Ok so first we get the bottom floor which sucks then next the screen is so glitchy it barley works next the drinks came my drink came with a candy but the candy wasn't there the food tasted like grease and when I asked for a candy the server took 20 mins to get 1 piece of candy and the candy tasted like onions and garlic disgusting the server also never visited our table and the songs were trash i with i could give 0 stars also the angry birds game sucks do not play it because I made it in the blue and green and it did not cout I had to auto lauch so it would cost and trash all over floor DO NOT FREAKING COME read more

We took the family to Top golf for Father's Day. We have gone in the past but it's been a while. We did book in advance so we could guarantee a bay for the time we wanted. What did change is you can check in right from your phone and walk to your bay. Super easy! We got to our bay instantly greeted by our host. She was on top of everything. Got our waters ordered, drinks and food. Food was delivered and frequently came over to check on us. Very fun family outing. But would great for any occasion also. Date night, boys night girls night etc. We definitely plan to go back for a date night and also just some time with the family. Our toddler had the best day ( He Loves golf). Leaving one star review because the app doesn't let a person leave zero stars. We had a party of 16 people this evening. Late night golf is full of LOUD music and groups that want to have fun. Our server was instructed by manager Emma to not serve us anything additional. Apparently golfing after 10 pm requires extreme focus. And a group with 8 kids must control their fun /volume to not drown out the music that can be heard from outside of the facility. The kids were having a good time and were not misbehaving and the adults were cheering them on. It was a surprise to find out that TopGolf is so quick to turn away customers. We have been to this location many times but this will be the last. It was disappointing to have good evening spoiled by the subjective opinion of an individual that is incapable of seeing the context of a large group having fun. read more

I always have amazing time at Too Golf. Just a fun place to hang out with family and friends. I have done also multiple birthday parties and it is always so much fun with meals included in the party package. The service is casual, helpful and friendly. The food is good and simple. I haven't been to Topgolf since I lived in Kansas City so when we came here, everything looked familiar. The interior was clean and resembled the other Topgolf location I had been to. The staff were nice and friendly. We came around 11:20am since we had reservations and played for just over 1 hour. The bay that we had was near the end on the second floor and it was a hot day. The misters helped some but still was hot. The golf clubs looked clean and I didn't run into any issues while playing. We ordered Warm Pretzel Bites ($7.50) and French Fries ($4.25) since we wanted a little snack before we ate our actual lunch. The Warm Pretzel Bites and French Fries were both good to me. I would try other things the next time I'm here. Good place to play some golf and would come back again. read more

I had guests visiting in November and had the most embarrassing situation. Somebody left their underwear with fecies on the bathroom floor. It was men's underwear... my guests and I were mortified. I have never been so disgusted and embarrassed. I went down to the hostess podium and spoke to a young Hispanic woman who claimed to be one of the managers. I doubt she was, by the way she reacted and her lack of surprise. I guess this is a regular thing and not an isolated incident. No apology for the situation, no sense of urgency. No concern for the health of their customers or the cleanliness of their facilities. She didn't even seem to be concerned where it was, because she did not ask any questions at all. I was va unable to find a direct phone number for the Gilbert location. I sent a complaint on the website. I received a phone call, shortly after. The phone call came from Gilbert. However , I was at work and unable to answer the phone. I work in a warehouse and the connection is bad I figured this person would have left me a voicemail message, they didn't. I called back the number and the phone number was attached to the female Food & Beverage Director's phone line. I left a voicemail message and I was never contacted back. I hope the County health department comes in there sometime and catches them with their pants down... no pun intended. I have a lot of friends that live in Northern California... and the people that happened to be here visiting war from Northern California. I don't think they will be visiting anytime soon. I wish we could make reservations before coming but for free. I hate that you have to pay for reservations. We had our kiddo's Birthday party here today and had everyone had an awesome time. The staff was extremely attentive, friendly and ensured all of the kiddo's were well taken care of. It was fun for the kids to do something different than the usual "video games". The food was fresh and the kids really enjoyed the options they had. Topgolf is such a fun and chill place to go to with family and friends. This was my first-time ever going to Topgolf and at this location too. Despite the overcast weather and slight drizzle, there was still people flooding in to play golf on "Half-Off" Tuesdays (where golf games are 50% off the regular pricing). Since it was a Tuesday and we didn't have reservations, we were quoted a 30-minute wait time but only took 15-20 minutes before we got a section to play golf in. There's a bar area, a ton of TV's for entertainment, and extra tables to sit at nearby the designated golf playing areas. You can also order food and drinks while waiting to play or even while playing golf. The objective is to hit the golf balls into the netted pits and score the most points. The golf clubs are labeled and when it's your turn to play, there's an automated golf ball machine where you wave your club so that a golf ball spits out onto the green area for you to shoot your shot. Horrible. Every New Years Day our whole family plans a nice lunch, and afterwards a couple rounds of golf in a bay. Total 8 adults. Never have been disappointed until today. Showed up @ 1:00, secured a table in the restaurant, and the waitress immediately made us feel like we were bothering her. Finally took a drink order. I went up to put our name in line for a golf bay, after lunch, and she said there was a 3 hour wait. Ok, we'll see how it goes. Went back to the table to order an appetizer of pretzel bites to find out they had none. Waitress then informs us she had to leave, and the bar staff would take care of us going forward. What a joke. We decided to leave. On the way out I went to the reservation desk to cancel our 3-hour bay, and she then says "Oh, we can have a bay ready in 15 minutes". What happened to the 3-hour wait? I was really looking forward to going to TopGolf for the first time, but I have to say that my overall experience wasn't all that great. I met friends at the bar and then we headed to our bay. The waitstaff in the bar where I ordered a drink and some guacamole and chips while waiting for my friends was lack luster. My friends arrived and we headed to our bay and I hoped that the staff servicing the bays would be more motivated but their demeanor and lack of enthusiasm really soured my overall experience. The only friendly and courteous staff was at the door where they banded the people who wanted to drink. Everywhere else the staff seemed bored and annoyed, which sucked as the venue is a great place to kick back and some drinks and looks forward to hitting golf balls and having fun. The unenthusiastic staff negatively affect the total vibe in such a negative way. I'm not sure I would go again sadly! read more

They're not always the friendliest downstairs at check in, but upstairs, they are great. They allow some reservations online. Walk ins are welcomed and they don't allow all lanes to be reserved for that reason. They are the least busy when they first open. So that's when we came. A young man came to our lane quickly behind us. He wanted to be sure we had no issues getting set up. Thanked us for coming. Very polite. Our waitress, Jackie, was super friendly and attentive. Happy to accommodate any changes. What you came for. The golfing. They have a club set for men and women. Driver, 3 wood, 3 hybrid, 5 iron, 7 iron, 9 iron and S wedge. Most people here are just for fun and not real serious about it. There are different targets for you to aim at worth various points. Starting at 25 yards all the way to 215. It was $32 an hour up to 6 people. Don't forget to manually tap your name when it's your turn so someone else doesn't get your points. The food isn't great. Margarita pizza came out cold. Thin crust but not crispy. Cheeseburger was good. Game sandwich came out with the ham piled together on one side. Just not a lot of attention to detail. read more

First time there last night. We there were members in our party that were experienced golfers and others that had never even looked at a club before. Everyone had fun! My caution would be that the expenses can add up quickly, so if you are on a budget, be sure to take advantage of the specials/discounts that they offer. Good way to kill a couple hours with your Ohana. Cheaper/less frustrating than a round of golf for four people. We will be back. read more

Not my 1st time here. Been a few times. It's cool for a little while bit otherwise another overpriced entertainment option. Maybe they bank on the fact that golf is an expensive sport so people will pay up to participate in these non-traditional games. Current rates are $37/hr open to Noon, $47 12-5pm, and $59(!) 5pm-close. And that is for weekdays. Weekends are 40/53/63. My friend reserved a spot and had to pay $20 something over the phone. He had to question the server on this because it wasn't noted on the bill. She said that deposit comes off the bill automatically, and what we saw as a charge was already adjusted. But because it isn't noted, we are just supposed to take her word for it? Another thing about the bill is that the charge for play is on the same bill as food and drink. It's as if they are purposely hoping to get patrons to tip higher based on the play time charge. That had nothing to do with the server! Play should be separate from food/drink, and a line item should show money taken off for the charge prior to showing up.They also wanted an extra $1 for cheese on a turkey club. Most club sandwiches I've had already have cheese included. Just another thing that place wants extra $$ everything, and overall they just love to charge for every little thing. Fun for maybe an hour, but be ready for a $150+ bill for a small meal and 2 drinks for 2 people. Good and drinks were okay, nothing crazy good or bad. Decided to go on a date night at Topgolf this weekend and my husband and I really enjoyed our experience! Originally, we tried to go on Saturday night (without reserving a bay... if you reserve online it's $25 with the exception of certain times it is free). Anyway, we were feeling lucky, so we walked up at around 7:00 and the wait was only 30-45 mins. We hadn't eaten yet, so we figured we would go to dinner and come back after. Came back around 8:30, and the wait was 3 hours!! So, if you're going to walk in to Topgolf on a Saturday night, maybe go while everyone is at dinner? Lol. We left, but decided we would come back Sunday after church with hopes that it wouldn't be as busy. Came back the next morning after church at 11:30, and we were able to walk right up to a bay! We were on the bottom floor. Would love to try a 2nd or 3rd floor bay, but maybe next time. Upon entering the bay, we were greeted by our server as well as a few other employees who offered to help us with getting our game set up if needed. Our server was prompt about getting our drink and food orders. I had a frozen strawberry lemonade which was delicious, and my husband and I split the pretzel bites appetizer, and let me tell you... we were both pleasantly surprised! The pretzel bites were amazing! It was the perfect appetizer to enjoy on a Sunday afternoon. Neither my husband or I play golf, so we were definitely newbies with little to no technique or proper form. However, it was a blast! So much so that we were suckered into adding 15 more minutes to our game time because we were having so much fun! We have already talked about coming back with friends or just the two of us again.
