Thankfully the wedding coordinator had it opened 30 min sooner. (The major reason this review is 4 and not 3 stars )When I asked for a partial refund on it I was told the contract stipulated 2 hours. I withdrew my request for a refund because that's true, that is what the contract said but it doesn't establish good will. The bad: The bakery they go with is disgusting. It's too darn sweet and lacks any measurable flavour... besides sweet. They also took away the food and were gonna throw it away. I just stumbled in the kitchen and saw it and asked them to pack it up. All in all a good place. Just make sure if you have any specifics to get everything in writing just in case. And if you want to keep the food tell them!!

The second thing that just angered me was the incompetent staff. We had 150+ guests waiting for food and the staff didn't give a shit. They had no sense of urgency to quickly scoop the food at the buffet line and keep the line going. I understand there were only like 5 staff with a lot of food but they all had two arms and couldn't put two-in-two together that they could utilize both hands to serve. The bride picked this place because of the packaged deals and got what she paid for. If you actually want a place that gives a shit, you're not going to find it here.

Our son is a baseball fanatic and we knew he would have a blast here. As a pitcher, he LOVED the pitching cage. The cage measures your pitch speed and also scores based on your accuracy. What a fun concept. In addition, there are a good amount of batting cages. Each cage is equipped with different sized bats and a helmet. You may also bring your own gear as well. There are softball and baseball cages and speeds of 50 - 80 MPH. We all had a fun time practicing our swings with the virtual pitcher. * Note: Batting cage for left handed hitters is cage 9. There are basketball games in the back along with bowling lanes and arcade games in the facility. Our 5 year old loved the driving games. We couldn't believe the great deal that they have. For $64.99, you can get 90 minutes of unlimited free play for 4 people with a pizza and choice of drink. Yes, UNLIMITED. It was a perfect choice for our family of four. She was incredibly sweet, organized, and helpful during the final stages of planning and on the day of the wedding. The only challenge we experienced was that she was our third or fourth coordinator throughout the planning process. The staff changes made it a little difficult to keep track of previous conversations and details, which added some stress along the way. In the end, everything came together beautifully, but the turnover was a bit tough to navigate. The food catered by the venue was fantastic. We received so many compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was, and the catering staff did an amazing job. Where we struggled a little was with pricing expectations. Based on our initial conversations and the overall cost of the venue, we assumed more items were included than what ended up being covered. As we got closer to the wedding, there were several additional fees that surprised us and made budgeting harder than expected. For example, we chose not to do signature drinks because there was a $300 fee just to offer them, even though we were providing the alcohol ourselves. It was small things like that which we hadn't anticipated being extra. Even with those frustrations, we truly had a wonderful experience overall. Our wedding day was beyond magical, and the venue and catering staff worked incredibly hard to make everything run smoothly. They have packages to choose from but we ultimately decided to book the venue itself and details regarding the bar and then personally book the vendors they have on their booking list. Halfway through planning we got overwhelmed and decided to add the florist, DJ, and photographer on our package and it did cost less than booking outside of the package! We had 100 guests and we got compliments from almost everyone on the venue itself, caterer, flowers, and DJ. For how expensive weddings can be I can confidently say booking with Villa Siena makes it so easy and so worth it! An additional thank you to our coordinator Jessica she was so helpful and kind & neither my husband or I or even our wedding party had to worry about a thing. Everything was so seamless and perfect.

My husband and son picked up the florals just before the ceremony at Amanda's home office, our order was so small and the ceremony was nearby, so it was better to pick up the flowers ourselves. The one and only error on the order was there were supposed to be ribbons around each centerpiece vase. But we easily tied some extra ribbon around each vase at the ceremony venue. The bride loved the bouquets, the centerpieces were lovely, we were very pleased with all the florals. Amanda added eucalyptus leaves as an accent to the vases and bouquets, all looked beautiful. They truly lasted and were used on Thursday at both the ceremony and reception venues, then again on Saturday at a second informal reception at the newlyweds' home. Amanda is very creative and is a total flower nut, and I say that as a compliment. My daughter wanted a very traditional "look" and was a tiny bit nervous about Amanda, since she features very unusual florals on her website. But Amanda "delivered" with fresh and beautiful flowers in the right colors, the bouquets sized exactly right, and charming accents. Butterfly Petals gets an A minus, only because the ribbons were not on the vases as specified in the order. I would have no hesitation in recommending Butterfly Petals.
