Food and the fun was there, but just an FYI definitely check your receipts before you sign! They charged me $40 more than my actual bill and then claimed it was because we didn't make a reservation (which we did & showed my email confirmation) and didn't come at the time of our reservation ( we actually came 10 minutes early). They never communicated at the beginning that we'll get charged for starting early! Bill went from $91 (was given the wrong bill) to $125 (correct bill, charged $40 more) bill went down to $86 after I voiced they have it all wrong. Blamed me for miscommunication?? Manager was super rude until they knew they ran out of excuses, attitude switched up quick. Thanks Tuwan for ruining the end of our night. read more

I personally like this location better!!! It's a lot more alive and even during the week is busy! It feels like a party on a week night. At night, it's lit up in blue lights which gives out a fun vibe! This will be my future go to location over the Taking Stick location. To be honest I also feel like that this location is more hip and the age ranges are more appealing vs the ages at talking stick is more of the seasoned folks. Nothing against talking stick location but I prefer the outgoing, loud, me inner city, party vibes better. Both locations are cool though and the burgers are . As always.... there's plenty of free parking on site read more

Fun place to hang out with friends for a few hours whether you play golf or not. The food is pretty good too.

Excellent service, I recommend it, a place to relax and make friends. The atmosphere is excellent

This place has very clearly gone down hill. It might have been a cool place to go about 10 years ago, but the whole place is dated. This is especially true considering how expensive this place is! This place is just a glorified version of the batting cages. The only problem is you will end up spending hundreds of dollars for a subpar experience. The food is seriously so bad. The pretzel bites were cold when we got them and the macaroni balls tasted like paste. Every person working there was unbelievably rude on top of that. Lots of them were kids working summer jobs, but even the older staff needed to check their attitudes. Most of us had never been before and were looked at like we shouldn't even bother asking for help with anything. I'm not sure if we had one server or a few because they were basically not around the whole night. My friend had to get up and go to the bar herself for a drink. When the waitress finally came back she said she was dealing with a drunk guy with her manager. I'm not sure what that has to do with us, but she then proceeded to disappear afterwards. This place tries really hard to take every penny it can from you. What we got and paid for in 2 hours would have been better spent at the bowling alley. This place might have served a premium product years ago, but it doesn't anymore. Their prices should reflect the change in quality. I can't imagine I would suggest this as a night out again. It's also funny the business owner on here likes to reply to the good reviews only! The only bad review they replied to was updated to say they never actually reached back out to talk to the reviewer after giving them his "contact information". If you actually cared you could make the effort and not just pretend. read more

Always have a fun time here. You do not need to - and quite honestly it's almost more fun if you don't - have ANY experience golfing to enjoy this place. Never regret going. Food is fantastic and the strawberry lemonade margarita (or something like that. I always know it when I walk in hut seem to forget once I leave) is UH-amazing and the tacos are delish. Favorite game is the Angry Birds which is a family or date night, guaranteed good time. Staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and takes any anxiety edge off by being available , open and honest and fun with any and all questions that you may have. read more

MY RATING: 3.5 ORDER TYPE: Dine-in MY FOOD EXPERIENCE AT TOPGOLF: We went as a group and had a reservation for two hours where we did not have a wait time and were given our bay right away and probably it was because it was a weekday day. We ordered some good food and drinks while one of us was swinging. Firstly, the service was good as the waiter was checking on us to see if we were in need of anything, however the bay was small and was not big enough for seven people. We got a variety of food and drinks. This was my first time having food at Topgolf but it turned out to be good. We ordered all of our food from Bites & Shareables section from the menu: Cheese Fries, Signature Nachos and Tres Tacos (vegetarian). The Tres Tacos were very bland and did not taste that great. It had tacos, avocado salsa, lime crema, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, chipotle slaw and corn tortillas and some sort of spicy ingredient was missing from it. Cheese Fries were simple and tasted good with jalapeno toppings on it. Signature Tacos we ordered were the best. It had tortilla chips, pinto beans, pepper jack, cheddar, monterey jack with guacamole and salad with tomatoes on the side. In fact, we all liked Signature Tacos so much that we had to order it again!!! Overall all the food was good and the group really enjoyed it. For drinks: I ordered Top Golf Sangria as a drink which had Pinot Grigio, Vodka, Aperol, white peach, mango, citrus sour, and pineapple. Overall, the food was good and I would recommend trying out some of these sides while swinging at Topgolf. Topgolf donates $1 from every order to the Make-A-wish foundation which was really sweet. PROS: Tasty Food Good for groups CONS: It would be better if the menu had some directions/signs for Vegetarian, Gluten-free dishes. Also, It would be good if there was more space at bay areas for bigger groups because some of us had to stand. read more

Big fan of this place! I am an avid TopGolfer, and I had a great experience at this location. I went over Labor Day weekend and was expecting a wait even though I had a reservation and we legit walked right up to our bay with no problem. The service was phenomenal and the food/drinks were great. Highly recommend the flatbreads!!! Main reason for going to this location over Scottsdale Topgolf was that we did not have to pay to reserve. read more

Every Expectation was satisfied food Service and Ambiance Highly Recommended . I'll will be Back

Always a great time! Excellent food, service and drinks. Not cheap but well worth it!! My friends and family love our trips to Topgolf.

Employees are just a bunch of jerks. Front desk guy named Cole has a major attitude problem. I called the day before my reservation and was met with some major attitude after waiting for about 20 mins on hold. I just wanted to clarify a few party details and this lady was super rude. Upon my reservation time , we got greeted by this curly haired dude named Cole at the front desk. Idk if he thought he's hot stuff or what but he needs a reality check. No one from middle school should treat a big group of family like he did after asking for special request. Overall the experience sucked . We chose to not eat any food since people in my party thought it looked bad read more

Not good service. Food was cold. Don't go there. Disrespectful leadership. Everyone there judge me and my friends.

Super fun. Great food, beverages and service. A great place for family fun or date night. Highly recommend.

I love TopGolf! We just celebrated my daughter's 10th birthday there. We live in San Diego but we hosted her party at the Roseville, Ca. location because we were there for her gymnastics competition. However, my husband and I were very disappointed by the service. We booked our party at 6:30 pm. The policy and contract that we signed stated that parties would have 20-min. prior to the event to setup and decorate. We we arrived at 6:10 p we were told that our area was not ready. Our guest arrived at 6:30 and we were still not at our bay. Our guest waited until 7:00 pm until our bay was ready and then we had to decorate in 10-min. I was so disappointed and embarrassed. The manager didn't give us a discount. We were told we would be given extra time at our Bays. That didn't work because the party was over at 8:00 pm because the girls had an 8:00 am gymnastics competition the next morning. While I love TopGolf I'm very disappointed in the Roseville location. Our host Jamal was amazing and he did everything he could to make it up. But TopGolf should really organize their schedules better, especially when customers spend over $700 for one hour and it was a 10th birthday. read more

Top Golf is such a fun way to get family or a group of friends together for a night out. Although it is a little bit more on the pricey side if you are on a budget, it is still a great time. Their food is surprisingly good and their Buffalo cauliflower is to die for. This location has great views from the top row! read more

Decent place to basic games and over priced food. Do not come here if you're celebrating anything. Came here for my birthday with my parents. Told the waiter and everyone about the occasion. They treated it like it was just another table. Did not feel special. Again DO NOT COME HERE LOOKING TO CELEBRATE YOUR ACHIEVEMENTS. THEY DO NOT CARE read more

We had a great experience. We came shortly after they opened and went straight to a bay. They grabbed us some lefty clubs and we were swinging away in just minutes. A short time later we had our drinks and then food. Carlos, the manager, also came to check on us and ensure everything was going well. We received refills on the drinks without asking. It was an excellent experience and we will definitely be back when we are in the area. read more

This was good top golf. Efficient service for our event. Servers were polite and efficient as well. Would recommend!

First, I always enjoy visiting. The environment, food, and service are okay. However, you can add TopGolf to the list of AZ companies that does not accept mobile ID (e.g. AZ Mobile ID or Apple Wallet). This is frustrating because there is no clear communication or signage to plan accordingly ahead of time. Plus it makes for inconsistency from business to business. When asked why, the attendant simply said it's up to businesses to decide. Looks like TopGolf corporate can do some modernizing in this area. If state and federal agencies (police, TSA, etc) accept these forms of ID, I don't get why someone checking ID's for drinks won't? Hopefully I can revise this review one day to a five star like it should be. read more

I had never been to Top Golf, so when my friend told me she lived down the street it was a must on our schedule. Getting there: I didn't drive, but I remember seeing the lights when we exited the freeway. Experience: For a Halloween night it was pretty crowded. We were able to get our own bay (no neighbors), and our waitress was the shit! She consistently checked up on us, we even asked her to do some hits with us and she was down. For the night, between 5 people, a couple rounds of drinks and 2.5 hours of golfing it came out to a little under $300, which I was surprised about because we ordered buckets of drinks each round. read more

So much fun!! Came on a Sunday night + had a reservation. The Angry birds game is fun and really helps with your short game skills. This location is near lots of cool attractions such as a gun range and gameplay center. After 2 hours I was exhausted and my hands were raw. Bring golf gloves if you have one/two. Highlight of the visit was the guy behind the counter telling me beginner info because I'm a female. Shot straight about 150 yards with the 9 iron on my first try. *smirk* read more

This place is a must, whether you play golf or not. This is a perfect place to go with family and friends. Adding the Angry Birds feature makes even more enjoyable, ensuring that the kids have an even more memorable experience. The customer service was excellent. A fair warning, we did have to wait a couple of hours before we could get a bay. But it was well worth. read more

Well this review is mostly for how management responded yesterday. I was with a large group of people. A window pane fell from one of their roll up garage door style doors. It landed and shattered into a million pieces. And it landed HARD. You could hear it a long ways away. The manager comes up and says "did someone hit it with a golf ball???" Uh no Jack. It fell out. Thanks for asking if everyone is ok....NOT! Next time use two drops of super glue to hold in the glass instead of one... But the other employees are very nice. read more

I was so surprised to see on a Tuesday morning at 10 AM, right when they open, for there to be a line out the door and starting to curl around the building. Little did I know, Tuesdays are discounted for gameplay. Bays can be reserved online in advance. It took a little over an hour for us to get to our bay. Each bay is separated by a plastic screen for distancing and tables are wiped down between groups. I didn't see the golf clubs get wiped down though. Sanitizing wipes are available upon request. Wings and the pretzel bites are always my favorites to get at top golf! read more

Stopped in one afternoon for a bit. No reservations were needed. Food was awesome and service was great.

After my Yelp review, I was contacted by Top Golf asking me to leave my information so we can correct this problem of my losing $200 on private golf lessons I paid for that expire after three months. Attended a top notch class here in one of their meeting rooms. The room was spacious and we had no problems hearing the speaker. The dinner spread had a Mexican flair, with a build your own nachos and tacos buffet. The food was good! They offered chicken and steak as proteins for the tacos and nachos which were tender and well seasoned. The staff here were friendly and in top form. Drinks were topped off as needed and plates taken away swiftly. Golfing came afterwards so that players could perfect their swings to be top shots and also be the top dog on the green. With reservation times as early as 9 AM and late night times as well, it makes it easy for you to get in your swingtime while saying "Top of the morning to ya" or to yell "Fore!" at the top of your lungs in the late evening. read more

Fun spot for a date or hang out with a couple friends. The staff is friendly, food is good and beers are cold.

Thoroughly impressed with the food, service & atmosphere. Really the only downside is that they literally usher you out as soon as you're paid time in the bay is done. We order the two cookie skillet's for the group of 4 And as soon as the dessert arrived our time ended and they told us to leave. Not sure what they wanted us to do with the cookie skillets, so we each had a bite or two and left not getting to enjoy the desert ‍ read more

I've been here quite a few times to golf during the weekend's corporate events and birthday parties however this was the first time I've ever been for a game party on Sunday. I came as a guest as my buddy had a bay reserved for the duration of the football game a.k.a. Washington Redskins-Cardinals game. This is a deal if you have a couple of people who don't have top golf carts or just coming for the first time and you want to bring them along as a guest. Given that we showed up at 11 AM we ordered some Mimosa's (a carafe) along with brunch items ranging from French toast & 3 burgers with fries & some tater tot's... did I say Mimosa's? Food looks good but lacks that "over the top" or signature flavor to it. You can't get anything done differently to your food (add some garlic or mix something from another food item that you like and combine it. The cooks just don't deviate so it is what it is (so says the server)!. The only choice is how you want your burger cooked. We had a pretty good view inside to be able to look at the other games as they were going on but one of the downsides is that you don't get to really hear the sound of the football games while playing... you have to go inside the bar area for that. The group I was with for the most part was cool but not many were golfers so watching them hit the ball was comical. We all spent more time watching the game and talking. Lots of options for doing a game party but something to consider if your looking for something different from the norm (standard bar). I think you can get it up to eight people but make sure the group you're doing it with is ready to have fun, spend some coin and know what to expect with the food. 3.5 but giving the benefit of this experience read more

Went here to celebrate my birthday. All in all, a great time. We didn't have a reservation, didn't figure we needed one on a Tuesday night. We were told it was a 35-40 minute wait. A bit surprising considering they weren't that busy. We headed to the restaurant to eat while we waited. Service was a little slow, but otherwise fine. Right after we ordered our food, we were told the bay was ready, exactly 35 minutes! My crew decided they would prefer to eat in the restaurant instead of transferring to the bay. We were told it would be another 35-40 minute wait, figured that would be about right. Food came out and was very good. Finished eating, expecting our bay would be ready anytime. Ended up being almost 50 minutes before we were told it was ready. Got up to our bay and there were several that were empty, so don't really understand the long wait. Bay host was great, enjoyed playing the top golf classic. We'll go back again, but may try a reservation to see if that makes an even better experience. read more
