We absolutely loved this venue. It is truly one of the most gorgeous locations in the Phoenix metro…read morearea and created the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was. We ended up loving our coordinator, Katie. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. We are very grateful for their efforts and for the beautiful memories we were able to create there. Overall, we would absolutely recommend having your wedding here.

The perfect wedding with a perfect venue…read more As soon as we walked in for our first tour we knew this had to be our wedding venue. All pricing was mentioned up front and very transparent. They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.

Apart from the EVOO, we enjoy the garlic and vanilla bean flavors a lot, but they offer so many other varieties. One thing I love is they provide recipe cards with suggestions on how to use their olive oils, vinegars etc. to make awesome dishes. That's how we first discovered the incredible vanilla bean olive oil waffle recipe. Another great service they provide is the ability to sample most everything. The store features other local products like jams, honey, granola etc. They have the OliveSpa line of body care products also. So many great items to shop for! Many years ago we took the tour and learned all about how the olive oil is made. And you cannot forget the Del Piero Kitchen where you can come dine for breakfast, lunch, dinner or brunch. Oftentimes on weekends they have festivals or live music on the patio. It's just a happening place - definitely worth checking out.

They also have a wonderful Italian market with aisles full of specialty foods, plus the cutest kitchen knick-knacks and gifts -- perfect for the foodies in your life. The food is fresh and delicious, whether you enjoy it there or pick something up from the fridge to take home. When the weather is nice, it's lovely to sit outside under the olive trees, and during the summer there are plenty of comfortable indoor tables. It's the perfect little getaway for a couple of hours if you're in the area. The 40-minute olive oil education experience was so enriching and absolutely worth it. Just a quick note - summer is much quieter, but be prepared-- it gets really busy in the winter!
