This location is well kept just like the others I noticed. They have a large bar and dining area on the ground level, which is right in the middle of the 3 floors for golfing. Also they have an area that you can purchase some golf gear. The menu is a pretty good size lots of options and the pictures look just like the food which is great. Flavor is on point. I didn't the spicy crispy ckn with tarot tots. The tots were nice and crispy but not over done, and sandwich was also great not too spicy. We also did the loaded fries with bacon they use the crinkle fries. For the bevie I tried the pina colada, served in some kind of mixing can, presentation wasn't anything special but the drink was good:) We had fun golfing as well they have every size you could need for golfing or you can bring your own. Such a beautiful day to experience TOPGOLF! Decided to spend Memorial Day here with my family for an hour. Found a great deal on GROUPON! $20 for 6 players but we were only a family of 4! I had the pleasure of scoping out this location as a volunteer for Make A Wish Arizona. I was first impressed when I learned that Topgolf is a collaborator in raising money for Make-A-Wish foundation which is incredible, they donate for every order of donut holes, so please keep those orders rolling in. They informed us the ground floor (which generally no one prefers) is only for platinum members. Golf Experience: The Gilbert location's renovations made positive changes to the golfing experience. There is now a large screen near where you hit which help the golfer see his score and what shot he is currently on. The game has been updated to where each golfer goes 4 rounds with 5 shots each per game. This helps keep all golfers on pace. The ball tracking is a little bit different but I believe it benefits less experienced golfers. There were times where the golf ball didn't end up going in the hole, but the tracker said it did. It seems to track the ball based on its initial trajectory and then approximates where it will end up. This can be a good thing as the old system required the ball to go through the target to get points. At times, the ball would get stuck in the net or not register causing no points to be awarded. Now, as long as the initial trajectory of the ball is picked up, the computer simulates where the ball will end up, eliminating this issue. Food: The food was tasty, although portion sizes were on the small side considering price. I think if I had to do it again I would not have ordered food as we played because in two hours we only got through two games due to stopping to eat and we paid by the hour for the bay. Drinks and apps while we play and or dinner somewhere else after would have been a better plan. We ordered the bottomless chips and they were good, but queso had a kick so if you don't like spicy I would avoid it. The chicken tenders were good, but two in our group ordered them and the amount of chicken on each plate looked drastically different. The chicken katsu sliders were delicious. The few times I've been here it's always the same occurring problems. When it's the busy holiday season or just a busy season it's even worse with longer wait times and you get told the wrong thing or our reservation isn't even in the right lane and time. Updating my review. Everyone can have an off day, and other than that day we've always enjoyed our time at Top Golf.

My son arranged a night out with his friends, he reserved 2 bays in advance; he is 15. It is a 20 minute drive to Top Golf from our home, so we decided to reserve a bay for us and our other kids, so we could hang out, instead of driving home. My son didn't realize he needed to have an adult with his party, so when we arrived, I explained the situation to the desk and asked that we try to put our bays together. I was told they could not put the bays together and that they were on different floors, but because we had 2 adults on the premises that it would be fine. We proceeded to our bays, I got one round done and received a call from my son panicking saying a manager was going to kick them out if they did not get an adult in the bay with them in 10 minutes (I'm glad we decided to stay and didn't just drop them off). So I moved to their bay and then sat there doing nothing for the next 2 hours, because both his bays were technically full. The manager did walk by and made sure he gave me dirty looks before disappearing for the night. I understand the rules, and we did try to fix it and I would have been less disappointed if I had been told the truth from the beginning. Instead the very rude manager caused a panic with all of the kids and disrupting the game I had to pay for. I also noticed that when I received the receipt for the night, my son paid significantly more for his game then we did with 1 bay. He told me he was required to pay an additional fee the secure 2 bays next to each other. That makes sense if we had walked in un-prepared and on a busy night, but he reserved it more than a week in advance and it was a rainy Wednesday night. We typically love hanging out at Top Golf, but for the service we received and the price we will probably go somewhere else next time. read more

We celebrated our teenage son's birthday at Topgolf back in April. We've been to other Topgolf locations and our son has always enjoyed going. We reserved a bay days before and invited a handful of guests. Check-in went smoothly and we were assigned to bay 223. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. Our server even helped set up the players and games for us and was always quick to respond to our needs. We ordered a variety of food, from pretzel bites and nachos to wings and tacos.
