. YELPies, here we GO-lf again! We came to Top Golf in Gilbert and had such a great time! We had two bays and our competitive nature was ON! We ordered the Chicken Bacon Flat bread, Pretzel Bites, Buffalo Chicken Dip, Chicken Strips and fries (over cooked) , Salad, pitcher of beer and tequila shots. The food was good and the service by Courtney was Top Notch. The atmosphere was lively and open, as you would expect. I gave them a 3 because everything was great until we were rushed out the Bay Area. We still had food we were eating and drinks.. we had just finished the last game and sang happy birthday and cut cake. I was mid chew on pizza and we were told because we finished the game we needed to move. We were told we could go into bar and get a table but, we needed to close out our bills and move. Cleaning started happening around us as some of us were trying to finish food. This is bad business... at least pre educate your patrons that as soon as your game is over.. you won't have time to finish food or drinks that you ordered in the bay area and you will be expected to move. Either way.. we will be back.. just not to celebrate a birthday or anything for that matter. Topgolf prides itself on being a family friendly establishment, yet today proved to us that is not actually the case. Evidence of this is on the website which says verbatim "Topgolf invites everyone to Come Play Around, and we pride ourselves on creating a safe, fun, welcoming place for all. Kids are welcome! " At the front of their business there is a sign which includes buzzwords like "Safety first" and "Family first". Today we brought our 4 year old, 2 year old and 2 month old who were all very excited to visit here for the first time. My husband and I have been going here for years but since having kids it has been harder to visit. We asked if they could accommodate us with the ground floor bay so that we wouldn't be concerned with our 2 year old running off the ledge. They informed us the ground floor (which generally no one prefers) is only for platinum members. Not very inclusive for a family with small children even though they claim to be safe, fun and welcoming. Make it known only families with small children that have platinum status will be able to enjoy their time here. read more

My son arranged a night out with his friends, he reserved 2 bays in advance; he is 15. It is a 20 minute drive to Top Golf from our home, so we decided to reserve a bay for us and our other kids, so we could hang out, instead of driving home. My son didn't realize he needed to have an adult with his party, so when we arrived, I explained the situation to the desk and asked that we try to put our bays together. I was told they could not put the bays together and that they were on different floors, but because we had 2 adults on the premises that it would be fine. We proceeded to our bays, I got one round done and received a call from my son panicking saying a manager was going to kick them out if they did not get an adult in the bay with them in 10 minutes (I'm glad we decided to stay and didn't just drop them off). So I moved to their bay and then sat there doing nothing for the next 2 hours, because both his bays were technically full. The manager did walk by and made sure he gave me dirty looks before disappearing for the night. I understand the rules, and we did try to fix it and I would have been less disappointed if I had been told the truth from the beginning. Instead the very rude manager caused a panic with all of the kids and disrupting the game I had to pay for. I also noticed that when I received the receipt for the night, my son paid significantly more for his game then we did with 1 bay. He told me he was required to pay an additional fee the secure 2 bays next to each other. That makes sense if we had walked in un-prepared and on a busy night, but he reserved it more than a week in advance and it was a rainy Wednesday night. We typically love hanging out at Top Golf, but for the service we received and the price we will probably go somewhere else next time. read more

The food was really good, however the service was terrible. We sat in the dining room/bar area as we came to eat only and not play since we had our small children. We were told to sit ourselves and we sat for 15 minutes before anyone even came to talk to us. Our server Austin, came over and took our order. I felt like he was rushing us. In the middle of taking our order, he looked at his watch as if we were taking too long and he had something better to do. We had only ordered half our food and no drinks yet, and he started repeating the order back and tried to walk away. My husband hadn't even ordered his food yet and we didn't tell him our drink order yet. The food came out pretty quick. It was brought out by another server. Three times my husband had to physically get up and ask the bartender behind the bar for things: 1. Some napkins 2. Some water 3. For the check and a to go box. Mind you all of those times we were being helped by someone other than Austin. He hadn't checked on us not once the entire time we were there. I was really disappointed by his customer service, especially given the dining room was empty and there were maybe only 2-3 other parties sat besides us. read more

This was my very first time at Top Golf. I do not play golf or know anything about golf. As we got to our assigned station, we were greeted by a staff member who asked if we had been there before. I went with someone who had, so we didn't require instructions or assistance setting up. It was a nice day to be playing out in the shade. I decided I liked the biggest club there is as it seems to give me the distance to try and get to those last flags at the end of the field. We didn't do any of the fancy games. We just set it to record all our points. I wasn't sure what to expect but it was a lot of fun! While we were having fun, we ordered drinks and appetizers. It was all really good. I would have preferred a bigger appetizer, but that's OK. My overall experience was fantastic. I will definitely be returning for more. read more
